They did a great job on my repair and were extremely easy to work with. I came, signed some paperwork, they did a thorough assessment of my car, and I left. I came back, signed some more paperwork, and picked up my car. SO EASY. i got my estimation for repair much earlier than anticipated and the repair was completed much earlier than anticipated. I appreciated that the timeline they gave me as when it was done earlier it felt that much better. I worked with Janeth, her customer service was great. I would definitely return!

Seidner s is the place you need to go for your auto repairs. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Our car was ready more than a week before the estimated date. Shout out Janeth for helping us with our claim and sending us constant updates about our car.

I would like to thank and recommend Roman. Very professional. I had a small issue to be fixed, he ordered that part and got me in quick. If u are unfortunate to be in an accident. I recommend Seidner's further more request Roman, his great at his job, very knowledgable

I would give this place a 20/10 if I could. My experience was beyond AMAZING! The staff really makes you feel at home. I was greeted by Letty with a great smile, she was so helpful. Janeth inspected my car and made sure all my questions were answered. She kept me updated every step of the way. My car was ready before the estimated completion date. My car looks great! I had a great experience here! Eddie updated me the entire way through the process and they did a great job on my car. I was worried about them matching the paint but it came out great! I live in the mountains and with the last huge snow storm and ice , unfortunately I had the pleasure of having the trash collector hit my parked vehicle. This was my first experience being in this situation and Seidners was terrific and top notch. Janeth Gonzales was my point of contact and Ms. Gonzales texted me every day regarding the status of my vehicular repairs. But everyone else in the office are also extremely professional and responsive. My car came back beautifully repaired and cleaner than when I dropped it off. They also helped me with the return of my rental. Just a fantastic place to go if you should need.

Highly professional and friendly customer service. You can leave your car with the peace of mind that this shop will deliver your car in a timely manner with all work completed with top notch quality work as guaranteed. I also like that the work comes with a lifetime warranty. This shop went above and beyond and even did courtesy buffing on some areas where I had stickers on my car and the glue was left on my car. Awesome service. I needed a small repair on my front bumper and found that just a few screws would fix it. Roman repaired it without charge and was so very friendly. While I waited in the reception area, Letty offered me water while we had a pleasant chat. Great place to come.

Left my car here to get it fix from collision. Customer service was very friendly. But my car wasn't fixed here due to employee shortage. They sent my car to Perris location to get it fix which was okay for me. Because I wanted my car to get fix right away.They tow my car without my expenses to Perris and assured me that it will be fix.Definitely, recommend this place to take care of my car in the future
