These guys are awesome. Best mechanic place. They under promise and over deliver. Very honest staff. I have taken multiple cars here and they are very honest about what works needs to be done now and what work can be put off for a month or so. Having multiple teenagers in older cars, this is really nice to know what my options are. I will keep bringing my cars here.

Charged me 70$ couldn t diagnose the issue so sent my car home next day and check engine light is now on. Figured it was pointless to bring it back since they don t know what to do with it. I usually don t leave bad reviews but this one was worth the time, especially considering their ignorant response. Been to tons of Mercedes authorized repair shops and this would not be one I trust with my business :)

This was my 2nd car I brought to them and they always do a great job. My Lexus GS350 malfunctioned while driving and they got me in right away with no appointment even though they let me know they were very busy. They still were able to diagnose and fix the problem in 48 hours. I will continue to bring my import cars to them not to mention the price I was charged was exceptionally fair compared to what the dealer would charge. Thank you S&S.

I felt welcome, everyone was polite and friendly. I brought my car on a Wednesday and Friday before noon was ready. The price was reasonable for a gas pump and a hose. I'm definitely bringing my car back.

Cool biz this is. My 05 330Ci ZHP ragtop had a bad taillight but still functioning. The part was $600 so they suggested I live with a fast blinking turn signal for now and charged me $0.00 for the service! Very cool of them. Will be back for more serious work. Many thanks m Kris

I ve used this mechanic for a while now and have experienced honest, fair, and respectable service. It s hard find a trustworthy mechanic but I feel safe to say I m pleased with the quality and reliability of S and S.

Dropped car off at 8am yesterday just for them to not tell me my car will be staying over night just for them to tell me that there is a oil leak that I knew about then they said they couldn t see where it was coming from after 27 hours I guess there good ? If I could I would not have any stars.

AKA Import Automotive. Still the same great service as always. Now even better as there are more service technicians available to work on your vehicle. Highly recommended. Had AC serviced and as usual they did a great job and included the recommended next items to be serviced.Had some normal maintenance on my van, water pump, belt pulleys, gaskets, coolant, etc. And was done on time and came in under the estimate. Brought my Corolla in because it was making some horrible sounds when it turned over. Kim was super accommodating and helpful. Found the issue and fixed it right away. Was planned to get an alignment and it didn t need one. It was the steering wheel which was adjusted. Plus a screen on my large battery. All was done for a price much less than estimated. I have had my car worked on here three times, I had an engine replaced in my Mercedes, I had the starter replaced in my Mercedes and most recently had my power steering pump replaced. Scott is AMAZING, he and his mechanics do an AMAZING job, incredibly satisfied with the work and the fact that I paid less than half of what I was quoted at the Mercedes dealer. 10/10 would recommend if you drive an import. Will 100% use them again.

This was my first time at S &S. Scott and his team are wonderful. I usually have to call to check on my car at other European shops but not here. Scott is on top of it and probably more busy than they other shops too. He also took some time to chat with me about the car which I appreciate. He was kind not only to but to his other customers as I observed his interactions. I will be taking my BMWs to Scott from now on.

Sam, Scott and team have been caring for my 2005 Mercedes E500 for a few years now. The car has over 229K miles on it and it still runs fantastic. I had driven down from Oregon and my Subaru developed serious problems when I got to Colton. I was an emergency walk-in at S&S, and able to leave it overnight. They fixed the car, clearly explained the problem, and were great at keeping me informed with the car's repair. I had to turn around and drive back to Oregon, and the car ran great.
