Just got my car serviced at Les Schwab. They showed me that the last people who installed tires on my car broke the tire pressure sensor and glued it back together. That would be Loma Linda Tire & Wheels. I do recall Service that day wasn t great and they also lost a factory valve stem cover. I definitely would not recommend this place.

I purchased supposedly perfect condition all new tires because my old ones were getting smooth, within a week my tire went completely flat. I have driving with my old tires for 3 years, never had it go flat like this. I figured the warranty would cover it but of course it didnt. So I asked him what the warranty did cover and he told me dont get smart with me They told me it would be 55 for a used tire and 100 for a new one to replace the tire I just bought last week. I went to another shop and got a used one for only 30. Would not reccomend these scam artists.

Purchased some tires for my wife to hold her over a few months. Her tire light came on again. Turns out they over filled her tires. She had to stop at another tire shop just to figure this out and get them adjusted to the right pressure. That s basic information you can find on the door panel. I won t be back.

These guys have always done a great good for me. I m on the road a lot and have had nails, screws in tires. They ve patched them up and the tires have stayed good. They also have told me when it wasn t a good idea to patch a tire. I recommend them.

About a month ago, I took my car to a tire dealer in Redlands because the steering wheel was vibrating. Upon inspection the clerk informed me that the technician found the tires "separating and all need to be replaced." I informed my daughter about it and she said that all four tires were replaced two years ago. I had the technician bring the car down and paid the inspection fee. I came to Loma Linda Tire & Wheels and met with Victor Perez the owner. He was really busy and it was hot that day, but I was willing to wait until he finished with his customers that were ahead of me. I explained to him what happened at the other company. He checked all four tires and rotated them which hadn't been done since July 2021. He did say that the two front tires have some wear on the sides, and they'll need to be replaced in a few months, and the tires should be rotated every 3,000 miles; he could check them then. He was very kind to me and he said that he hates to hear women being taken advantage of because we don't know about these things.When I was in high school one of the elective classes available was "Auto Mechanics". All high schools should have this as part of General Education like English, Math, History. Learning how to do things like: oil change, replace a flat tire, replace new spark plugs, check tire pressure and simple things would be of a great benefit.Thank you Victor for helping me in time of need even when you were exhausted. I'm glad chivalry still exists.

Me and my husband have brought our car and our truck here on different occasions to be serviced and they have always been honest and straightforward about what needed to be done and our cars were done when they said they would be and have not had any issues with the car after being serviced. Really hardworking and honest people. Will definitely be Back as needed.

Needed tires right away. The local tire fix shop nearby recommended this shop. They were about to close but they still changed 2 of my tires. Good deal for used tires. Hopefully it last for a while. Will do another review when I need to change tires again.

Best service ever. I was stuck at Costco for 3 hour . Fortunately , I changed my mind and went here right away after a quick search on Google . I was on the rush , so I forgot to ask a guy name. He quickly helped me to get my tire repair . Fast, professional and reliable service. Definitely be back in the future .

I purchased a used tire for a specific size, they put any tire just to make a sale. I returned and they gave me my money back only to still charge my card still. Luckily I've learned to pay attention to my account and my car.

After an unexpected flat tire in a city I was unfamiliar with, I was directed to Loma Linda Tires & Wheels. They were prompt, kind, and so helpful when I had questions. They even gave my daughter a few quarters for their candy machine while we waited! We appreciated their help getting us safely back to AZ, and highly recommend this business!

This is so fun. I love helping people.. also the people who work at Loma Linda tire are super nice. Polite and fast at their work. I recommen if you have a bad tire. How here they will treat you tightly. And used tire prices are a steal here. Nice job tire people.

(2022.0221) I've got used tires and I've had flats patched and repaired here. I was Treated great. They have fast service while you wait. They have fair prices. They recently have been closed on Sunday since January 2022. Being closed on a Monday instead of Sunday might be better for customers since most people have Sunday off to get the tire work done. The open Sunday and closed Monday schedule has worked for years in other industries like barber shops, etc... They should keep Google Maps information updated because a lot of customers depend on the information to he accurate. They need to update their business hours and the days they are open.

recently went for a used tire gave me the wrong size I guess its partially my fault for not double checking but Im a recurring customer didn't have issues in the past so I'll double check next time or u guys could be honest and tell me u didn't have the size and I would have gladly do my business elsewhere

I come here a lot , but after today's experience, it will be my last. I would not trust this shop anymore with my car or any service they provide.Came early at 9 and the shop wasn't even open yet. They came in late, the person I talked to wasn't even friendly and looked annoyed. Told the person the tire I needed, shop worker asked for payment but I forgot my wallet and stated I'm going to run back home to get it and if he can start work on the tire because I was in a time crunch. He agreed Shop worker stated it will only take about 35 mins. I said that's great. Went home and came back about 45 mins later and found that my tire wasn't done and he is working on another persons tire.Asked him why and he stated he was doing another customer first because I left, after we have already talked about my tire should be done by the time I get back.I can see he already started on the tire because it was off the rim already. And didn't finish and started on it with another customer.I asked if the onwer was here or if he was the onwer. He told me the onwer was his cousin. So at that I knew I won't get anywhere with him and he don't even car. And complaining would do me no good.I just asked for my tire and went to a different shop near by. It was a little more expensive but nice group of guys . Will be shopping there now. Rams tire service much better.Stay away from this place

Very nice people! Was looking for used tires for my SUV, got for Cooper tires in excellent condition and had them put on for $190. Same-day service Was in and out within 30 minutes! Will definitely be a return customer!

Mike is the man! He gets the job done efficiently! He provides great feedback about tire problems. He doesn't try to RIP you off! Unlike other places! MIKE actually tries to find the right tires for the lowest cost and best quality. Depending also if you really need new tires or not.Best customer service when it comes to tire services! Cheers mate!

I am only giving one star due to not given a choice to give zero. This business is horrible! My son spent over $600 on tires from this shop. The tires were sold with a guarantee. One of the tires had a defect and came apart. My son had to go to the nearest tire shop from where he was when this happened. That tire shop replaced the bad tire and documented that the tire was defective. My son was working so I took the bad tire, and my son's car, along with the defective document and the receipt of the original purchase that was within the warranty. The owner took the bad tire and said he was going to have to send it to the manufacturer of the tire and promised to take care of the issue and he would call my son with a day. Two weeks went by nothing. I call and he promises to call my son the following day. Nothing. It's now been several months and no call, nothing. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS SELLING TIRES WITH WARRANTY! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!

Friendly- Fast - Great ServiceAlways had a good experience here. Today was no different. In-n-out. Oscar was great. He helped me out with a balance and check-up on a tire that i wanted to use as a spare for my car which didnt come with one.Always go beyond the minimum.Great service - great prices and awesome deals.Will go again and would recommend to anyone that has any tire needs.

Drove there with the donut spare on the right front passenger then drove away with a great tire! The new used tire even has a touch more tread on it than the one that was there. Balancing and installation included with tire for $40.00. They also air hammered the big bolt righty tighty to wind the donut back in place under the van. Good job guys!

Very friendly and Mike got me out of a jam... hit a curb in Loma Linda and had a complete flat on Memorial Day. No one was open and AAA would only tow me 7 miles. Luckily, the tire store was right across the street and Mike replaced the tire quickly so that I could get home... excellent service!

I went to them for any tire problem I had for the last four years. Always very nice and helpful. They really know how to put the customer first. Definitely the cheapest used tires I've found anywhere and quality is like new. In my opinion they are the #1 used tire store in Loma Linda.
