Really had an excellent experience! It was my first time here, my car needed a bit of expensive work, and I am very happy and appreciative that they (especially John) were able to work with me and for waaaay less than my regular mechanic was able to offer. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful, right on time, and I felt they treated me and my car very nicely! Will def do business again!!

I love taking my car into Hyundai in Loma Linda. The customer service is always great and it s comforting to know that they know exactly how to handle my palisade (which I still love like the day I bought her). John is the best and really takes his time to explain everything. And I love the fact that you get a car wash after the service.. it s the cherry on top that I hope never goes away.

Hyundai inland Empire Service dept is awesome! Kris made sure I was 100% satisfied the whole time I was there getting service done on my vehicle. I recommend my family and friends to go there as well. Very pleased with the work done on my Palisade and my overall experience there!

Second time I've taking my car for a recall problem. First time was not a good experience. Second time was better. They had it done fairly quickly washed the car when they were finished which was very nice. Got home. Looking at the receipt it said they had to inflate my tires went and checked. They over inflated them by almost 10 lb. So next day had to remove air from my tires. Not a big deal but kind of ridiculous. The dealer doesn't know what to inflate your tires at when it's their car? Would not recommend.

The work was done. It took a week.The issue was communication. No updates. We had to call and text many times and no reply. We wished we could have simply been updated of what was wrong.

Had to have the engine replaced in my 2017 Elantra. From start to picking it up took about 4 days. Great job. Purrs like a new little kitten now.

Always excellent service with John Paffenroth as service advisor. My vehicle had routine maintenance done very quickly and I was pleased that I got a car wash, too. Also was happy with the shuttle service provided.

Everything was taken care of that I requested but I am missing my oil cap when I got my oil change done and now there is oil all over the top of my engine cover and the smell of it is going through the vents inside the cabin. This is not professional and I put my trust into those working on my car that it will come out correct and maintained properly. This problem could lead to further problems down the line & I m not happy with my last visit because now I have to come back to get this fixed.

The service department was wonderful! They had my car done a day early and I was able to apply my coupon.The reason why I m giving three stars is because the woman that takes your payment is completely rude and unprofessional!! She has no idea how to talk to a customer. I told her that I had a coupon and she told me I don t do that. She proceeded to tell me that my advisor would have to do it and print out new paperwork. It was like I wasn t inconvenience. When I returned after getting my coupon applied she told me that next time I need to have my coupon ready and that it would make everything a lot easier and that I should give it to them before they start the service. I think you should think about who works closely with the customers because this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Thank you to the service department for doing great work other than her .

Aside from the work done on the my vehicle and the wash they gave it, the experience wasn't great. From the beginning the consultant was very dismissive and condescending about my concerns and why I was there. I even asked if I should just leave and take my car else because it really seemed like they didn't want to work on it even though it was a routine maintenence. Once the vehicle was ready I was expecting to get a run down of what they saw or if there was anything wrong I should be concerned about, but no. Instead they just pointed me to the cashier and gave me my paper work and no explanation of anything was given. Definitely not going back, will drive to a further Hyundai for better service and experience. Do better please.

Took my car to this dealership for some service and wow, I was impressed. Saul was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He provided me with a loaner car before closing and I got a message in next day mid morning that my car is ready. That is outstanding. I have an will be a loyal customer to this dealership and specifically to this service department. THANK YOU!

They are very badly organized for checking you out and returning your vehicle. This is the 2nd consecutive time I ve had to wait more than 30 minutes after my car was ready because the lady at the cashier window keeps sending me back to sit down and wait until they call me and she doesn t check anything. Both last time and today I had to go ask someone else after is taking too long and turns out she had the paperwork ready for a while and didn t see it. She told me both times that the service agent that helped me would call me and both times they just left the paperwork in a tray for her to check people out so big miscommunication but they make you waste time just sitting for no reason.

Scheduled appointmet at 230 for a recall. I showed up before 230 and my car did not get taken back until 315. I would rather drive all the way to Temecula for better service.

Great service and communication. Just did not like the fact that when I had paid online and then signed paperwork, I had to wait until someone brought me my keys. I paid online so I could just leave.

The great customer service began with a call I had with the customer service rep. She gave me all tye info I needed to get the ball rolling on repairing my car.My contact at IE Hyundai was John Paffenroth. Hands down as professional as can be. He kept me updated on repairs and any cost that I would need to pay. He also set me up with an amazing loaner vehicle until the repais were done. He stayed in constant contact and was available to answer any questions I had. Everyone involved deserves a 10.

Outstanding service and workers, didn't charge for a coolant inspection and filling. They wiped down the interior and exterior and left my car smelling clean. They deserve your money.

Took my car in. for service today to Loma Linda Hyundai for an oil change and a check up I was greeted very professionally and my car was done in a very timely matter and it was washed !! Will definitely keep returning to Hyundai Loma Linda.

This was my first visit to Hyundai for car services. Saul Arroyo was my service provider. Mr. Arroyo was very polite and respectful. Mr. Arroyo answered all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. The service mechanics were helpful and honest. The waiting room was very clean and smelled nicely. My mother wants to buy a Hyundai because of the wonderful service I received today. I am going to recommend my friends and relatives to Hyundai.
