This was truly the best car purchase/leasing experience I have ever had! I spoke with Robert Sanchez prior to coming in. I followed up with an email listing what I was looking for as well as an available vehicle I saw on their website. He was very accommodating & respectful. Robert immediately got his manager involved because I was also turning in a lease several months early and needed help with that as well. I wasn t bullied and didn t have to play the games we all know where the sales guy goes to their manager, half a dozen times during the process and brings back a half a dozen different offers! I think we re past this technique. The entire process was straightforward. I arrived and everything that was discussed was still everything as we discussed. the entire team, Bobby s Manager, sales partner Bailey Ramos, were fantastic and pleasant. I drove from Palm Desert to this dealership and I will do it again. It is definitely worth a little extra drive to get the type of service we all deserve. Check it out.

Have nothing but good things to say about this establishment on how easy and simple the process was to purchase a vehicle here. Derek and Jessica were great help and made the process seamless. While Jessica was showing me my new vehicle, Derek was inside preparing the paperwork. By the time we were done with the vehicle paperwork was just ready to sign. No tricks or anything related to the contract. Honored their word through and through. Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Drove 2+ hours just to purchase here. Ask for Jessica if you have the opportunity. Full of positive energy! Thank you guys for my new 2024 Hyundai Sonata N line. Amazing vehicle.

Jessica Herrera was super helpful and patient she knew exactly what to show me and guided me through the whole step of buying my first car. She didn t seem eager for our money but she really wanted the best for me in safety features and my budget she was willing to work with me to get the best for my needs (and more!). If you come here the best advice would be to talk to Jessica and let her know your personal vehicle needs she will get you started on your path to a beautiful new car!

we had a great experience atie hyundai especially with Sales manager REZA and jackie and mark.Thank you for your excellent customer service today. We've love our car shopping not knowing we will buy due to good empression of their service today due to Mr. Reza Sales manager and his great team. I love to recornized Mr Mark as well for his very patient and demeanor with all our inquiry today and of course with an early Christmas gift we receive from Hyundai of Loma Linda Sales manager Mr. Reza.God bless you all and looking forward for next target car purchases. The Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 Limited edition with zero interest is a big Christmas gift for us with no back and forth when in comes to prices and excellent services as well.

Leasing a new vehicle was hassle free experience. Derek was polite, knowledgeable, and quite competent in taking care of all our concerns. We were literally in and out 45 minutes with our new Ioniq 6. Definitely will recommend Hyundai Inland Empire to my family and friends.

Bailey was amazing. Showed us the car without pressuring to buy. She stayed after hours to show us all the features the Sonata had. signed us up for the app to use. She was great. Reza was also great made everything so fast and easy. Strongly recommend them.

Just traded my older Kona lease with a new 2024 model. Ive had Hyundais for as far as I can remember and it has never disappointed. We love our Kona, but even better, the service is always top notch. This time Bobby Sanchez went above and beyond to help us, as I couldn't go to the dealership to sign documents due to a disability, and he took the time to drive the new car to my home and bring the paperwork for me to sign and close the deal. OUTSTANDING SERVICE BOBBY Thank you so much. Not sure another dealership would have been that accomodating.

It was nice to go to a car dealership and get treated like an intelligent individual. Mike, Bobby & Reza actually listened to what we wanted and it was a no nonsense "Here's what we can do" kind of approach that we so appreciated. Everything we asked them to do for us to make the purchasing experience efficient and pleasant they did. They didn't waste my time. They were very attentive to our needs and gave us great options. Highly recommend these guys. Great experience.

So far, very impressed (will update as more time spent with vehicle and once I have interacted with Service Dept). Salesman, Lawrence R, was very honest and transparent with pricing and an out-the-door price quote before I even went to dealership. Once price was agreed to, had everything ready to essentially sign and drive! Very much appreciate that I was heard and only given information requested and not information or items added that I did not want.

Great experience (4th time buying from this dealer) Dwight was so patient and knowledgeable as we test drove several vehicles. Reza and Sal were fast and easy with the finacial aspects! In and out in less than 2 hours. Always very friendly and make car buying a pleasure! We will be back again.

The experience was wonderful. Jessica was so patient with us. When I say patient, she talked to us for over a year, never pressuring us, waiting until we were ready to make the purchase. She got us exactly what we wanted, Reza got us the payment we wanted, and then Jessica put a big bow on our new car and took our picture. I hope she is still there when we buy our next car because we really enjoyed the experience.

Nothing but issues since we purchased our Ionniq 6 new from here. All electronic. No back up camera. Car says it s in park when it s driving. Car won t turn off. Blank display screens. Non functioning features. Going to have to look into lemon law. And on Tuesday with yet ANOTHER issue we dropped it off. They sent us home in a loner. We left it there for a few hours while we ran errands, returned to pick it up to take it home. And the loner they gave us had 11 miles of charge. We drive from over 30 miles to this dealership. And they didn t have the forethought to give us enough charge to even get home. Of course they were closed when we realized we couldn t even make it home.This has been one disaster after another with this dealership and service department.

Oscar A 2024 Gv70 sport.This is the second vehicle my wife and I bought from Hyundai island empires in the last 2 months, very easy process, they got exactly the trim I was looking for, they bent backwards just to get the SUV in less than 2 hours.Better price around, easy process, drove away from Palm Desert having 2 genesis dealers in the are, definitely worth the drive to Loma linda, they make me feel like a VIP, out standing service Gm Joe A BorgesSM Reza LatifianIFM Lawrence RzagilizaFM Sal ArriolaAll of them took care business, like true professional's, will be back for sure.

After shopping around at different Hyundai dealers we finally located the exact car and color we were looking for at Hyundai Inland Empire, The Hyundai Palisade XRT. From the beginning both Frank ( the salesman s ) and Reza ( Sales manager) were very nice and welcoming to us. We never once felt pressured by them just trying to make a sale and we truly liked that. They answered all our questions and were truly fair and honest when it came down to figuring out the final price and payment. I am really glad we were able to make a deal and take home the exact car we were looking for without having to make it a hassle. Thank you Mark and Reza for the wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend you guys and your dealership!

Before purchasing a Vehicle check ALL TIRES! I contacted them to notify and got no reply back. Second time they said tires don t have any warranty.Here s PROOF!! Are you seriously having your customers ride off your lot with tires like this!!!?All the manager is worried about is a sale! Nothing else.

Bought my 2024 Santa Cruz XRT here and had a hassle-free experience thanks to Bobby and his team at Hyundai inland Empire. Do not come here for your oil change!! Had an appointment and they still manage to have me wait two hours+. I asked why was it taking so long and they said they were backed up. So what s the purpose of having an appointment?!? DONT OVER BOOK YOUR COSTUMERS!!! Definitely not coming here again.
