We had excellent service provided by Jessica and the whole team. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs with our two kids. They were able to bring the SUV to our home so we can test drive it and start paper work while we were home to make it a fast process when we arrived to the dealership. Jessica took the time to show us all the features in the SUV and answer any questions we had. We feel extremely happy to be part of the the Genesis family.

Matthew is a very busy manager, but always finds time to let me know the status of my vehicle. Very pleasant each and every time I have taken my vehicle back. My stress level has been out of control with this vehicle and when I leave it my mind is at ease. It's a great vehicle, just some nasty rodent damage.Thank youMona

From the moment we walked up the staff were welcoming, courteous and treated us like family. There wasn t a moment where they made us feel uncomfortable or less than. My first time using valet service and Matthew Bushey offered it. This is what I needed since my husband is going through an illness and I am his caretaker. Matthew kept me informed thought out my service and they also brought me a loaner car which was unexpected. They did my maintenance and took care of the 2 recalls and brought my car back really clean.Thank you for the great service.

On 1/28/24, my husband and I went to the Genesis dealership to only look around. We were very interested in the GV80. We were approached by Bailey, who was very helpful, so helpful that we decided to make a purchase. The manager Reza came in several times to make sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He represented the dealership well. Bailey and Reza both made sure we were aware of and given discounts that we qualified for. We were then taken to sign paperwork, which at other dealerships was a nightmare because it took forever. We met with Jackie, who was prepared for us. The process was quick, and we were done way before dark. We highly recommend the team at Genesis of Loma Linda. We easily rate them at 5 stars.

Today we are blessed to get our second Genesis. My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks now and very GLAD to say that we got a Genesis. We want to thank the Loma Linda Genesis Team. Thank you to Jennifer in finance to make the paperwork and signing getting us in and out and answered all our questions. Thank you to Reza to negotiate the deal. Reza is a professional and he has did both of our deals here. He is one of the main reasons why we continue to do our new vehicle purchase at Loma Linda Genesis. A HUGE shout out to Jessica our sales agent. She knew everything about the vehicles that we were looking at. This was also our second vehicle bought with her. Jessica had listened to us and was a big reason why we purchased at Loma Linda Genesis. My wife and I want to thank this team for all the hard work they are all assets for this dealership. Instead of purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, I went to Genesis Of Loma Linda and I purchase G70 3.3 TwinTurbo sport prestige from Howard Chen my sales person. Howard is an excellent sales person he is very detailed and he knows his product. We spent about an hour together he went over every detail about the car. I was so impressed with his service. I came back and purchased a GV70 prestige I traded in 2022 Lexus RX 350 Genesis has reinvented the wheel for me. Howard spent about an hour with my wife, going over all the details with her, setting the car up for her, setting her fingerprint and facial ID for the car.

I am so thankful to God and these men Mr. Mark Casso (Sales man) and Mr. Christopher Muller (Sales Manager) for allowing the Lord to move on their hearts putting me in a luxury vehicle that aligned with God s best for me. Because of their diligence and sensitivity my car purchase experience was painless and really a testament to the Lord s ability to turn the hearts of kings favorable on my behalf. I love my experience shopping here.Our salesman (Howard) was super friendly and welcoming. I buy cars for myself and my extended family, so I'm no stranger to car sales, but my experience with Howard was memorable. He's warm, honest, and engaging, without being pushy. He's a welcome change to typical car salesmen.In addition to Howard, I worked with Reza (Sales Manager) who managed to get us close to the deal I wanted, but we didn't get there (I tend to push very hard). As I left disappointed, Howard gave me hope. He followed up and connected me to Derek (Sales Manager) the next day. We were able to get to a deal and me into my next car.All in all, it was a great car shopping experience. I have to commend Howard for his warm, honest, and thorough approach (he brought a USB drive with samples to test sound system, which sold me on the car he's demoing). It's not about buying more than you need, it's about helping buyers get what they want, and understanding what they are getting. For a seasoned car purchaser like me, Howard was a welcomed change. Even my wife (not into car) enjoyed the experience. There are too many sharks in car sales; It doesn't have to be that way, and Howard shows how it can be done.Kudos to him and the entire sales team at Mira Loma Genesis.Looking forward to seeing their upcoming Genesis dealership in Ontario.

Own a 2022 genesis gv70 and this place has been a nightmare to get any service done on my vehicle. There is a rattling sounds coming from under the hood with only 8k miles on it and was informed I would be contacted back. A few weeks later the cars software is out of date and will no longer connect to the phone application so I call help desk. I need a software update on vehicle and set an appointment for that. Arrive for appointment and was informed they cannot do any of what was in old due to the fact only oil changes on that particular day and the service manager, Matt Bushey, apparently called me to cancel the appointment. I called his line directly and left a voicemail regarding everything that has transpired and how I feel overlooked and not taken seriously. It s been over a week and still no contact regarding my issues. I pay good money for a vehicle that was guaranteed a level of service that has been severely lacking. I love my vehicle but the experience with genesis and their service department in particular has been a joke. A vehicle with 8k miles with now a little over 10k miles should not be rattling under the hood and the software shouldn t be out of date or an issue that should be taking me weeks to get a follow up on or at least a future date set for.

Edit: Although our purchasing experience was pleasant, it has been a complete nightmare since. After purchasing the vehicle in September of 2022, we submitted a warranty claim in December of the same year. Genesis of Loma Linda has not returned any of our phone calls or emails (it is now March 2023). We were forced to contact Genesis corporate office to escalate the issue. The person at the corporate level has also not received any response from Loma Linda regarding our claim. It seems that they love to sell the vehicle, but do not want to own up to their claim of having the best warranty in the business. I'm truly disappointed in Genesis of Loma Linda. We were to be returning customers to this dealership when we replace our next vehicle, but that has since changed.My husband and I just purchased a GV80 from Genesis of Loma Linda. We had been looking all over the state for the exact color scheme and trim that we wanted, and Genesis of Loma Linda had it. I submitted an inquiry online and Chris immediately got back to me and offered a nice discount. He said that he would put me in contact with Mike Jacobs from their sales team.The next day, Mike contacted me and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and transparent right from the beginning. Mike was very patient with me, promptly answering my many questions via text message as quickly as he could. Once all of our questions were answered, we set up an appointment for my husband and I to fly to southern California the following weekend from Gilroy to pick up our new vehicle.When we arrived, the sales team was waiting for us. We felt like we were listened to, all of our concerns were addressed, and we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. I can't express enough how pleasant our experience was; from my initial contact with Chris, to working with Mike, Reza, and finally our encounter with Sal in finance. They truly made us feel like family and made sure that all of our needs were met. We are so thrilled with our experience here and will definitely fly out of town again to do business with Mike and the team again when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle.

Update: Genesis truly has excellent customer service and they are trying to work with us to make things right. Fingers cross that we can stay a part of the Genesis family.We are thoroughly enjoying our 23 GV60! We get so many compliments about the style and color of our car. Bailey was an amazing sales representative. Til this day, if i have a question or concern, I know I can reach out to her for bell. We had our first routine maintenance and the customer service was top tier! Matthew was kind and took really good care of us on our first service visit. So happy to be apart of the Genesis community!Update: unfortunately we had to lemon law our GV60 due to a recurring issue that left us stranded. After working with a lemon law lawyer, Genesis says that we are entitled to $75 after our car loan is paid off. We haven t had our car since April 2023 and continued to make payments, so this is pretty devastating for us. The clear coat and eckbond we bought through the dealership is not covered by lemon law, so it s up to the dealership to refund us for the costs. We haven t heard anything back in regards to the refund or working with us to replace our GV60.

Genesis of Loma Linda has exceeded my expectations. I live in Tennessee and found the Genesis I was looking for on their website. My first contact was with Bailey Ramos, she answered all my questions and sent me whatever information I needed to decide. When I decided to purchase the SUV, Mr. Reza stepped in to handle the deal because I am an out of state customer. Mr. Reza was nothing but spectacular. He answered all my questions, got me the best deal, handled all the paperwork, and arranged shipping. The whole process was very easy because of Reza. The SUV arrived sooner than expected and was everything they promised. I would recommend Genesis of Loma Linda to any of my friends and family.

Recently (June 2023) we purchased our first electric car -- Genesis G80 EV, from Genesis of Loma Linda. We received excellent service from Sales Manager Reza Latifian and Sales Agent Bailey, both were very professional in dealing with us. Bailey was very patient during my test drive and thoroughly explained the features of the car to me. Reza was a very cool gentleman, a straight talker, can tell you what he can take off from the MSRP and what must stay on it. The negotiation was very short, agreed on the price quickly, though I was not desperate to get the car, I bought it at first sight and after only one test drive. The car looks very nice - has the right color - capri blue and best of all, being an EV, it felt like a normal car with buttons for some important functions and fully loaded. I bought this instead of the Mercedes EQS or Lucid Touring that I initially considered and test-drove. I am one happy camper with G80 EV!We had also excellent service from Sales agent Saul when we bought our Santa Fe Plugin in May of 2022 at IE Hyundai. Genesis is at the same location. So, I highly recommend IE Hyundai/Genesis to anyone who is looking for a new car. We, the former long-time Toyota drivers, now have turned into fully Hyundai/Genesis customers! Could not have imagined it just a few years ago! what a change!

Terrible customer serviceRating: I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Loma Linda Genesis, and I must say it was one of the worst customer service encounters I've ever had. Not only did they lack appropriate customer service skills, but they also failed to treat their customers with the basic respect they deserve.First and foremost, the staff at Loma Linda Genesis exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. When I approached them with a simple inquiry about their services, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It seemed as though they couldn't be bothered to provide the assistance I needed or even answer my questions properly. Their lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help left me feeling frustrated and unimportant as a customer.Furthermore, their communication skills were severely lacking. I attempted to reach out to them via phone and email on multiple occasions, but my messages were consistently ignored or received delayed responses. It's incredibly frustrating to be left hanging, especially when you're seeking clarification or have urgent concerns. It was clear that they did not value open and effective communication with their customers.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience was the complete absence of respect and empathy from the Loma Linda Genesis staff. Instead of addressing my concerns or attempting to resolve any issues, they displayed a dismissive and condescending tone. It was as if they believed they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.In today's competitive market, customer service is paramount, and Loma Linda Genesis has utterly failed in this regard. Their lack of appropriate customer service skills, combined with their disrespectful and dismissive attitude towards customers, makes it impossible for me to recommend their services to anyone.If you're looking for a company that values its customers and treats them with the respect they deserve, I strongly advise against choosing Loma Linda Genesis. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and seek out a company that understands the importance of excellent customer service.

My husband and I purchased a Genesis GV60 yesterday. It is a beautiful car! We had a great experience at Genesis of Loma Linda. Dwight was extremely helpful in showing us the vehicles. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and professional. He took the time to go over every detail of how to use the vehicle and all the neat functions. Reza, the sales manager, was also very professional and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Overall a great experience here and would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for an electric vehicle.
