I bought a car 4 months ago, and I was told they would mail me the tags for the license plate. The paper they taped to the window was only good for 3 months "until I received the tags". Which did not happen. I've called and left multiple voicemail, and haven't gotten a response in over 2 months. I've been pulled over and was told my paper in the windshield has expired. Thank God the cop was understanding when I stated I've been trying to get ahold of them and live 2.5 hours away for the car sales.I also had brake lights out that I didn't realize till I was already home, and by law they have to replace those for "safety purposes" before leaving the lot which they said they were working when I originally checked. Very unprofessional, and they should at least answer or return a phone call.

I purchased a Cadillac SRX from this dealership and within 24 hours, I had a major transmission leak, i had to return the vehicle three times for the problem to be resolved. I have had the vehicle for two months and have yet to receive my license plates, I have been asking about them and they keep giving me the runaround so I finally contacted the dmv myself to get some information about the registration and I was informed that the dealership hasn t even submitted the paperwork to transfer the title to my name, this has been going on for two months. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I refer anyone to purchase a car from them.

This place was amazing, me and my husband were looking for car for awhile and we decided to give them a try. Once we stepped into the dealer the staff attended us right away. Will, Carlos and Eduardo and their team helps out with a great deal. No matter what your situation is they are willing to help you out. Over all experience is perfect.

Best dealer I ve been too. Came all the way from Downtown LA (an hour drive) and it was very well worth it! The salesmen are incredibly accommodating and they made sure we left here with what we came for. Will definitely be my first option in car purchases from now on!

I was so blessed to have someone care about my driving needs. They kept me informed every step of the way. I wasn't as confident as they were so I had bus fare if I needed to get back home :) But they found the vehicle that suited my needs and qualified me on the spot. If your looking for a place that gives you good customer service, knowledge, and has your best interest at heart you have to give Drive Now the chance to show you what they can do for you. Best investment this year.See you on the road

AVOID! I wish I had listened to the other bad reviews here. But unfortunately I have them the benefit of the doubt. Drove an hour to buy a car. Salesman gave us an out the door price sheet that verified the price we saw online. Took the car for a test drive and paid for it to be professionally inspected. Went back and told the salesman we were ready to buy. I called our bank to set up the loan. Then another guy comes in to tell us they made a mistake and the car was actually $1,000 more and wasn't even ready to be sold because they still had to have it smog tested. I asked to at least be reimbursed the $100 I paid for an inspection on a car that couldn't be sold and had a wrong price. They pulled out the typical "Can't reach the owner" and "I'm going out of town in the morning". They also brought up how it had been at the mechanic for 5 weeks before and it had so much work done and was worth the new price. I guarantee if the price issue hadn't come up, they wouldn't have mentioned how much time the car had spent getting repairs. I wouldn't trust a single car on this lot because they won't be honest with you. Save yourself time and avoid!

Bought a car here in January and I've had nothing but trouble with this dealership ever since. Needed a new battery after a month, even though they said they had tested it and it was good. Needed a new belt shortly after that, which they also said they had tested. I've been waiting for them to send me my license plates and registration for nearly SIX MONTHS now-- have called at least once a day for the past few weeks and I can't reach management and no one calls me back. Also, there's no wifi and it's freezing inside the dealership, which I normally wouldn't complain about but seeing as I was there for nine hours buying my car and then twice more for hours waiting on maintenance it feels even crappier. The people are all very nice in person but the customer service is awful. And I still don't have my plates and registration! The paper license plates they gave me have obviously fallen off by now so I'm basically unable to drive my car anywhere because I'm afraid I'll get a ticket.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I drove to the dealership from Whittier which is about a 1.5 hour drive with traffic. I spoke to Laura on the phone to make sure the vehicle I was interested in was available and I made an appointment to come in. She never told me that she was not at the dealership and that I'd be meeting with someone else. When I got there I had to look for someone to help me because the place looked empty. The vehicle I was interested in was at a shop having work done and the shop had closed for the day. No one informed me of that either until I was there. WORSE experience ever! I would never go back.

Sammy listened to what we had in mind and we were able to get the vehicle we wanted. They helped us get the vehicle down low and in payments we can handle,even though the finance part was slow and we had to go to another place to get a lone for the car we were able to leave with the vehicle we wanted. I would recommend going just make sure you have nothing else to do that day and bring something to drink because they dont offer anything to eat or drink.

This dealership has gotta be one of the best around. Was greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. Sammy was a great help in finding out which car was right for me, and was very thorough and thoughtful towards my needs. Thanks!

Terrible company they lie on paper work and about cars, just to get your down payment, I was sold a lemon car, I only had my car for a year and a half now it needs a new engine, even Kia corporate said they sent recall letters to them and this was way before I purchased the car! I m definitely contacting a lawyer.

I put a deposit on a car from this dealership, picked it up the next day. The same week it started overheating. I paid to have it fixed & then my car literally stopped on the freeway! Now the manager will, will not answer any calls & voicemail is full! They either dont know how to fix luxury cars or are crooks. I should have known when he was offering me a job & asked for a personal number for the "job" while I was with my man & was married obviously. I wouldn't waste my money here again.

I went in for a car I saw online .. we drove 2 hours to buy a the car we liked Ready to buy it . But when I got there the car had a few dings one in the front and one on the side not Shown in the pictures .. it also needed new tires. We walked around for a few minutes, the guy raking the leaves kept calling out to a sales associate. They never showed . We where there a good 20 minutes . Just walking around ...Never got anybody to help.. we felt unwelcome so we left .. we then went to Ford dealer and bought our 3 vehicle from them .. we figured let's stick to a new one ..atleast we know what we getting.. we will never go there again..

Great place for first time buyers! Got approved for a 2018 Nissan Altima with only 10% down!!! Sammy really helped me out. 10/10 ask for Him when you go. I ll be buying another car from them soon!

This place is terrible. I called hours in advance to make sure they had the car I wanted in the color and with all the options I wanted too. They said it did. I then drove over an hour to get there to find That they have nearly no parking for their customers, when I walked in there was no one in the lobby. I waited for 15 minutes and then finally walked outside to find someone. They had only ONE person working the dealership that day. When I was finally showed the car, it had none of the features that were listed and even was the wrong interior color from what I was told. After talking to the salesperson, they told me that when you call their phone number it just goes to an office 70 miles away and they answer questions that they know nothing about. If you know nothing about the car then why answer questions about it! The classic bait and switch tactic. I received no apology from anyone. I am still so angry about it. I ve never been to a more unprofessional and unpleasant dealership ever.

It was a frustrating experience. Because of Covid19, this dealer requires to schedule an appointment so I had an appointment today at 10 am.It took me 40 minutes to reach. When i got there at 10 am, the gates were closed so I called and I was informed that that someone will take care of me. I was parking on the curve side of a highway road with a sign that says " No Stopping At Any Time". So it was scary. I waited 8 minutes and no one showed so I called again and they told me to wait another 10 minutes.Well it seems they don't respect the time of their clients as I needed to go back to work. All what I wanted is to see the car and come back again if I like it. So I just couldn't wait another 10 minutes on a high speed street and I still have to drive back another 40 minutes so I get to work. I am sorry to say it but I don't recommend this dealer at all.

My roommate tried to purchase a car here. Had a decent down payment and decided to step away from the car due to the fact that the next day they asked him to almost DOUBLE his down payment for a car he previously qualified for due to people being "interested". I would not recommend this place for purchasing a car but M&M in and out tire shop in their parking lot makes this place worth the visit.

Even though I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from the dealership, I was relieved that my money and trade in was returned to me. I am very happy with the customer service from Will, Bob, and Gilbert.Thank you for putting my mind at ease and for all of your understanding :-)

This was the worst customer service experience and they checked all of the boxes when it comes to stereotypical used car salesman. We called to verify if the car we wanted was available twice before we drove over an hour to come and test drive and purchase this vehicle. When we arrived we had an out the door price printed out and we took the car to the Sears Auto Center to get it checked out to make sure everything was working properly. After the car was given the ok, we headed back to the lot, called our bank to go ahead with the car loan, and sat down to sign the papers. Another man came and said sorry we gave you the wrong price it s actually over $1,000 more. Just the classic bait and switch. He went over this long detailed excuse which seemed like he was just covering his tracks. The entire conversation was just excuses such as, an employee is leaving the country, can t get ahold of the owner, he had to drive the car for over 200 miles yesterday, etc.None of this was disclosed when we arrived or after we paid for the inspection.For a company to not even be on the same page about pricing especially when we were moments away from signing is absurd. This was a complete waste of our time but hopefully this saves you time and money.

*DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE ON PURCHASING A LEMON*I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Drive Now Auto Center, this car lot sold me a lemon, refuse to honor my warranty and refused to have the owner contact me. I drove the vehicle 900 miles, engine started knocking, I notified the dealership before my 30 days of purchase.*DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE ON PURCHASING A LEMON*

We cannot agree with any of the bad reviews for Drive Now, these guys are really great and every car on the lot is sold as is it even states that on the window forms so if people cant read the fine print its on them really. Ok Drive Now is a used car lot and indepenadnt I believe so basically if your looking to buy a new used car this wouldnt be the place to go but if you have fair to poor credit and would like a beautiful luxury car at a fair price in order to build your credit back up this would be the place that can possibly work with customers such as described. In our experience they worked to find a financing company that would work with us and found one, we were able to get a beautiful car at a good price on a short term loan in order to rebuild our credit scores by the end of the short loan if we stay true to that loan throughout its term we can then do a trade in for a brand new car with nothing down and all the buyer incentives customers are offered with a solid credit history. This is how Drive Now works as a sort of stepping stone they help provide the tools to becoming credit worthy.We highly recommend Drive Now Auto Center of San Bernardino, California

Scam artists at it s finest. Don t purchase a car from here, I swear you ll get a better deal elsewhere. Most of their cars are not in very good condition mechanically. They constantly change their business name to avoid lawsuits..

They were very Rude. The salesman came and told me his boss stated my pay stubs looks FISHY. Not sure why.. I verified all the information with him and proved it was accurate and decided to go with another dealer. I can not patronize rudness

Worse customer service EVER!!!! Spoke to Rudy and it's seems he is un experienced in Internet sales! Spoke to the manager Laura and she never came through or even contacted me with more information I requested! I would recommend do not post anything online if they don't know how to handle the process! If I could give it no stars BELIEVE I WOULD! I still cut believe I keep getting emails to see if I'm intrested after I spoke with Laura twice and she promised to take care of everything and NOTHING!!!!
