The other day I was driving my Tesla Model Y and suddenly received a notification alerting me to rapid air loss in one of my tires. With a quick scan of my surroundings, I noticed a mechanic just across the street. I immediately pulled into the median and made a U-turn into the driveway of AutoMed Alliance. By the time I parked the PSI registered at 19 so it was clear that I had a puncture in my tire.I walked to the open air front desk and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Paul. I told him the issue with my car and he prioritized my circumstances and immediately looked at my tire, where he found what appeared to be an L-wrench puncturing my tire. Due to the location of the puncture, he stated that he wasn t sure if he could patch it, but he would try.He grabbed his supplies, patched the puncture and refilled the air in my tire all within 10 minutes. I asked him how much I had to pay him for his services AND for saving my day! And he was so kind he wouldn t even take my money. Come to find out, Paul is the owner of AutoMed Alliance, and I was fortunate enough to be his good deed of the day.Paul Barrett is an exceptional human being! If you need repairs done on your car rest assured he will take care of you and be honorable and doing so. It is evident he is a man of great character and integrity.Thank you so much, Paul! It s never a good day to have a flat tire and you saved me from that great inconvenience.

Paul is fantastic. He was recommended to me by a colleague when I had a check engine light go off on my car. I stopped by late (around 6:30 pm) after work, and Paul graciously scanned my car for free and gave me an accurate diagnosis (catalytic converter sensor). Much thanks!!

Been coming here for a few years now and the service is second to none. I've brought my mazda, honda, cadillac cts vsport, and BMW to AutoMed Alliance and was never disappointed. I recommend taking your vehicles here.

Wish I could have given more than 5 stars. Look no further. Best shop around town. Heck best shop in So-cal. If you want it done right AutoMed Alliance is the place!!!!
