Asked for a patch in the inside. Guy A even asked me if I wanted it in the inside or outside and I confirmed inside. Just before I paid, I asked Guy B and he confirmed it was from the inside. Blatantly lied to me. And I was over charged to add insult to injury. I had to go back and call them out. They fixed it but I had to fight for it. Do yourself a favor and do not come here again.

Get my trks. Wash here. . . Hand, wash. . . Kinda slow but he does a Gre8t job. . .4 new tires, mounted and balanced 700.00. . . Killer deal. . .

There only nice to you because they want your business. After that they done care about your business. I bought tires, wheels, and level kit package and was told I would get the alignment too if I bring back on a specified day. I brought it back the day only to find out it didn t happen. The owner said to try again the next day so I said sure. I call the owner to make sure I don t go to waste my time and he said they re not answering him and to try again the next day. I try calling again the next day and my calls were getting ignored. So I decided to just go to the shop. When I show up, the owner was so irritated like if I was bugging. If I paid so much money for rims and tires I do expect the results to be to my satisfaction. I would look some where else if you re looking to upgrade your vehicle with rims and tires.

I am editing my response do to employers comment back. Customer service needs work. I work in customers service and you should at least be welcoming and finish a customers transaction before moving on... I changed my stars to a two because at least the owner could respond. Though my husband actually said he wanted them and the employee then walked away. No comment from anyone. We waited for the tires to be brought up from the back. R truck was open to put them in for a good ten minutes. We then decided to leave.

I have come here several times and always had a good experience until this last visit. They installed a "used" new tire on my car. I made it back home to find that the tire was flat. I decided to pop the spare back on. This is where I started to get upset. I found that they had rolled the edges of my lug nuts so badly that lug wrench included with my car would not fit the nuts. After battling it out with a socket set and getting the spare on, I brought it back to Torres Tire and was told by the owner that it wasn't their fault that the lug nuts were damaged and that I would need to replace them myself. The only reason they get any stars is because of past experience with employees there and he replaced the tire for free. Bottom line, if you damage something on a car, you should replace it and make it right. Not a good way to treat customers, let alone a regular customer.

I would normally give Torres Tires a 5-star review being as, I bought used tires from them many times in the past. However, I went there today to get a detail on my truck and they had all new staff who pretty much ignored me. They slipped on my review, down to 3 stars..

Excellent customer service pretty fast for how busy they were. I own to my own businesses and customer service is key. Very reasonable prices and nice staff I will definitely recommend them and be back.thank you

WARNING READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GOING.THEY STARTED CLOSING THEIR SHOP ON SUNDAYS. NO MORE SUNDAYS.I GAVE 3 STARS CAUSE HAVENT BEEN WITH THEM LONG BUT SO FAR SO GOOD. JUST WISH THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN THEIR SUNDAY SCHEDULE OFF GPS BEFORE WE DROVE 35 MIN at 8am OUT TO THE SHOP

Have been going here for awhile and found them very honest and reliable for used tires. They are very efficient and professional. I have never had a bad experience from any of the used tires purchased from them.

All tire shops refuse installation of expensive new set rims and tires.Those guys did it. And did it perfectly without any scratches.This is only the tire shop in Lodi who got genius Mechanics.Thank you!

The owner is a very nice and person and has great prices for their items and services compared to a lot of locals shops that charge more. I would recommend this place to anyone, if you want to go somewhere that will take care of you and you won't feel like you paid an arm and a leg, then this is the place.

They have the worst customer service, I order a bumper for my jeep on a Tuesday and they told me it would get there in 2 days, I called everyday after the 2 days and they kept telling me they would get it the following day...nope a week past and still dont have it. So I had to ask for my money back. They're a bunch of liars. So RIDICULOUS

Took my truck in late in the day to have some 24 inch off road tires put on was quoted $40,which came out to $160 for all of them,mount and balance,they had problems mounting them,only two tire got done that day .lever my truck overnight,then the next day was told it would be $300
