One of the Absolute best buying experiences EVER! The customer service by far exceeds expectations. Helped me with exactly what I was looking for. Didn't try to force me into anything ( like most places) especially with that fact I am a woman. The process was so easy. I highly recommend that if you are in need of any kind of trailer services, go to Trailers Plus in Lodi!! They will not disappoint you!! Many thanks again for all your help Angel and all other staff!

Worst Experience Ever!!? It can't be that simple to go pick up a trailer and bring it home the same day right ? Thanks to the man Kurtis Collins he made it a breeze picking out my new trailer ! Outstanding dude this guy knows his trailers, helped me purchase the perfect trailer for my business! I love my new trailer highly recommend Trailer Plus in Lodi, Ca great prices!

Ko Lo was very helpful and professional. As soon as we got there he made us feel at home. Took us out to lot and helped us find right dump trailer for our needs, checking my vehicle towing capacity was capable of towing trailer. Process was fast and conveniently easy to do. This is the second trailer we buy from TrailersPlus and will continue to do for our future trailer buys. Thank you Ko Lo for your knowledge and professionalism.

Ko was super helpful. Probably the best purchasing experience my husband and I have ever had. Ko was very thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions (especially my annoying ones about wires) and was super knowledgeable. We felt welcome and comfortable the entire time. Ko and his team are so helpful! From the first time I spoke to him I felt I was in good hands purchasing from him. The staff even went out of their way to resolve a small wiring glitch on my truck. Overall, even though it s a bit of a drive from my hometown I d shop here again!

Just took our 5+ year old ministry trailer in for service to TrailersPlus in Lodi. The job was amazing. So much more than we asked for and expected. Painting touched up, new stickers, bearings serviced, all new battery kit and brake release cable. We are getting ready for Arizona trip and they inspected again just as I was ready to pick up and they discovered some cracks in what were fairly new tires. Last minute save by their service team. They totally blessed us with help to get the tires replaced as my schedule was jammed and also saved our team from some major tire failure on the road to Arizona. It is so nice to have help and courtesy when needed the most. Thanks TrailersPlus Lodi.

I had a great experience with my trailer purchase. Knew what I wanted and was in and out of there in about an hour and a half back on the road with my new interstate 1 5x8. Had a great salesperson with a lot of knowledge and he even spotted that my 2 ball was loose and I was driving away so he waved me down to tighten it. Great service

Ko was our salesman. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Everyone was friendly, helpful and worked as a team. We were on a tight schedule and Ko showed us the trailer pointing out quality issues, offering upgrades, working hard to get us the right price and all the add on's done before lunch! We were in, we were out, and we were satisfied. Thank you Ko and the whole Lodi Trailers Plus team! PS, thanks for the back roads directions, very helpful.

I drove an hour to Lodi to check out some trailers with the hopes of towing one home. I was expecting to get the works from the sales staff and was prepared for it. After talking to Kurtis for 5 minutes , I knew he had my best interest in mind. No sales tactics, just facts and letting me know my options. Needless to say, I left with a great trailer and I feel like I got a fair deal. I would definitely deal with the Lodi Trailer Plus again.

Top knotch experience from start to finish. Had a great experience when looking for a 12 x 6 demo trailer. I was able to use the active inventory feature on the website to select the trailer I wanted, the staff guided me to the one that best fit my needs and budget. All staff from the answering service, Jorge my sales rep and Kirk that assisted with the safety inspection before pulling away were nothing short of 5-star. Save yourself some time and headaches and give TrailerPlus a call.

I cannot seem to put in words how happy I am with the service at trailers plus in Lodi. I was helped by Ko & I have to say he was very welcoming and helpful. I went to 3 other locations but as soon as I stepped in here I felt like this was the correct place to be. We ended up buying a new enclosed v nose trailer for the same amount we were going to purchase a basic white one. Have to give it up to ko he was definitely the reason why I chose to stay and purchase here instead.

Our sales person Angel was absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable, kind and thorough. He answered all questions and made buying the trailer so easy for us. My sister in law is considering getting one for herself. The best place to go to get a trailer. Very professional staff. I diffinitly recommend Trailer Plus in Lodi.

KO was very professional, personable, timely, and efficient with time. He had all the paperwork ready to go. When we hook up the trailer to my truck the lights were not working. Ko, quickly had the guys on it diagnosing the issue. I was in and out of there very quickly. They earned my trust and my business for life. Thank you

Wow! I never purchased a trailer myself, so I was nervous about the whole situation. However, Ko made it easy, from start to finish. He walked me through the trailers they had, asked what I needed it for, and helped me find the one that fit my needs. Once we were done with the paperwork, he walked me through ownership and operations. He showed me how to use the locks and handles, proper chain management, and he even hooked it up for me. As it turns out, my trailer hitch needed some adjustment, which he happily helped me with. Again, wow! Ko was integral to this experience, so I won't consider another dealer for my trailer needs.

The folks at TrailersPlus both in Fresno and Lodi made the process of purchasing a trailer enjoyable. Very good people. I generally don't appreciate call centers, however even their call center experience was a positive one.

This is the first time I have bought a cargo trailer, the staff was super friendly and super helpful, specially Ko and Angel, very pacient and not pushy to force you to buy things that you might need. Trailer seams to be built solid time will tell, but at least the buying experience was great.
