We had to purchase a new AC compressor and the 1st one from another O'Reilly's location we bought last night did not work. The associate Vincent was so informative and helpful. Great customer service. This location did not have it in stock but got us sent to the store that did. Thank you.

I shop at both O'reilly and autozone and also rock auto online. I'm always looking for the best deal. It's important to shop around these days as the price will vary upwards of 20% depending on the item you're looking for at different locations.

Knowledgeable and respectful staff that actually help you troubleshoot your car problems. Also you can tell they can tell the difference between a car part and their elbow; trust their recommendations.

Dang. Great service from a couple of happy, helpful guys. Got my headlight lenses polished after getting the kit the guy recommended, and the Meguiar's car wax he said to get works great! I will be back, thanks!

It's hard to fault the staff, but I will.. They we're more interested in call in customers than the ones standing around waiting to see if they had the correct parts in stock or not. And they didn't. Could order them from the warehouse, be in the next day. Rock Auto was a lot cheaper, and no rudeness!

Always has what I need but wish they kept 4 exhaust in stock because of my diesel. Workers have basic knowledge but wish more could be taught to help them understand the products instead of reading the back. If you re knowledgeable about what you want you ll be in and out.

I have been going to this place for a really long time and I'll keep going to this place. They always have really good employees. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. From wiper blades to a new ignition switch to where to go to get that ignition switch re pinned. Ps I travel from Stockton to go to this one. Since 2000. Thank all of you for the best service keep it up guys.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful, and there return policy is great. Also u can rent tools there for free! Just put down the deposit and as long as you return the tool within the time frame you get every cent back .

They were really helpful. We had some questions about oil filters and they helped choosing the best quality with the best price. Also gave us giftcard because we bought the oil and the filter together.

Extremely helpful and professional employees. I can always order parts if they do not have them, and get them in usually the same day. Much better auto parts store than AutoZone and Napa.

This is the auto parts store I like best in town. Occasionally u get someone that doesn't have a clue what u r talking about, but most the people are good. They also have rotor and drum turning service, which I like.

Fast and friendly clerks. They have a very good selection or can get what you need from other stores in about a day (Have ordered stuff many times). Prices are consistent with other automotive stores.

Does anyone name Tom work here? The garbage man in our neighborhood didn t do a good job cleaning up the trash and a bunch of love letters flew into our yard. Really confused now. (Also this isn t a joke a stack of these babies flew into our yard and we need answers.)

"brake failure" thanks for having the wrong info in your system and giving us the wrong break fluid. Dot 3 instead if the dot 4 we needed to get around safely. Will be fun to fix 3,000 miles away from home

I go in to get a few things to service my vehicle I'm immediately approached and asked if they can help me I day absolutely, tell Alex what it is I need he gets everything I need and while I'm standing at the counter checking out he asks me if I stole the rag in my back pocket or did I come in with it. I pull a pair of gloves out of my pocket and ask what rag?! It pissed me off. What do I look like stealing a rag? Ill go to auto zone next time they lost my business
