I went and had a regular maintenance service here today and have never been more berated at a car shop than this. Sam is the guy who assisted me, and he told me that my 30k mile service had not been completed, only the oil change. I was at 40k at this point, and had declined the extras at my last appointment due to the work being $450. He very loudly insisted that I needed to have these filters changed, and I told him that it was not in the budget. I had to tell him 3 separate times that I did NOT want him to add the extra services. He then told me that I was in dire need of new tires , to which I replied that I already knew that. The whole conversation was incredibly uncomfortable because I should only have to say one time that I didn t want the service. Instead, he tried to shame me into adding extra expensive services, and then telling me how much the parts would cost even if I changed them myself . Very inappropriate. Only positive is that the service was fast. In and out in 30 minutes.

This is the worst place to take your car to the first service advisor was very rude and wouldn t help me came back to a different one. He was very nice and helpful.Because I had a warranty problem they didn t want to take care of. It only look for reasons why they didn t have to take care of it. Very disappointing I do not recommend this dealership.

They want to do work they want to do, not what YOU want them to do. After a short meeting early in the morning I decided it would be best to go elsewhere. I didn't come for tires, I came for engine work. BEWARE.

They did the thorough 60K mile servicing on my Prius, including replacing the cabin air filter -- the only downer is that they didn't let me know about the need for new tires until I was ready to pick up the car -- had to come back the next morning to get that done.

Called the service department five times and no answer, went there and was told I couldn't get my oil changed without an appointment. The manager told me they were short staffed. They had one other car in the bay...lazy staff

I noticed right away that they got rid of all of the past reviews which a lot of them were very negative including a few experiences that I have had there and very recently I have had very bad luck trying to get a hold of someone at this dealership because of my vehicle and how I cannot get it registered again unless I prove that a recall was performed but yet my vehicle supposedly doesn't come up as having a recall but I have tried to call this dealership multiple times and they never returned my calls nor did they years ago. Even when I have gone in there for service I have noticed that they have gone through multiple service advisors and multiple managers and yet their tone stays the same which is very rude and condescending. I'm very disappointed because when this dealership was owned by the Geweke family it was not like this at all and it's very sad. I'll go to Elk Grove Toyota before I take another one of my Toyotas over here again!!!!

Got ELK GROVE THERE THIVES HERE , I bought the Toyota care PLUS PRE PAID MAINTENANCE PLAN , and it s nation Wide , and they still charged me for an oil change and tire ROTATION !!!

The Service Department is wonderful. They work with their customers so that they can have peace of mind when driving. If you want to purchase a car, check out Vanessa in the Sales Department, she will make your day!!!

Service is super slow, had an appointment and still took 2 hours. And its 50$ more then at elk grove Toyota. Go to elk grove if you canService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
