The gentleman helping me was very professional. I thought I was going to have a long wait as a walk-in but they helped me expeditiously and the waiting room was really nice. A lot better than I expected for a SMOG shop.Also loves that my bill was exactly what I was told it would be, no surprise fees or anything like I've ran into before.Definitely recommended

Only reason four star is lobby smell really strong cigarette smoke, like really strong! Work was fast, employee was kind and quick. Just don't plan on sitting inside. Got the job done in 15 minutes.

If i could give zero stars i would. i walked in and was greeted with an attitude. asked if i had registration and i said yes. and just stared at me. i proceeded to leave and i went next door to valley auto repair center they have great customer service !

Came in without an appointment, two people were ahead of me and I still was in and out in 30 minutes. Great customer service, great work, and very expedient. Highly recommend this shop, the gentleman behind the counter was great. Well, dropped off my car for a smog check and came back 60 min later with my car parked differently than when I parked it. The car must have been done but the shop is closed!!?? No note on the door. I called the phone number with no answer. I waited another 55 min until the employee/owner returned. No explanation or even apology. What a joker. If this is the way this business is run good luck. You lost my business.

I walked in at 4:45 on a Saturday to ask about a smog. Website said they close at 5:30. Before I co finish my sentence the man behind the counter cut me off and said,, WE'RE CLOSED!! Zero customer service.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Lodi Quick Smog (or, AmeriSmog) is a great place for SMOG ONLY services. I've taken two vehicles here now to smog for sale, they were open on a Saturday and I was in and out within 15 minutes. It's a great option if you're looking for a quick sale of a vehicle and need to smog it right away. The price was worth it for me for the quick turn around on a weekend car sale!! I will definitely use again.Service: Smog certification

I called these folks at 4:15 on December 23, 2013 to ask if I still had time to rush in for a smog check (Their closing time was 5 pm). The young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and invited me to come on in as long as I could be there quickly. I arrived at about 4:30. They had me out of there before 5 pm. $58.00 total. Very professional. Clean place with a decent waiting room. What's not to like?

Usually no wait when I get there, I am in and out within 10-15 minutes. Great service, clean. I drive from Stockton to go here!

Fast. Friendly. Good prices even for older cars. Great location. Easy to find. Transmitted info to dmv so I did not have to bother with paperwork.

I was completely ignored. I walked in past the garage area and he saw me. No one was at the desk and he totally ignored me for 15 min! I just walked out and went to Alpine Smog check on Lodi Ave. Waayyy more friendlier!

Got here at 9 right when they open for a smog and we were all done and driving away by 9:20. Fastest smog I've ever had.

Saturday person was rude and had no idea how CARB exemptions work. I printed it from the CARB website and brought it with me. However, the idiot refused to touch my car because it didn't have the magical "sticker" that transforms emissions into unicorn farts. I've been using them since they opened but never again.
