This place is a great place to have your Mazda race car engine running at the top of it's game. Family owned and run. They also do Rotary engine rebuilds.

Mike is THE Mazda guy in NorCal. He takes the time to understand your goals and helps develop a plan for your build. We sat down and discussed my turbo BP build and so far, the motor has been great. Later, I would go back and have Mike rebuild a Mazdaspeed rear-end with new gears and do a six-speed swap on my '94 Miata. The car just rips. Mike just knows these cars so well, it pays to do it right the first time.Service: Motor building

Haag Performance is awesome. Mike Haag (the owner) took time out on his weekend to show me his shop which can only be described as "super-cool". If you need a performance engine build for a Miata (or any Mazda rotary platform), Haag Performance is the go-to shop.

This shop is an expert in the industry. Great cars and great motors. The racing history runs deep in this shop with Mike's knowledge and I wouldn't suggest any other shop for a motor, rotary or Miata. If you want to win, you need a motor from Haag Performance
