My 2019 Wildcat 5th wheel had a hanger for the suspension fail. Victoria and Kelsey helped me out. We communicated regularly as we negotiated our way through my extended warranty service plan. We discussed several different scenarios to use to get the job done on time so I wouldn t have to cancel my trip. Best service experience from the front office to the technicians. You could definitely tell they worked as a team. Four technicians rolled my rig out for me to hitch up. One technician loaded my damaged tire into my truck for me so it d be easier when I got to the tire store. Thank you to Don for sharing his expertise regarding some upgrades I was considering. I will definitely share my great experience here with all my RVing friends.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Victoria and Kelsey were absolutely amazing and unfortunately I do not remember the technicians name. They installed a new camera and monitor in my RV. They were very honest and honorable. I now know who s going to do all the maintenance for my Alfa See Ya Gold.

Had a refrigerator replaced in my class A motorhome AC / LP unit weighing 233 lbs. A window has to be taken out to remove and install the monster fridge. They gave me an appointment which was not too far out like most RV shops in the area. All work performed with no mess. Perfect installation and completed witin one week. Don Silvey is the best and entire staff very friendly and professional.I highly recommend this facility for RV repair and collision work . Went with an abortion AC/LP very expensive refrigerator which they allowed to be shipped directly to them.

My truck was impounded at Geweke and when I went to pick it up, I was so surprised and how kind the ladies in the office were with me. Answered numerous questions and worked with me, truly. I appreciated their kindness, it's not something you see too often anymore.

I got in an accident and this was one of the shops that does claims for AAA. I went to get an estimate. Then man who did it acted like he was in a huge hurry. Said to come back in a week to get the work done. I called to see when the appointment was set for and the receptionist said he never even made one. Then they made the appointment but had to cancel it because of waiting on parts. So I made yet another appointment to which they cancelled saying that their tech quit and they didn't have another one. I've been with a wrecked vehicle for almost 2 months now messing around with these people. I wish they would have been honest and said they didn't want to do the work. I would have taken it somewhere else and been done with it.Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to any one. Even my insurance adjuster was baffled at this whole situation. They totally wasted my time.

I wish I could remember his name but I can't. He picked me up on Iris Street in Stockton on Sunday morning and drove me more than 80 miles all the way back with my car to Richmond California. Not only was he friendly and talkative but he just made the whole experience bearable. Never get rid of this wonderful man! Truly he is my "knight in shining armor" for getting me home on time for my daughter's 25th birthday lunch.

My wife Betty has been doing business with Gewke for many years, and I since moving up here 2004, and now we do business here together.Don is totally awesome,knows our RV and how to do whatever is needed and does the job well. I only wish there were more stars. Geweke RV Repair in Lodi, Ca. go beyond the call of duty to assure that everything is done correctly. They put my last motor home back together after a fire, looked better and was safer than original. I wouldn't' take my motor home anywhere else because I trust Geweke and Don the service manager. My Newmar Country Star is in now for slide adjustment and a couple other problems I was unaware of.

Service manager Don doesn t have a clue what customer service is... Getting him to return a call is impossible to do, and that s after he personally promised to do so ..... After close to two weeks having my RV and no action I picked my coach up and took it to another shop.

Called because I got recommended for a small thing on my bumper, lady that answered legit told me wE cAnT dO tHaT then how the hell are you advertising in your name for for an auto place? The hell. Won t even plan on coming here ever
