Hands down best experience. Did you know they detail cars and trucks. Had both my wife and my vehicle done. Super happy with the result!!!!

I read the reviews and looked at the pics and most were very old. I also thought maybe people expected too much from a "car wash" and maybe should have looked into a detail rather than a wash.I would not expect my vents to be dust free or a car wash to fix and clean my inability to not spill drinks and food throughout my interior. However I do expect the "best" package to include a proper wash of the outside. This would include bugs..and dirt. They appear to go through the motions, but reviewing the same areas they "did" resulted in a redo when I got home.went there because I didn't have the time to do it myself today, but ended up spending just as much time redoing as I would have if I had just done it myself.And I'd still have the $40+ in my pocket.Positive note: the air fresheners is still the same as it was 20 yrs ago. That's about it. Lesson learned.

1)Took car through wash and it destroyed my valve stem leaving me with a flat tire out the wash and damaging my rim. I did have after market caps on, if it was not allowed, it should have been pointed out. Was also blamed my wheels were too wide. Also should have been pointed out or never put into the wash. Never had issues with any other car washes.2)Wash was supposed to be brushless but brushes were left on and left small swirl marks on paint.3) Was told owner was going to call to find solution and never received a call.

Took my car in today to be washed. I always make sure I do not leave anything of value in the car. Well today when I got in the car I noticed a very expensive jewelry item of my husband's in the cup holder. I know it wasn't there when I got out. Come to find out my husband dropped it in between the seat and forgot to tell me. They could of easily of taken the jewelry, but they didn't. Very honest employee's. Will definitely be taking my car back there.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

ELLIS CAR WASHI rolled into Ellis Car Wash a couple of weeks back with no expectations whatsoever, other than expecting that my car was about to get wet. In fact, I have to say that I was mentally prepared to be unhappy with their work. Why? Because the world seems filled with disappointing people and services that are never quite able to fulfill their promises. It s what we've been conditioned to expect. Don t you agree?Having your car washed can be a little like buying a plain donut they re pretty much all the same. Like plain donuts, all car washes seem nearly identical when it comes to their equipment, and their soaps and suds. In the case of Ellis, their magic is found in the hard-working people who do the dirty work. The folks who vacuum out the grit, then dry the cars and hit the interior.I d been planning on having my car detailed it s for sale. The moment I sat behind my steering wheel I realized that having my car detailed would be a pointless waste of money. I m a little too old to have jumped back out of my car and done my happy dance, but I WAS doing it mentally.Though I can t say that they made my well-cared-for 17-year-old car look show-room-new, they made it as gorgeous and as clean as they possibly could. Better than it s looked in the 14 years I ve owned it.I have NEVER seen better work or close attention to the little things that can drive customers nuts. I suppose I'm trying to say that I was abnormally impressed, and VERY HAPPY with my choice. I forgot to mention that I'm allergic to many scents, or rather, the chemicals that they are made of. I forgot to ask them not to spray any air-fresheners. Apparently, that's part of the cleaning process. Not only was the aroma very pleasant, it didn't bother me. Just one more reason for me to return to Ellis.I don t think I could be any more enthusiastic about recommending Ellis Car Wash to you -- ESPECIALLY THEIR DEDICATED PEOPLE.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

This wasn't the best experience in terms of quality car wash.In regards to exterior, the vehicle was clean. Heavy salt and dirt from the long road trip were gone. Not many spots were missed, if any at all. The same can't be said for any exterior coatings. Especially trim dressings. So many spots on trim were missed. Extreme amounts of excess product were left to drip down the chrome leaving stains.The tires only had a few spots someone could nitpick and were rather shiny and well dressed. The dressing, however, did cause some sling after driving.Windows were nearly spotless. Very well done.Moving on to interior, this is were they really dropped the ball. Dirt and dust all over the seats. Inside door jambs were not cleaned. A quick wipe down of the arm instantly dirtied my rag. Floor mats were hardly vacuumed. Dash had clear spots they missed. They did vacuum under floor mats pretty well.In all, I spent over an hour finishing up the job and getting the truck to an acceptable level.The interior of the building and the waiting rooms were nice. The place uses decent Meguiar's products. The washes are fairly cheap and they can get the job done in a pinch, but don't expect it to be clean. They rush the job trying to crank out as many as possible. It doesn't seem like clean is actually in their best interest.

They literally seen my windshield was broken and refused to try and fix it. They wanted to say it was like that and it was never like that! I can t believe how a company wouldn t even try to fix or help pay for the damage. They had seen the damage and clearly wanted to make me feel stupid but they failed .Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

My 2 stars go to the labor staff. They did a good job. The man behind the counter has no customer service. He must be there for the money (he is the owner). I complained the prices are getting too high and he pretty much suggested to deal with the higher prices. Never going there again.**and there you go..total jerk!

They did a great job on my pick up. It hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. They got all the dog hair vacuumed out and all the dust wiped down. Worth the price!

Went to use a "The Works" coupon that we purchased in 2018.( I purchase 5 @ 28.95 ) My wife still had one coupon in the glove box.We had purchased other washes since without coupons, I have my own truck. I thought we could use this coupon, there is no expiration date.They refused to honor the coupon. They said the business had been sold a few times since 2018. They don't take old coupons. The guy showed me the same book they still sell coupons from, and the time that I purchased the coupon, everything, but said nope not good.I told him that when someone buys a business they purchase the assets and the liabilities on the books. He wouldn't have it.I asked if they would at least honor the coupon and I would pay the difference. NopeWe are no longer a customer.There are too many car wash places in town that can use my business.If you choose to do business with them, don't prepay for services.They don't have any integrity.

I remember Ellis in its heyday, nice gift shop, clean, lots of employees hustling to make wait times reasonable. Now there's a grouchy guy at the register :( It's the only full service car wash in town and I'd hate to see it go away. I give it 4 stars in hope it can keep finding employees willing to work hard in outdoor conditions.

I love going here to get all of my vehicles washed. They do a great job and if they miss something you can ask them to fix it. Shawn is a great person and helps you in anyway possible

The ONLY decent carwash in town. Went here after trying a drive thru wash that only took off the top layer. Save your money and just come here 1st.

Very displeased with their services. My truck was half howserdly cleaned. I have pictures proving they didn't even wipe down most of the surfaces. All around very unhappy with this car wash do not recommend.

I took my car in to Ellis today around 1 p.m. and wanted to tell someone that this was the best car wash I've ever had here or anywhere. The young lady that was doing my windshield from the inside did an amazing job. I keep my car inside a garage so it never gets very dirty. This young lady must have gotten out of the car no fewer than 5 times to wipe the outside then back again to do the inside. The car looks spotless, wonderful job!!!

Paid for the works in order to get rims/tires cleaned and to say it was 1/2 done is being generous. The wait was over an hour for 5 cars, most of it was my car sitting waiting for someone to tend to it. They unlocked my side mirrors and changed the angles. NEVER AGAIN!

I ve been too Ellis a couple times and get the basic stuff (which is pretty good), but yesterday I went in for a detail and they didn t detail it. I paid $85 and they just didn t detail my car... theres hand prints on the glass, dirt on my steering wheel, and dust on the dash. So they just didn t do anything.The place is good for a basic clean, but don t go here for anything elseServices: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Poor cleaning. Bugs on front of vehicle when you can wipe them off in a second and glass was wiped with streaks worse than it was before cleaning . They spilled the cleaner into ventilated seats and everything is now slimy with the cleaner they used on steering wheel/other interior leather items. Honestly worse every time I have been there in the last 10 years. A mere shadow of what it once was. Just look how vacant it is nowadays.

I went there to wash my car..terrible job..paid $30 for my wash and specifically asked the girl to vacuum my car well considering they did a bad job the time before that and I went back for another chance and again it was terrible..my son spilled soda on the back door, everything was still sticky and nasty..they charge an arm and leg for a wash and I could've done it better myself. Not impressed at all. The workers get people in and out and do a terrible job

I waited for an hour and 25 minutes for my car to be washed. Thats enough not to make me want to return ... But then i bought the $29.95 wash and the top of my car was still dirty. When i called and spoke with the person in charge that day she was nice enough to offer to have me bring it in again at no charge. When i brought it back not only did the manager say on hour and a hald was an average time to wait he also just gave me the cheapest wash and vacuum. Disappointed again.

Worst car wash I've ever had. I waited 35 minutes just to receive a car that was only half clean. They barely vacuumed the car, there was dirt on my floor mats, the door jams were filthy, the bottom panel of the car wasn't washed at all and the interior was barely wiped down. I've been going to Ellis for years and their service has rapidly declined over the past years. I will never take another car there again. It's sad to see a once good business become a place that I will never return to again.

I was excited to finally wash my truck after so long. I decided to go to this car wash expecting a beautiful clean truck but instead I was denied service because apparently the new owner doesn t allow trucks to be washed past 11 am because it gets busy and holds up the line of cars waiting to be washed, but there was no cars behind us or even coming . And what was also funny and frustrating was that they allowed another ram to be washed and yet denied us service . I am absolutely infuriated because this is so upsetting . Never again will I even consider coming here. I m sorry that I have things to do before 11 am and thank you for discriminating my truck.
