This is my third visit to this Costco to get the same tire fixed again. I made an appt for 12:30 I dropped my car off at 12:00. It s now 1:30 and my car is still in the parking lot. The employees seem nice but the tire shop is mismanaged. I ll probably be going somewhere else next time to get my tires.

We ran over some debris while traveling and got a flat. All other tire shops were closed so we went to the Costco, and I am so glad that we did! We spoke to Thomas who offered to inspect the tire before we went to renew our membership. I am so grateful for his help in a stressful time. Thomas communicated clearly to us the issues with the tire and even showed us. Alton was also very helpful and friendly through the whole process.

Wonderful experience! Oliver helped me and was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions! I had a nail in my other tire that he caught before it got worse! Thank you oliver your the best.
