If you're looking for high quality work at a fair price, look no further. We took our car to Rita Brewer (general mgr) and we instantly knew she was an experienced professional that was going to ensure the job was done right. Our estimate was very reasonable and the entire transaction was seamless. They have a wonderful text system that sends updates regularly. No sitting around and wondering if things are running on schedule. Our car was even done several days ahead of schedule and the repair was done perfectly! I am so thankful I found Rita at Caliber Collision and it was well worth the 30 min drive from Elk Grove.

Fantastic customer service. I have dealt with body shops in multiple states across the country having owned many, many cars and Caliber Collision is tops on my list! Super courteous staff making the extra effort to make me happy.

I brought my car to Caliber in Lodi. I worked with Scott and staff. Scott was very professional and helpful. They got my car out early and the work done on my car was done very well. My car look brand new and the color match was perfect. I would go no place else to get my car repaired. Thank you for your great work.

Caliber (Scott) took very good care of our vehicle. Communication was very good throughout the process. Recommendations left us feeling safe and cared for. We usually don t experience this type of expertise and care as a customer. Our experience was impressive and left us feeling very satisfied.

I would personally like to thank Lodi caliber collision worker Scott and Rita for working on our car. Great customer service, they communicated really well with us. Also they were able to help address and fix any issue to there customer satisfaction. They put there customer first, and dedicate there personal time to towards there customer service. We took our truck in for a repair. It was completed the same day, staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. They also washed our vehicle so we would have a clean truck when we picked up. Thanks Caliber for your professionalism!

Incredible customer service. All paper work was very thorough, I was kept updated throughout, car was done very fast, the repairs look great, and they washed my car inside and out before I picked it up. Outstanding company!

Not only did they do a fantastic job on the body repairs, but they managed 2 different types of repairs (insurance claim & elective repairs) flawlessly. Their customer service is amazing and goes above & beyond what they needed to - you just don't see this type of attention to customers much anymore. They have a customer for life!

Caliber Collision by far is the greatest body shop. These people know how to treat customers. From dropping my car off for repairs to picking it up, the service all around was superior! The repairs, paint, cleaning of car all great. I ve told over10 people about Caliber Collision and I normally don t leave reviews.
