I have never felt so welcomed in a parts store before! Caitlin gave phenomenal advice, instead of purchasing just pads I got the entire package.Pads, rotors parts cleaner and an air filter and a few snacks :) This is now be my first place to shop. Thank you again for being so kind and helpful, no one really goes above and beyond like you do anymore, I thank you again Caitlin.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Caitlin and her help replacing the battery in my car today. She is amazing. Exceptional customer service; friendly, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond for me today. I always have great service at this store and I will continue to return. 10/10

I came I to purchase and catalytic converter for my 2015 Nissan. Caitlin assisted me and was extremely helpful in the process. She was able to get the exact part I needed and had the part to the store within 24 hours. Thank you Caitlin!

I use Advance Auto Parts because I get discounts with Shell Fuel rewards. It was my first time going to this Advance Auto Parts and they are knowledgable along with the lady there I think her name is Catlyn, she is knows her stuff and its thicker than cold peanut butter. If I was a mechanic I'd be in there all the time

I came in looking for a battery mounting kit and Caitlyn (the store manager) was so quick to identify what I needed to ensure the proper fit. She was super friendly and outgoing! Customer service was on point there! I ll definitely be looking forward to coming back to this location!Thanks Caitlyn!

Came in for a bottle of K-Seal (8oz) which was labeled $16.99. Autozone and others sell it for the same price, so nothing unusual there. At the register, I was told the total was $34. The teller was uninterested that their own price tag said $16.99, insisted that the system was correct, and went on to say I should look for another product. I asked for a manager who confirmed that the price tag says $16.99 -- which is the going rate for the smaller 8oz K-Seal at all their local competitors. He said that there might have been a sale on and the tag wasn't updated. If the regular price is over $15 from the going rate, I suggest you shop elsewhere, which is what I did. I drove over to Autozone and was able to purchase the same K-Seal for, you guessed it, $16.99...

Great Service & Friendly.I called Advance Auto Parts on Cherokee Ln in Lodi to check on availability of an air filter and the woman who answered told me it was available in several brands. When I got to the store Teresa remembered my call and showed me what they had in stock and what they could order. I selected the one I wanted and she told me what discounts were available. I was able to save 15% with a discount. Teresa s friendly and helpful personality made it a great experience. I will definitely shop there again.

I have a 05 Tacoma that luckily has been good overall, I first visit the store for ignition coils, two were bad but for the price I decided to replace all and recently I wanted to do major maintenance so I asked for all the parts I needed and at the counter I was giving choices in quality and it was very convenient to find everything at the same store, complete gasket kit, trans filter kit, was recommended the correct oil for the job and best of all when fixing my car the parts fit correctly as the originals and as selected by the employees when placing my order, which I appreciate a lot! Very happy, I would go back! Thanks!

The whole crew worked hard to find and get a fuel pump that had been discontinued, still don't have it in my possession but it's paid for and still on back order. Caitlin is awesome she poured herself into trying to help me get this pump, she did not give up for a second. She is my now go to girl for auto parts.

all I have to say is Alex is the best!!!!! i was so stressed out on trying to find a car part for my car and no one seem to have it. i walked inside of advance auto part and everyone there was soooo helpful and had so much patience even while being busy. Alex was so nice and answered any questions or concerns i had. and to top it off he found the part to my car within 1 day . thank you so much alex great additiude great spirits and very quick at what you do you show so much care and i can tell you love your job as well as helping and satisfying your customers. i look foward to making this my #1 place to go to when i need something for my car.

Helped a friend to get van running, batteries charged and tested took a lot of persuasion even though the battery was purchased at this location. After several attempts of charging and testing I could hear someone say, it's good after another inconclusive test. Battery voltage was at 12.28 which is low for agm. Not really satisfied with how reluctant they were with service.

My headlights were dim. They recommend I upgrade to LED and now I blind everybody but I can see everything great! 5/5
