We have brought our car here twice after accidents because they are an Allstate recommended vendor. they do great work. The front desk staff is nice (Andrew), but more frequent status update calls would be nice, especially when body work can take weeks and customers want to know what is going on with their vehicle. Estimated time to completion used to be accurate, but with part delays out of their control, expect repairs to take much longer.

I m very happy with the quality of their service and workmanship. They did a great job on my bumper repair/repaint and did it for a fair price. They were professional and timely not to mention I picked up a freshly cleaned vehicle.

If I could give more stars I'd be happy to do so! It is so hard to find a place where people are honest, reliable, and very pleasant to work with. I was working with Robert Romero who was most professional and helpful. I brought my car after being rear-ended in pretty bad condition. From the day 1 I stepped in, I felt that I was in great hands. Robert left daily progress messages for me. After I picked up my car, it felt like new! If you want to have a great experience in a difficult time, you want to be in this shop!

I was a long time customer that referred many people. They repaired my car door. They did not put it together correctly. The did not install the window properly. My speaker was put in upside down and partially connected. What they connected was done wrong. I called them and they did not care or even apologize nor offer to fix it.Dublin Infiniti took it apart and installed properly.I will no longer recommend them to anyone.

I have had three different occasions to use the services of Tri-Valley Auto Body and every one of them have been fantastic. One instance was almost a complete rebuild of a car that our insurance should have just totaled, but instead they decided to repair it. These guys did an amazing job putting it back together to the point I knew it had been in a wreck but I couldn't see one point to indicate such.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my recent experience with Tri Valley Autobody. From the 1st visit for an estimate through picking up my car once the work was completed. Robert communicated with me at every step, scheduling, insurance supplemental, pickup. I knew where and what stage with an accurate timeline. The work? They did an awesome job, it looks exactly as the day I got it new, you cannot tell it was ever hit.I highly recommend Tri Valley Autobody based on my experience with them, they are exactly the kind of company I want to deal with.

The true meaning of success is how well a business treats you. The folks at Tri-Valley treated us extremely well and most importantly fixed our safety issue with our vehicle per their price estimate and beat their schedule to repair

2013 Nissan altima coupe was side swiped, I had damage to the front bumper and driver side mirror. My baby looks new and the customer service was A+. I will say if your car needs work, take it there you won't be disappointed.

Had to get an estimate yesterday my husband took the car in, they didnt do it I have no idea why just told my husband I needed to call so they can give me the information since I am the car owner, mind you when I made the appt, they said I didnt need to be there. I called back and left a message, till this day no call back I have no idea what is going on over there.

This is based on customer service.They didn t do our repair.I was asking some questions and the guy was being very rude and in my opinion, cocky.He acted like questions were a waste of his time and said his prices were too high for me.
