Bad experienced. We negotiated an out-the-door price for new Corsair , we were told we can put $ 2500.00 on credit card. Time for paperwork, salesperson said, car will be detail and clean in the process. We were brought from a quiet, calm Lincoln lot to the hustling bustling ford lot to meet the shark . This was where things went down hill. We were offered packages, after a few hours, we finally declined everything.Time to pay, we were told $ 2500.00 to credit care will be charge a 3% fee (we bought cars from dealer 3 times before. The last time was just 1 year ago. Never paid a fee). Our sales guy knew nothing about 3% fee. From the look on his face, I get the impression, there isn t any fee. Fine, no CC. Next, the-door-price was now $60 more. Fine, I pay that too. Drove the care home, something was squeaking and rattling by the screen and dashboard. It s ok, service can take care of that later days.Parked in the garage 1 day. 2 days later I drove it I noticed the interior is still dirty, smudged, and stain. They did not clean or detail the car like they said they would !! Holly macaroni. An almost $60,000.00 car now seemed used and cheap in my garage.We liked the salesperson and his manager. But what happened to the rest at this dealer? Extremely bad experience and very upsetting. If you want to buy a Lincoln car, go somewhere else, or if you have to go to the Livermore one, don t.

The service staff is nice and helpful. However, the process is cumbersome and flawed. It is problematic to reach the correct department when using phone numbers in google searches. I've had issues contacting my service rep both times that I've had my car in for repairs. It seems that there was endless phone tag. They don't have a direct line and voicemail nor do they always leave you a message when called. If there were a closer Lincoln dealer I'd be driving there.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have had. We purchased our car from this dealership because of Ricardo. He was not pushy, didn t contact us constantly and answered every question we had. I highly recommend.

I had yet another great service experience at Livermore Lincoln. I do not blame the service team for the lack of availability on parts. I felt as if the service was top notch. I was in for normal maintenance that was not covered under warranty. Andre went over and above when he realized that a part I may need was on back order. Alignment and brake service was great and the car drives like new now! The prices were a bit high, but it s a Lincoln. I expected that when I purchased the vehicle. I still love driving it after 2 years.

Updating my review from 1 star to 3 star because Stan (GM) and Nedra helped me with the situation! I will take another chance with the dealership.Original Review:What a shame for Lincoln brand!! Have been trying to get hold of a service advisor from past two weeks and called the dealership 4 times and everytime they say advisor is not available and advisor will call me back. I never have received a call back till now.I heard the new management has taken over and they have ruined the respect and trust this dealership has once made from its customers.I feel pain and agony that this service team is ruining the Lincoln brand by giving trashy service!One could expect better service from Toyota or Nissan than this luxurious brand Lincoln dealership!I was once a proud customer of this dealership but not anymore!

Parts shortage caused car to be held hostage 150 days. Infrequent and insufficient communication. Ordered wrong part initially. They did lend me a car for the duration and ultimately bought back car.

Worst experience with service department . No one attends to you. Even if you make an appointment they delay everything. I don t mind paying for the good service, but this place is a shame. Only thing service advisors are good at is adding dollars to your bill. Over last year I dealt with 3 different advisors and none of them have clue about dealing with customers with basic courtesy. Best of luck getting hold of anyone over the phone or getting a response over a text message.

So far so good at Livermore Lincoln! The staff is always great! James K. is always awesome to work with. We had to re-schedule an appointment once and it was easy peasey. Kudos to Rochelle also for going out of her way to provide a courtesy car. Thanks Livermore Lincoln!

My experience at Lincoln in Livermore dealership was excellent, I have no complaints, the treatment from the moment I entered the door was very good and when they introduced me to the director and he took his time to listen to my situation, what happened to my car, he automatically solved the situation immediately. which in the other dealership never resolved anything I'm not going to waste my time mentioning the other place because it really isn't worth it. But if I can say that I am very happy with the service they gave my car with the quality they treated me and how quickly they solved my car problem. I want to thank the team and the director.Karen P

Livermore Lincoln Service Center is elegant. Center could be considered"high end". Comfortable surroundings, cafe style waiting area with refreshments (need napkins). Lobby has a very modern, sleek look. Clean. Logistics of layout gives easy access to service reps, easy drop-off/pickup after service. Nice.

Service department customer care is very poor. We spent thousands of $$$$ for better service but they don t care. I call them for service schedule they said someone should be call back shortly. It s already 3 days past I am waiting for response. It s my humble request to management they should take notice.

I've had the most difficult time trying to schedule a service appointment. I've called multiple times and I'm told someone would get back to me. It's been radio silence. When you purchase a luxury vehicle you expect a better level of service. Certainly not the case here.

I purchased an Aviator at this dealership in March 2021. Setting aside the countless issues we've had with the car, the dealership could and should have been the least of our complaints. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Do not buy a car from this dealership if you are wanting even minimal quality service. I do not leave negative posts. Rarely even bother to comment but I felt obligated after so many horrible incidents.

I would have given 0 star, if permitted. Visit this dealer only if you don't have value for time and money and do not care of value commitment. They talk something over the phone and agree and then when you visit they want to extract more money from you on the deal agreed. They do not understand the value of customer at all and value of luxury car brand experience is NILL. They are making @Lincoln brand more non-valuable. I am not sure how still customers are dealing with this dealer nor not sure how Lincoln is allowing such things. I had worst experience with them since 3 to 4 days on closing deal on Aviator GT. I have also written comment on Lincoln Facebook page and hope they will take it seriously and help future customers like me. Avoid talking to these guys. My interaction was with Jay, Jason and GM(when tries to speak to him, he seems to not to care too).

So fast and easy, took my Lincoln MKT in for the recall, so easy thanks to Neva and Bobby, made my appointment, got there Bobby had my loaner ready in and out in like 5min,real professionals and super easy, Thank you Livermore Lincoln, thinking about getting another Lincoln,I will definitely be going back.I had such a pleasurable experience this past Monday June 27 2022, I had to update my review, a huge thank you to J.P. and unfortunately I didn't get the other young lady who made my service very enjoyable, I know I was there over an hour, it sure didn't feel like it. Not only did I feel welcome I felt I was more then a customer, thank you two for the pleasant experience, can't thank you two enough, I love going here to get my vehicle serviced.

Worst Lincoln dealership! Bought a 2022 Lincoln Navigator black label from them and the way they treated us at the service,never ever experienced that in my life, service manager Bryon was so rude, very bad attitude and he barely walked out of his office leaving us unsatisfied. They took our car for service and returned it back few days later with broken fog light claiming it s none of their fault, Lincoln should teach them customer service before employing them as a manager, he should know how to behave with customers when someone has spent 6figures on a vehicle, This is their flagship model, I never expected such a treatment from a Lincoln dealership.AVOID AVOID!!

Great experience with Livermore Lincoln! Worked with Grant and Jason. They both took great care of myself and my Family and ensure we got everythig we needed before we walked out. Thank you Livermore Lincoln. We will be back again and love the new Lincoln building!

Worst experience. They tell you one thing on the phone, will agree on price and tell you it will be quick and easy and will have the car ready for you when you get there. Arrive and the car is completely filthy, why a brand new car is not cleaned and ready for their customer is just poor customer service. Ohh and then that price you agreed to...yeah...once you are there....they will need to try to make that price happen. The old bait and switch didn't work on us, left after 10 mins and went to another dealership and had a great experience. Stay away from here unless you like to play their games.

The decision, for me to buy a Lincoln, took a long time. I was shown a lot of patience and respect while I thought things through. Every question got answered satisfactorily. I felt my concerns were addressed. I made a good buying decision. I'll have a long, trusting relationship with Livermore Lincoln.

Excellent communication, Easy drop off and pick up process with the Lincoln service Valet at home. Vehicle was returned washed and with interior vacuumed. CLEAN!!!
