Yama from Livermore Honda was very helpful and courteous. We went to Livermore Honda look for a Lexus but my wife wanted a moonroof unfortunately that vehicle didn't have one. Yama told us that the entire auto mall owned by their group and he walked us to other dealerships he showed us other vehicles. from now on I would differently come here if I needed a vehicle. Large selection of vehicles and helpful employees. Thanks

Well... lots of changes to this place and new owners/management. Unfortunately we had a new guy... poor guy first night by himself. Things weren't working... getting keys out for test drives etc. He was nice otherwise. Will be interesting to see how this place operates under new owners. Hopefully they go back to basics and great customer service... time will tell and fingers crossed!

Had my eTron purchased here , so this is my 2nd service but nobody guides where to stand for service, Nobody greets, service reps while helping others intentionally ignore or avoid to eye contact you, no receptionist..., once I got my turn start talking to service reps things feels bit better..You have to ask for the ride, in-spite of clearly asked for windshield replacement, other repairs while booking appointment many weeks in advance so they know it's a multi day job yet for a loaner i begged still didn't get one...A rental car can be on our own but that still needed someone to pick-up drop-off to rental place, and also audi service locations all that double logistics there.., super inconvenience! IMHO for a brand new luxury car we invest in the expectation of a reasonable support, maintenance services.>>Today I received a response from service manager and willing to correct it next time., changed 2 to 4 stars just by assurance of improvisations and kind enough to listening to the feedback

Picked up a new car at the best price available without the stress. Alina helped me get the best price for a Clarity anywhere in the area and stayed true to the price provided up front. Throughout the process she was attentive and informative about the car and the process. On the test drive she answered any questions about the car while providing plenty of details about it. When I decided to purchase the car there were no attempts to sneak in hidden fees.Alina provided everything up front and was clear about what was included for the car and what could be added on. She found several good deals and I didn't feel like I needed to constantly haggle just to bring the price down. I never felt mislead or pressured for any of the additional packages I wished to add or remove. Any questions I had about what was included or excluded in certain packages were answered in detail. At the end of it all I had a new car and I didn't feel stressed about any of it, which was a welcome change of pace for me. Thanks again Alina!

Specific to Livermore Honda-Alex has been my service provider for close to 5yrs and he always offers such awesome and professional service. I can probably count on one hand how many times I've been helped by another service person, which they have been uber pleasant and professional as well.I purchased my car here in 2016 and will take it nowhere else for service. I tried once closer to where I live, but was so disappointed with the customer service and the service as a whole that I will never go anywhere else other than Livermore Honda.

This place is a mess. The construction going on in & around the building has been going on for very long time. Due to the construction, the service suffers. It seems as if many of the staff don't know what needs to be done. I.e. just picking up an auto part & whether or not it has been paid for. Just contacting them via phone to checking to see if my part had arrived for pickup is a very difficult thing to do. Their phone system is very, very poor. I will no longer go to this dealership any longer. It is better to go to the dealership in Pleasant Hill.

This is specific to the subaru dealership. Info and numbers kept changing on the car. They convinced me to race down there on a monday evening to get certain financing that I was told was extended. Then when I arrived the manager kept changing the numbers around so that it looked like he was trying to work with me. Had to walk away due to feeling mistreated. Not sure if it was because I'm a woman or not that they felt like they could treat me like this.

Their service team turned over not too long ago and I really do not like any of them. The service manager is very ncie but hes not around all the time. One of the middle age lady (service advisor) is the one person I do anything to avoid. I dont want to be too specific and name the person. But she is just not very professional and starts her respond with what she cannot do and why she cant do it. Also, they are open at 730am. I get it, but if you have 3 people there waiting at 725, couldnt you just open up a few minutes early just to get things moving. For a premium car dealer, they certainly dont match up to it. My experience with a Mercedes dealer was much better and on a different level.

Great staff, even better service team. Ishmael in service staff very helpful, pays attention to details, and follows through on every point. You should try this dealership for buying or servicing your Audi.

Juan was patient, helpful, a people person. I was just looking so there was no pressure. Juan said that he was going to follow up on something and he did. I will definately come back and ask for Juan when I am ready to purchase my vehicle.

We lease a q3 here, but when it was time to returned it they give us a hard time including the store manager also we suppose to got a refundFor audi care contract that i paid at front for 5 years nobody's is available or no one has return our emails messages voicemail i say this place is not professional at all very disappointing they own jaguar as well... Very sad to deal with this type of peaple..... be careful here..

Went to buy a Porsche but the salesman was condescending and politely RUDE. Held onto my trade-in keys for 45 minutes and wouldn't return them when asked. I was shocked.I ended up buying a Porsche 90min later in Fremont. Otherwise the facility is a 10!!!

Way better auto malls big rip off. if you want to lose money and get stuck with a car go here. They are liars and there service is garbage and I'm talking about the whole entire automall in Livermore. Please do yourselves a favor and drive the few miles to the city or Oakland and shop around other dealers.

Had to get duplicate keys made the key to the car was suddenly lost brought my DMV renewal paper with me and my driver's license and 5 minutes later I had two brand new keys the car awesome service
