Great employees Hector & Gabriela were the best I've dealt with dealing with Auto Zone since I've been dealing with this business; they got me right today!!!!! 10 stars if I could give it to them!

Brendan was so helpful and had patience with me and my rambunctious toddler. He took his time to look up exactly what I needed. He helped me replace the batteries in my car keys and my windshield wipers. He had no problem coming out to my truck to put the windshield wipers on at all. Thank you Brendan for the great customer service.

AutoZone was amazing We had a battery that was maybe 6 months from going out of warranty. AutoZone replaced the bad after they tested it with a brand new one at no cost as long as we had the old battery for a core. Which we were in and out of the store in minutes. Thanks Again AutoZone once again for amazing service

It's a large corporate chain store. But you would never know it cuz they have such an outstanding knowledgeable all around incredible staff. Feels more like your local independently owned hardware store in a large corporate chain. Don't hesitate.

They had everything we needed in stock and Frank was able to answer our questions and help us. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and was fielding questions from other shoppers, too. This was amazing customer service with a smile - so uncommon these days. We felt confident that we got the right parts when we left thanks to Frank! We highly recommend this particular location having had several positive experiences there. Competitors are not even close in offering excellent service & in-stock car parts.

Gabi at the autoZone in Livermore CA was so wonderful, she honored our jeep battery warranty even though it was 10 days past the date.It is hard to find a business that will go the extra mile for you but AutoZone did! Thank you so much we so appreciate all your kind help.

Went in with a troubled battery in my truck. Came out 20 minutes later with a new battery that was covered under warranty. Rich took the best care of me. He saw I had my hands full with two kids and did everything he could to help me efficiently and kindly before, during and after the battery installation. I'm one very happy customer. Also spoke to a lady on the phone (couldn't catch her name) who was extremely nice and professional in answering all my questions.

Gabriella and Hayden were absolutely amazing at Autozone. I have a 2016 Ford Fusion and i ve been having a multitude of issues with my car. I went to another Autozone in Nevada and they gave me the wrong battery for my car which caused all of the issues. Gabriella helped me get the right one with no additional charge and Hayden installed it. It went super smoothly and their help was so much appreciated considering I couldn t get the help anywhere else. They re amazing! Definitely recommend!

My BMW 320i had crazy yellow lights popping. So I wanted to get a first hand report prior to going to a mechanic. I stopped by AutoZone and it was locked at 725 AM but there was a gentleman inside who opened instantly. I believe his name is Frank.He went above and beyond. He googled on my car model, figured out how to get diagnostic information, and got me a printout and didn't charge me. He said "that's what we do".I wanted to highlight this and start the day thanking him for going out of his way to help a customer. He probably has saved me a lot of hassle and money! Thank you!

Be aware, the Duralast brake rotors rotors are defective. They come with a great warranty and you'll be using it. The rotors only last about 2 weeks to 2 months. I bought a set and within 4k miles I was having issues, after 8k miles it was Intolerable. I had used the warranty and got the same results on the next pair. After talking with the manager, she said nobody has ever had an issue, but after a bit of researching online I'm seeing that everyone is having the same issue. Ultimately I went to another brand but I'm out $450 in labor for having to change rotors 3 times in 6 months. I gave Auto Zone the opportunity to make thing right and they choose the legal route. So I've had to file a small claim lawsuit to recover the cost. This company knowingly sells defective products to the public.

They just finished! I like this place - price as quoted. Clean and friendly staff. I d referred someone here today and that is how they described their experience. Because my last experience with the company was years ago, I was so pleased to hear they are keeping up their good work.

I had to replace my battery and I couldn't get the cables back in right. This man who I wish I had got his name stopped to help me. He was either coming in or back from break and didn't have to stop and help. I really appreciate him.

I would like to note something that absolutely should be noticed. The Customer service was absolutely amazing ....amazing....the lady at customer service area. The .LADY. assistant manager was absolutely on it. 120% on everything from A to Z. came in with the battery that was dead and there was no problem. Wanted a swap. she went over the top with the customer service and was always smiling. eye to eye contact and very helpful. you don't get that places and I want that to be noted that the customer service she gave Me was absolutely 120%. She deserves a raise paid vacation or something. You rock autozone Livermore. Live in Dublin but won't go anywhere anymore but that store.

Came in to buy some washer fluid and a head light. Armando, who I'm assuming was the manager on duty was being berated by a customer. Armando held his cool the whole time and handled it with professionalism while the customer threatened to call his manager on Monday.I hope that management sees how good of an employer they have with Armando. He really stood out as professional and customer centric.

Today my truck barely wanted to start so I took it in to get a battery test. Freddie worked hard to get my corroded battery out and even held the door for me each time walking in and out of the shop. Excellent customer service, polite and helpful. I'll be going back for all my truck needs.

Great customer service. Asked if they could help me find something for me as I walked in the door. Responded with right over here and a package deal. Total time 5 minutes inside and back in my car. Awesome service!! Home Depot could learn a few tricks from these guys.

I had a very pleasant experience there.Especially after having to deal with Napa Auto parts. Purchased a battery in Tahoe it did not have enough hands to turn the motor over had my vehicle towed back to Livermore.Went to Napa in Livermore to get the right battery. Napa in Livermore told me they didn't make one in that size told me I had to go to the corporate store in Oakland to get my money back. Napa sucksThen when I went to AutoZone like I should have in the first place I was treated with respect and was given good information and got the right battery and now my truck works thank you AutoZone.

Excellent customer service from Hunter at Livermore Autozone. I called ahead to check that the battery I needed was in stock, and he had it pulled aside and waiting for me when I arrived. They had time to install it for me, so I was in-and-out with a fresh battery installed in ten minutes.

We used Auto Zone commercial for our business almost every day. Every time we call either Rafael or Carlos usually answer with great attitude. They always know what we are looking for and get us the best deals. In few occasions they have also price matched for us. They deliver every day of the week and delivery is quick. All the employees, Ron, Jessica, Rafael and others are all friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
