I would highly recommend High Desert Towing! Their driver Carlos was exceptional, displaying excellent skills, being personable, and efficiently completing the job. Not only did they arrive promptly when contacted, but they also saved our camping trip, which was on the verge of being ruined due to two flat tires. Their service was a true lifesaver, and we are incredibly grateful. Five stars well-deserved!Service: Car towing

All of these guys and company are Amazing! Even during not so smart reasons(Oops! Locked out of truck once it got it fixed). THANK YOU All for being so Quick and Caring and keeping us and our vehicles safe! You're the Best out here, don't let remarks from negative people make you believe this company is bad, They're wonderful Everytime that we've needed them! I'd give ZERO s if I could. AAA sent these people to give us fuel. The driver came w/an unmarked container, spilled some & then needed my husband to hold the funnel for him. He left, we filled up the gas tank with premium, traveled a few miles before our jeep sputtered and misfired and died. AAA sent these guys again. This time the driver stated a discrepancy between what the miles were to our house and what miles would be covered... He went from unprofessional to rude and hostile. He stated he would mark the miles and anything over 7 miles would be $10 mile... and if we dont pay he will take my truck!Well That ESCALATED quickly!I said he would not be towing my truck because 1) we have more than 7 miles coverage 2) we only needed to go 5.6 miles away... Plus 3) I wanted him to attempt a jump for JIC while i called AAA to resolve coverage issue.Once I told him he would not be towing my truck.. he turned around, put the tow bed back up and drove off without another word.No discussion, just left.He was obviously too lazy to actually help.AAA sent another company out and eventually were towed off the side of the very busy hwy and 100 degree weather.We are taking our truck in and I'll update if bad fuel from the first driver is determined to be another factor involved.

This location should have its AAA contract revoked. I am writing as they refused to come make a fuel delivery to my stranded vehicle the middle of a mild thunderstorm. My baby and wife and I got stranded by AAA due to this company's unwillingness to do their job.
