Staff and management went above and beyond for me.... I had to come from out of town to pick up an impound for someone. They were very helpful on the phone when I was checking ahead to see what I needed to bring, and they were conscientious about letting me know about some mechanical concerns. It was very thoughtful and considerate of them to keep in mind my situation before having me drive away in a strange vehicle. Thank you.

Awesome company! My bf broke down around 415pm & was towed home safe & sound before 6pm! That s GREAT!! Considering other companies told us the wait time was 1.5-2hrs & the cost was INSANE! Tow Pro was a great price for a great timely tow!! Thanks!!! -2002 GMC Sierra

My keys got locked in my car last night, joe was very accurate on timing, and his services was quick. His prices are very cheap. Although my tint and rubber got a little ruined during the process I m still very appreciated. Sometimes yu have to take the good with bad. Again thank yu Joe !!!

Everytime I have called TowPro no matter the auto reason everyone there has always been so courteous to me. If they couldn't come right away they made sure I explored every option and had as much knowledge as I could to troubleshoot my vehicle issues with no irritation in their voice. They are also the cheapest in town for a 30+ mile towServices: Car towing, Local hauling

Absolutely horrible. Do not call this guy for help. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire and called. He said 45 minutes till arrival. I called after 55 minutes of waiting only to be informed that it had "slipped his mind." Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do not call this guy for help.

Be careful with these so called business my SUV was impounded here and when I went to go pick up my vehicle after 30 days the response I received was contact the CHP office so when I did I found out my SUV was stolen from his yard. Now what kind of business has no security what's so ever and doesn't know how to contact owners of vehicle to inform them of situation. Straight up shady not trustworthy at all I would never recommend this place! When they recovered my SUV they wouldn't even let me see if there was any damages done to it. Horrible people!
