I went to the tire shop down the street to order wheels and tires for my truck. They were going to call me with a quote on what I wanted and never called me back after a week. Went down to tires direct and Usman had the exact wheels I wanted in stock at his warehouse and ordered my Mickey Thompson Baja all-terrain tires and had everything there the next morning. They put them on and the price was cheaper than anything. I found onlinesuper happy with the service here.

My son referred us to Tires Direct. I walked through the front door without an appointment and was in a hurry to get my other son from school. At no extra cost I was put on priority rush and was out with an oil change and tire pressure evaluation in half the time it typically takes for an oil change. The affordable cost gave me the savings to eat at the Rebel Hen right across the street.

Excellent service and unbeatable prices. They had both my vehicles in and out in no time with no surprises. Not even tire rack can compete with their prices. I will only come here.

Took my truck in for an oil change during the week. Got in around 11am. They were down one, guy out sick, and told me it would be about an hour. Walked across the street to have breakfast and came back to an oil change. They were efficient and kind, felt like my money was well spent there. I will start going here instead of the quick in and out oil shops.

My visit here today was excellent, I was able to pull in talk with the gentleman at the front counter, and he quickly was able to get my work vehicle in with zero delay even though it was close to their employee's lunch time which I greatly appreciated!! Within 30 mins, my vehicle was tire plugged and set for me to head back out to my appointments.Overall Excellent visit and really appreciated the top-notch service Thank you!!

Absolutely horrible manager here. The only reason you d ever go here is for the price. Service guys are nice but manager is horrible. I m not sure why an owner would have someone like him managing but one of the rudest people I ve ever met. Just needed a simple valve stem told me to leave screaming and yelling after I was there for 30 min! I ve heard stories about this guy but this is the first time I ve dealt with him it will be my last! Don t go here!!! If I could give 1 star I definitely would!!

Went to Firestone to get slow leak repaired. Told to drop off car and pick up 6 hours later. Drove to Tires direct and was in and out in q5 minutes. Charged $15. Firestone told me it would be $29.95. Tires Direct has my business from now on. Awesome job!

Not even a local competitor could figure out how to undo these 4 golf tires that were shipped to me appearing to have individually folded into itself (something heavy must ve been sitting on these 4 in storage). Personally, they re my go-to guys - thanks so much!

Great service as always! Had a vibration in my from left tire. Took it in to Tires Direct, the owner immediately noticed the tread had separated from the tire. Quoted me on some new Toyo AT tires, not only did he hook me up on the price. He had them in stock and had me back on the road within 45 minutes. Highly recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks again!

They had the wheels that I wanted for a competitive price. They gave me a good deal on tires too. I haven't had trouble with them on past tire purchases either so it all went as expected.

I travel 35 minutes to get my car serviced, even though I have a tires direct next to my house. I will not go anywhere else because the people who work here (In Lincoln) are the best. I appreciate them and wish to use my money to support their efforts. Come here for good and personable services.

I ve been going here for the past 3yrs. Once a year I have to get tires for my truck and wouldn t take it any other place. The owner has always giving me great deals on my tires and has stood behind the price he gave me from the very first time. The owner and staff is very friendly and accommodating to my busy work schedule. They always get me in and out in a very timely manner. I ve also witnessed them taking care of our fellow senior citizens which I highly respect! Sometimes people just aren t happy no matter what. Please don t believe the very few negative reviews until you experience this tire shop yourself. They are a wonderful group of hard working honest and extremely polite people at this shop. I don t know any of them on a first name basis and stand behind everything I ve just said about this amazing shop in my review.SincerelyRyan

The owner is very. Helpful knowledgeable and always kind to my family. Every time. I have flat or anything wrong. With my tires he immediately takes the time to get the service done I ve been coming here for 4 years now. I m always 100% happy with the work he provides here. Will come back. Here I recommend here for tires. And nice wheels also .

Our pizza truck breaks went out right in front of their shop on Saturday night as they were closing for the evening. They helped me just enough to get back on the road and not miss our catering event. Can't thank them enough for bailing us out on an emergency situation like that.Thank you!

Fast and very courteous! These guys are great!!. And their prices are great too. Its nice to see a small business where the owners really care about a quick and perfect job at a great price. And Awful Annie's cafe is just a cross the street for a cup of coffee and a snack while you wait.

I have had great service every time I've been here... first the Mercedes air pressure fixed; in and out service. Then the range rover had what we thought was a nail, they found a metal stick pretty much... and patched it and sent me on my way... 10min wait that was all!! I'll keep bring my boss's cars and mine here as needed.. thanks

Worse place for mechanical work! I was charged 248.00 and the owner couldn't tell me the problem. Which he said they could fix. My break lights wouldn't turn off when I turned off my truck. Owner wouldn't give me my money back. He didn't have a diagnosis! I have to go elsewhere and pay another fee. So, maddening!"To George you want to make it right give me some of my money back! 200.00. Also, when you were trying to fix the electrical problem you took out my trailer fuse. I had to replace it and buy a new correct fitting brake switch. If you would have put in the correct brake switch my truck would have the tail light problem fixed! It wasn't an electoral problem! So, if you want to make it right do it! Don't act like your concerned on here and in reality your not!"

There are two factors that one should There are two factors that one should take under consideration with any business that you deal with: 1) How well you, as a client/customer, have been treated and 2) How well they have done their job.I am very pleased to say that the owner and the staff have always treated us, my wife and myself, with the utmost courtesy and the work on our cars has always been outstanding. I have no reservations in recommending this establishment to any one who might need their service.

Always fast and great service! My last two sets of tires came from them. Just had my highlander tire fixed, rotated and they rechecked the balance. Free and I was out in under 20mins. And I never write reviews....

USA Tires are AWESOME! The steel belting was coming through one of my tires on my horse trailer & they fixed me up quickly. They were way less expensive than anyone else I called & were very friendly & polite. Did I mention fast? I drove in & they were on it before I even walked in the office to pay! Great service! My horses & I thank you USA!

Always knowledgeable and helpful. This shop has a lot of integrity; if they can't do a job they will tell you, and the jobs they do, they do well! They also support many local activities including the high school and the fourth of July committee

Just need a popped tire fix. I took it to other places and they refused to fix it because of my tread and were focused on selling me new tires instead. Stopped by here and they took it no questions and fixed within an hour for a great low price! Highly recommend this place for all tire needs and repairs!

Go somewhere else for Mechanic Work!!!! My daughter's car was having steering issues and I took it to Tires Direct as I had used them before for Tires and had good service but NO NO NO not a REAL Mechanic Shop!!!! They told me that the Power Steering pump needed replaced along with the Rack & Pinion. ok fine....but THEN they call and say oh you're going to need to replace the water pump as we see moisture (was not leaking)....and it will be only 175.00 more since we already have it opened up. I hesitated but said ok since it would be cheaper than if I waited till it goes bad. Then they do the job....$1100.00 dollars later and its fine for a few days....Now we have leaks.....we take it back....they said the Rack & Pinion needed to replaced AGAIN!!!.....Get the car back....heater is not working and its leaking from the area of the water pump.....Take it back again....Oh it's leaking from the Timing Chain but we can seal it....Put BARS Leak in it....didnt tell me that either...just said we can seal it.....and charges me $60.00 more for the sealant....Leaks again a couple of weeks later....Oh you have to take it to someone who does Timing Chains but we can seal it again. Ok at this point I'm done. The owner of the company I work for used to have his own mechanic shop so he went over to the shop to verify the issue.....Had to teach them to use DYE to find leak....which ended up being the Inlet elbows above the water pump...in which they broke but would not admit. I finally took to a REAL shop and they found the issue and repaired and found tons of MUD in they coolant system which had to be cleaned...so here goes another $353.00. I reported them to the BAR and of course they refuse to reimburse the $353.00 to correct the problem they made for me. So Please avoid this place as they will take advantage especially if your a woman.

My wife same to this shop about a week ago for a tire rotation, I believe the name of the guy that worked on her car was abdul but im not sure. He over inflated her tires, and over tightened the lug nuts to the point that i couldnt get them off to put her spare tire on when she got a flat! Will not come back

Worse than an unscrupulous loan shark! All I needed was a lousy lug nut . They had to buy one from a parts house next door. Guy working on my car said he paid $5. The Sorry SOB of a manager charged me $9. This, after I purchased 2 complete sets of tires from him just last year.I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with that ripp off artist again. UNBELIEVEABLE

Speedy, friendly, and professional. Other places were charging $40/tire for installation, and TD only charged $25! Definitely coming back for future tire needs.

Totally scammed me. Just decided not to tell me they don t have the tool to complete my alignment. They adjusted toe, left the rest out of alignment and charged me full price. Will never go back to them again. They new they could completely finish the job. Just wanted money for nothing.
