The customer service at this new location is very poor. I was told on the phone my repair was 1500 this invoice was for 1600 plus. The company I work for is a big customer of there's but they couldn't see past the credit card charge of 3 percent to help me out. My kids were having trouble with my Jeep in Rocklin and when I got there I didn t have the tools needed. Abel with Superior Equipment Repair was having his lunch in the parking lot and gave us a hand getting the Jeep back on the road. Great guy went out of his way to help us. Thank you very much Abel. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!!!! My wife and I converted a SKOOLIE and were begging to get on the road. NOBODY would service us for TWO WEEKS. Seriously, we made thirty calls. Superior Equipment Repair heard our sob story and blessed us with their service in the midst of being completely overwhelmed and in the process of moving locations. Arrived for a scheduled appointment to have motorhomes dash air conditioning checked out, wasn't blowing cold air, and to have ABS light check problem. Within an hours time the problems were found. The A/C was now blowing cold, the thermostat will need to be replaced and the front ABS sensor will need to be replaced. Because we were leaving on a trip the very next day I decided to wait for the repairs when we return. I asked Bill for the invoice to pay and he told me no charge!! Unbelievable to me that Superior had just spent an hour of their time to troubleshoot my problems and they weren't going to charge me, and with no guarantee that I would return to have the repairs made. I can't say enough good thing's about Superior Equipment Repair other than to say I will be returning here for any repairs needed to my motorhome.

OK, had a complete Air Suspension system installed on my RV, Superior did an excellent job. Replaced the front leaf springs, Trac Bar, Sway Bar, and installed the mounts and air bags. Installed the air gauges in the front bag compartment and even made a custom mount for them so I could see and fill them easily. Kyle was great to work with and he came in right on estimate, a pleasant surprise. They even went back under the bus after a road test to make sure everything was tight and secure. All in all a great job, I will definitely use and recommend them in the future.

Be aware that Superior Equipment Repair is not licensed by the California Bureau of Automotive, so there is little you can do to protect yourself form their bad business practices. If they give you an estimate, and they charge you more there is no place short of going to court to resolve a complaint.I took my Monaco diesel pusher in to Superior Equipment Repair to have some minor work done. When I dropped the coach off the individual that took the keys did not even write up a work order. I was just told I would get a call. THEY DIDN'T EVEN WRITE DOWN MY PHONE NUMBER. When I called to check on the status and cost estimate I was told that the work was complete and there was another problem. I was told that another customer had hit my coach and ripped off a $1000 drivers side mirror. THEY NEVER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF MY INITIAL REPAIRS BEFORE PERFORMING THE WORK. They did replace the mirror however there were also 2 large scratches on my coach they did nothing about.When I went in to pick up my coach I was told that my bill was over $1100. They charged me more than about 8 hours for work I later had estimated at 2 other shops for 3 hours or less.When I asked them about the overcharge they just shrugged their shoulders. When I told them I obviously wouldn't be back they said "OH WELL".Shops that are licensed by the California Bureau of automotive Repair are required to give you a written estimate before doing the work and cannot change that estimate without phoned verification. Superior Equipment Repair is not bound by these same rules.I do not recommend them to anyone. GO TO SOMEONE THAT IS LICENSED AND YOU HAVE RECOURSE WITH IF THEY GOUGE YOU.

I took my rig in for a pre trip inspection and smog issue.When I dropped it off they told me they would be done in three days.Two weeks went by and they never called.I started calling and they could not give me any answers. So I walked in and asked how much longer he said they are working on the smog issue.And I still did not get a report on the pre trip inspection.Long story shortTwo months and $5,000 later they fix stuff I didn t ask them to fix and the stuff I asked them to fix was still not working. On a road trip to Nevada and lost Turbo boost in our diesel pusher motorhome. Pulled off the side of the road and began looking for someone available at 4pm on a holiday weekend. Luckily we were referred to Superior and Abel showed up within an hour to help us out. They diagnosed the problem and even had Bill the service manager drive out to the roadside as well. Nearest turbo was in Las Vegas so Abel drove that night roundtrip to get the part back to us ASAP. With the motorhome safely waiting repair at the Superior shop, the staff were professional and courteous while we waited for the turbo to arrive.The mechanics were great and knowledgeable, hardworking guys that worked around the clock.Corbin took over afterhours and finished the job so we could get back on the road. A huge problem took these guys less than 24 hours to resolve and our family was able to continue on with what ended up being one of our best vacations. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue

They came out to my house in a couple of hours. My Diesel Motor home wouldn't start. Abel ways very professional. He eliminated each thing till he found the problem . It was the security alarm it had been tripped .The Motor home started great after fixing that problem . I will give Superior's information to all my Diesel Motor home friends that travel this way. Did a good job on alignment. Good price on tires. Was not able to get shocks right away so I did that part myself. Staff good to work with.

Helped me out of a jam. Lost the entire wheel off my trailer on hwy 80 and they came out, accessed the situation, went and got the part 45 minutes away, came back and installed all new hub and wheel in less than 4 1/2 hours.

Took my truck there to have a used engine put in.i don't think they gave me a different engine but I can't prove I nothing but lies and delays. Don't use these guys, ever. They kept my truck fort months. Bad, bad bad

They went out of their way to make sure the job was done right on my RV. The only issue i would say is that they should have covered the floor and seat better, but that seems to be a common issue with RV shops.
