Paul is so great to work with! Excellent communication. He is honest, provides regular clear updates. He always lets me know what else is going on with my vehicle but never pressures an upsell. I have never felt I was being taken advantage of. I really appreciate that! He even came to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. I am very pleased with his service! Highly recommend Lincoln Automotive!

I've had to go to this place every two months for an intoxilock recalibration. And I'm never there longer than 5 minutes and the price is literally half as much as everywhere else I've gone. This place has been in business since the 50s or earlier and they seem to be more than fair also very friendly. I continue to recommend this place to my friends and family

Paul and staff were amazing! My heater broke in my car and not only were they able to fix it but it was done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this shop!

Paul the lead mechanic is great. He gives you updates regularly and charges a fair price. Their work is totally professional and the front service manager is awesome as well. This company is under new management and have new Mechanic's that are really good at their job with a lot of year's of experience and various skills that get you in and out without breaking the bank. This place is amazing, affordable, and keeps your vehicle running top notch Without all the stress because they are honest and that's something you're not going to find anywhere else believe me i feel blessed to have stumbled across this auto repair shop after being taken to the cleaners by other places replacing parts that were unnecessary but expensive.

For anyone who may of had a bad experience in the past I urge you to give them another chance . The team now includes the technicians from George's Friendly Auto Mike , Paul and Zeth. All three have been in the industry for many years and each have been ASE certified in many different areas. I know because I worked with them for ten years or so as service advisor for George's and have seen what they can do .

I wouldn't give this place any stars. They had my car for five weeks to do a 2 hour job and they charged me $1200 for what should have been about a $400 job including labor. I took it back 4 times and each time he said it was fixed but it wasn't. It still isn't fixed. I just gave up! They also splashed some kind of chemical on the hood and fender that left spots in my paint. Worst shop I have ever dealt with.

My 2000 Cadillac Escalade had a very nasty and irritating electrical problem that caused my power windows to not work, and another repair shop thought it might be the ignition switch (GM car - ignition switch - hmmmmm...), but after $292 the problem was still there. I took it to Lincoln Automotive Center and Ralph fixed it quickly, charging me almost nothing. I'm what you might call a "Gear Head", majoring in Mechanical Engineering in college and doing most of my own repairs most of my life, and I was impressed with the knowledge Ralph had about the trouble-shooting process. I read several other reviews where customers had a different experience than mine, but I guess that's the nature of things these days. I have nothing but positive things to say about this business. Now the same truck is having transmission issues (yikes!) and it goes in this week. I'm positive I'll get an accurate analysis of the problem, good quality work for the repairs and a fair price for the work.

For 19 years Ralph and his staff have been getting our cars back on the road as fast as they can ! Even the antique Jeep with an OCD owner :) Thank you all!! Also a big Shout out to them for keeping a donation jar & FieldHaven cards 14 yrs of supporting our community! Lincoln Auto Rocks !!!!! Pawsitive Place

I had my subaru towed in to lincoln automotive after it sputtered out. I believed that it was a problem with the fuel pump but was told that I was simply out of gas. Embarrassed, I took my keys and proceeded to drive off. About a block and a half away the car sputtered out again so I pushed it back to the shop for further inspection. They got right to work on solving the problem which turned out to be an issue that caused intermittent loss of fuel pressure. They fixed the issue and charged me nothing the second time around.The takeaway: Every business makes mistakes (keep in mind that it would be pretty easy for anyone to think there is no fuel in my car as the fuel warning light is on more often than off in my car) but, it seems that very few are willing to fess up to their errors. Lincoln Automotive has proven to me that they are one of the rare businesses that will stand behind their work and rectify issues in a more than fair manner.Thanks Guys- you have another loyal customer.

These guys are awesome. They really know what they are doing. They are professional at all times. It may not be close to my home, but definitely worth the drive. Don't go anywhere else!

This shop needs some how and some way really NEEDS to closed his doors for ever.who ever talks good about this bull crab shop of Lincoln automotive they really must be on something or drunk. the owners are very rude and will try there hardest to rip you off plus they really don't know what their doing! the place is dirty also just like the owners Theres alot more other shops in Lincoln DON'T GO TO LINCOLN AUTOMOMOTIE CENTER you will be sorry

FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, ONTIME. REMOVED & REPLACED DISTRIBUTOR. 2000 NISSAN QUEST HAS HAD AN INTERMITTENT MISS EVER SINCE. TOOK CAR BACK. LINCOLN AUTOMOTIVE SAID VEHICLE WAS FINE. STILL HAS THE MISS. THEY EVIDENTLY DID NOT DO SOMETHING RIGHT.

They are my new go-to car repair when I'm in need. They were able to fix a problem for me that took another shop three times and $355. to tell me they couldn't fix my car.

Price gouging pieces of dirt. Don't go to Lincoln automotive unless you like being screwed over. Also the filthy mechanic spilled coffee in my car which he didn't bother cleaning up. Piss poor business all around
