I called first because I had questions about a report I got from another service center. Tilly took almost half an hour to really explain what was going on to me and help me make an informed decision. They then inspected my new car for absolutely free. They are kind, welcoming, and very helpful top to bottom. Thay 100% won me over and I will be taking my car to them and them alone going forward.

If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, George s Friendly Auto is for you! I went in about a year ago after I bought a used car, I needed an oil change and they noticed a leak and a wheel bearing issue and got me taken care of right away. They handled everything with my insurance company. It was such a relief. Great team they got there! Could not be happier

Absolutely wonderful experience! Honest and reliable from the start and excellent customer service. I really appreciated the pictures that accompanied my cars diagnostic report and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. Thank you George's Friendly Auto Service. I have found my mechanic!

I was referred to Georges by my son and Best friend. Took my husbands truck in for a 60k service. They went above and beyond my expectations and saved me approximately $400 from dealership price. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for future service!

Best place for getting repairs done, whenever there are repairs I can t do myself this is my garage of choice. I live in Los Angeles and prefer to get work done here when I m in town.Everyone is honest and they don t nickel and dime you, had work done recently that ended up being quicker than planned, and they lowered the cost when I paid. One of the very few automotive locations I actually trust.

I was very happy with the service I requested. The service writers went out for there way to get my truck back to me quickly and finished sooner than expected. The tech that worked on my truck did a great job.i was updated on the progress as it went along .thanks for the good service and fair price .

Over the weekend I attempted to repair my own brakes. Big mistake! I spoke with several friends who recommended George's. First thing Monday I called George's and spoke to Tilly. She was very understanding, pleasant, and easy to work with. I brought the car in and it was done a few hours later. The charges were very fair and the car runs great! They communicated with me through the whole process and I was not charged for things that didn t need to be fixed. I felt they were honest about the issues and if items didn t need immediate attention I didn t feel pressured into have that work done immediately. I will definitely return when future work is needed.

George s Friendly Auto Services is the most friendliest and honest shop . I wentthere because my engine guard shield keeps falling and they screwed it up for free. They did not try to sell other service that my car don t need. I found a place where i can bring my car for any service without getting worried of being ripped off.

My cars brakes weren t working as good as they should and thought it might be time for new brake pads, brought it into George s and later that day got a call letting me know the brake pads themselves were still good and that it ended up being that a shop I had brought it to while I was in the Bay Area hadn t bled the brakes correctly when I had the master cylinder replaced and that led to air getting into the brake lines, they fixed the issue and my brakes are working like new again, saved me $$$ and peace of mind, highly recommend will be bringing in my cars here from now on

We got our brakes replaced by George s about a year ago. We took the car in because the brakes were grinding. They took care of us and fixed the brakes at not additional cost. They took great care of us. Great service!Service: Auto brake replacementService: Auto brake replacement

Jess and Tilly are amazing. They are looking for the best interests of the customer. I brought in my vehicle due to a noise they did a full inspection and advised me of some very serious safety hazards. Im very thankful for there honestly.

Very nice environment friendly fast service.Tires and wheel alignment were done on my vehicle ! George's repaired the master cylinder on my 92 Lincoln Towncar, found the parts and didn't even use all the parts they ordered because they found it unnecessary to perform further repairs, once they got into it. The best part? They put a hood ornament on, that I'd ordered ages ago, for free! Great service! Very knowledgeable! I'll be taking all my vehicles to George's after this!Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

Jess and Tilly at George s Friendly Auto are AWESOME. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had a very unique situation with my car and they took care of me like they would a family member. Their attention to detail, sense of urgency, care and communication is fantastic. I won t be taking my vehicles anywhere else. I ve already referred a friend to them as well. My car broke down 20 miles out of town. The staff at Georges was amazing!!! They connected me with an awesome tow service when my road side assistance company left me hanging and the shop quickly repaired my car. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and empathetic and transparent about what was happening with my car. I highly highly highly recommend them when your car lets you down. They will help!
