Ryan the mechanic was so thoughtful and very polite and James the salesman was very helpful and explained everything about what was going on with my car, he even took me out to explain what was being done to my car. This was the most AMAZING and WONDERFUL trip to Firestone. My car has never driven so wonderful. God bless Ryan and James

I felt as if the sales staff were most interested in adding services rather than simply performing the simple tire rotation I came in for. I guess there job is to upsell services. I had an appointment with them and I waited for my vehicle and it took close to 2 hours from the time the vehicle was pulled into the shop for a simple tire rotation and balance. I was told it would take about 1 hour when I originally made the appointment. Overall the experience was okay, but not sure if I will go to them in the future.

I had my car serviced at the Firestone in Lincoln, CA and was very pleased with the attention and service I received. When I picked up my car, James went over all the work that was done and walked me to the car to make sure my power driving wheel fluid light was not on. I called several other places to get my oil changed and check the steering wheel fluid and they had the best price and are conveniently located near me. They also told me what the dealer would recommend for service according to my mileage and advised me if I needed to have that done. I would highly recommend them.

Your employees always set the right expectation. Regardless if it's myself, my wife or my kids that need service. They make us feel welcome. During their service they will inform us of any repairs I need to be done. Keep up the great work.

Took my SUV in because the breaks were squeaking. They sold me I still had a lot of life in both front and back breaks. I told the guys appreciated their honesty. I could have taken it somewhere else and they could have SOLD me on front and back breaks to me a sale. Hats off to these guys for having integrity. I will be be back for sure. Thank you for being honest.

James was great. He has a sense of humor that I appreciate. My only complaint was the wait. I feel when you have an appointment, that should be when your car is taken in. I understand slight delays but other than the wait I was completely satisfied with my experience.

I just came from overseas after burying my recently deceased brother in law to find that one of my tires was completely bald. I was looking for a cheap fix after all of the expenses I had just paid for the funeral, only to find I could not replace just one tire. I was very upset and stressed about the extra money I needed to spend. However, the sales clerk, Gam, not only de-escalated my admittedly hostile attitude but provided excellent service and was able to suit my needs and get me back on the road safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in such difficult times for my family. Thank you, Gam.

I am a regular customer, I have 4 different vehicles I have serviced for oil and filter changes and tire rotations at Firestone Lincoln. My work van needs tires inflated to 50psi fronts, 80psi rears. Almost every time I have my van serviced, the technician does not adjust the tire pressures accordingly and/or forgets to reset/relearn the tire pressure system. Its a small error but very inconvenient because I have to return, but since this is a repetitive problem that happens on my vehicle almost every time it is serviced....now I have a big issue. I will keep coming to Firestone Lincoln but if it happens one more time I will lose my cool and make a scene. The kids servicing my vehicle need more training or more supervision to make sure they are fully completing the service.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I usually have the pleasure of working with Tim and he is wonderful! They are constantly busy with appointments and phone calls, but they are also very accommodating with their walk-ins, especially if you can bring your vehicle in when they open at 7am and leave it with them to work on throughout the day (which is what I usually do, time allowing). Their Lifetime Wheel Alignment package is a MUST have if you bump into curbs as much as I do

Do not go here. Especially if you have an emergency. We were up visiting a friend and saw that we had a flat tire when we went to leave the next morning. No worries, there was a Firestone down the street! We called and told them our type of car and they said to come on in, no problem. We popped the donut on and drove over at 10am. Once in store they were nice enough, said they had one tire we needed left in stock which was perfect. The guy even double checked that they had it in stock with his coworker before we left. He said he would get to it this afternoon. This seemed like a long time for a professional tire company to take to change out a single tire but we figured they were a little busy. By 3pm (5 hours later) we had still not heard from them. We called to check in and they were extremely rude on the phone that we had bothered to check in with them. This was...weird. At 3:45pm they call so I think our tire must be done! It wasn't. They were calling to upsell me on 4 items they said I needed. One of which was an air filter that I had replaced at my last oil change 2K miles ago. I declined all 4 and they said "okay well now we'll get started on the tire change." You took the time to inspect my car but not change my tire yet?! That is the ONLY reason I came in today. Then at 4:15pm we get a second call from them, they actually DON'T have the tire in stock. They made us wait 6 hours, until almost every other tire store was closed, after we could have driven home, to tell us that they don't even have the tire in stock?! Then what was he checking with his coworker before we left the store at 10am? It's fine if you don't have the tire. It's fine if you don't have the time to change a tire. It is never okay to say you have the time and say you have the tire, make a customer wait over 6 hours, and then not even get them on their way. We were lucky enough to find a tire place still open 15 minutes away, they had the tire we needed in stock and it took them less than 10 minutes to get it on. Because that's how long it takes a legit mechanic to put a tire on a car. 10 minutes. Tire King didn't try to upsell us on anything, they knew we just needed a tire so we could get home for the Holidays. This Firestone does not care about you, the customer. They only care about the upsell. And when THEY mess up, they try to blame it on you. I will never go to a Firestone anywhere again. And if you are still reading this review, I recommend that you take your car literally anywhere else. It will be faster and cheaper and you can trust that they won't try to sell you something you won't need.

They blamed a broken lug nut on me. They said it was stripped but I suspect that they stripped or overtightened it during the wheel install and it snapped off. They wanted to charge me $120 extra to replace the broken lug nut. I said no. They gave me my car back with a missing lug nut which the should have replaced for free and for safety reasons. Also the the old Firestone tires which I had them replace, about 5-6 years old, and had only 39000 miles on them, they were showing signs of cracks in the side wall and small chunks of rubber coming off the tread area. They gave me a $100 credit on the new tires. I took the car in at around 10am and it was ready around 4pm. I always feel uneasy about going to auto repair shops and this Firestone store did not make me feel any better about auto repair shops.

I am so thankful for this Firestone. I have had a couple of Low Tire Pressure warnings on my Honda in the last few months and the staff has been most helpful and efficient in identifying and resolving the issues.

We've been using Firestone for years for oil changes and tires. Their service is always great. Never feel like they're trying to upsell us. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative comment I can make is they get pretty busy, so if you don't have an appointment, you need to drop off early or you won't get in.

Called just to get my skid plate clipped up, accidentally parked too close to the curb. Guy who answered wouldn't let me form one sentence without saying there was no availability. Definitely seemed uninterested in helping me out, granted it would only take 5-10 minutes so maybe it wasn't "worth" his time.

the ONLY things is that needed to be done by 5:00 and it took until 5:25. I was kept updated on the extended time throughout. Great staff, clean facility, good communication, easy scheduling, and no attempts to "upsale" anything weird.

I needed 2 tires. Took the vehicle in at 10 am and offered me 2 tires that matched the front for a reasonable price. I was promised the car by 2 pm and it was ready by 1:30. No hidden fees or additional sales. I will definitely return when necessary.

Great experience. Attentive and kind staff. I didn't feel that I was constantly upsold and they addressed my issues efficiently.The rep that helped me (when I came back to pay) was professional and hilarious!I consider their prices reasonable and it would be beneficial for you to ask for coupons.4 stars out of 5 because it is difficult to understand their pricing on the quote/invoice.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I love this location!!! James you are simply amazing and fun. I thought my car was facing thousands of dollars to fix. At the end of the day, I walked away having only spent $225 dollars. So nice to deal with a mechanics shop that treats you with respect and doesn't try to overcharge.

It was extremely busy and hot weekend before 4th of July and my vehicle needed service. Somehow they got me squeezed in the same day and took care of the problem. Staying in the lobby for two hours gave an impressive view of how courteous, friendly and hardworking people in this shop are.
