Friendly and convenient! They do charge extra fees if u want to do everything through them, like transferring a title and all, but it's worth it to skip the line at the dmv

Great place! They were able to smog my out-of-state Tacoma, and get it registered in under 1.5 hours. I walked out with new plates and tags.

I had some general questions about smogging my van and the guy on the phone was short and condescending. There s too many places out there that will treat me like they need my business instead of being a know-it-all D bag.Thanks for nothing.

Reasonably priced and easy smog check in downtown Lincoln. Drop your car and do some shopping or have a beverage at nearby businesses.

I called and took my truck in the same day. I was in and out in about 30 min. Staff was very nice and helpful as this was my first time smogging a gasoline vehicle, so I wasn't too aware of the process. I will be taking all my trucks here from now on.

Fast service, great price. Walk-ins only. Fee for anything but cash or check. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend this business.Convenience to get registrations and tags for an added fee.

What a great group of people. We took mom's car for a smog test and they were so friendly. A few cars were ahead of us but it they were quick and efficient. Will definitely go back to these guys! Thanks David

I try to support our local businesses and this shop is definitely worth supporting. Service was quick, efficient, and the pricing extremely fair! The young lady at the front desk was not only friendly, she seemed well versed in answering all my questions as well! I will definitely be using and recommending this shop going forward.

Quick service. In and out in 20 minutes. Staff is courteous. You can even pay for DMV fees and get your tags on the spot for a $30 service fee. I'll be back!

Arrived for smog check, and after a document signature, 20 minutes later it was done. Very smooth and efficient process. The employees were pleasant and courteous as well. DMV document was electronically submitted and renewed registration will arrive by mail.

Quick and professional. I've never had do wait more than a few minutes. Their prices are good even without a coupon, plus they will match local ad prices... oh, and they offer most DMV services too, courtesy fees apply, but who wants to wait in line at the DMV?

Well I've been there a couple of times each time it's been about a year apart but this last time I had called in and asked them if they could help us out with the smog test that needed to be a star smog test she didn't know that that's what we needed when we got there checked in with the vehicle and after we came back thinking it was ready she came over to us and told us that we were at the wrong place that we needed a Star Smog clearly said that on the paperwork that we answered her when we got there that was a waste of an hour anyway my opinion they get a three star that's all I can muster up although they were nice people somewhere down the line they dropped the ball and didn't want to admit it.

Thanks guys!Back to Life Auto is super fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; they will not leave you in the dark about your car or how much it will cost to test it. Parking is very tight but (if there is time and space to do so safely) they parked my car in backwards so lcould leave the parking lot without worrying about backing up into traffic!!!!!Now THAT is customer service! This was my first visit but my husband and I will definitely be back!Papers are off to DMV before I left the shop.Awesome work guys!BTW I was there early on Thursday morning and it was slow.

Paid for a smog test, passed the smog test, payed my for my registration renewal and then payed an extra $30 to walk away with my registration tags. Great service, fast, walk in and no wait. No need to hassle with the DMV or make an appointment with them. Back to Life Auto took car of everything I needed and in a timely manner.

The girl at the front camera was very pleasant, very helpful, and kind.Now that gentleman in the garage I might say different. After waiting an hour being turned away with no smog done (due to no material left to do a smog)only to find out that they allowed another person to go in front of me (who apparently "made an appointment".Even though I called earlier in the day and was told you just come in no one offered me an appointment so this gentleman use up the last of the material required to do a smog. therefore leaving me not able to get my smog after waiting over an hour and all that could've said was "sorry come back tomorrow. sorry you waited for nothing. I don't know what else you wanted me to say" that's the boss saying this.....How about offer a discount or even better yet offer me an actual appointment time like the gentleman who was allowed to go before me.Service: Smog certification

They are quick, courteous, and do a great job. This is the third time in two years I have brought a car here for a smog check. They don't take credit cards, so bring cash or plan to use the no-fee ATM in their office.

The visit to get my vehicle smog certification was quick and efficient. Even though there were 3 people ahead of me, I was in and out in 30 minutes or so. They accept cash, checks or cards, $1.50 extra for using a card. Certification is electronically sent to DMV and paperwork showing proof was given to me for my records. Masks were worn and hand sanitizer was provided at the counter.

Update 5-8-2018: stopped accepting credit cards, but kindly told me over the phone still accept cash, check, and debit but don't charge fee's. Well.. the debit is an ATM machine in their sitting area that your bank charges you for using.2017 Good service for a good price
