They suck 1 person at the sales counter and couldn't take the time to help people in line because he had to do a commercial account . Well, we took the time to walk in I left I won't go back

These guys hate their job and it shows. I just needed to pick up two boxes of fuses, but after a few minutes of standing at the counter waiting for one of the TWO employees to ring me up, I ended up leaving the fuses and walking out. I will stick with O'Reilly from now on. I wish I could give zero stars as it is a more accurate representation of the level of service I experienced. Never again, Autozone.

My husband goes here often. This particular location is very busy and there is usually a long wait. They always seem under staffed here.

The gentleman who helped me today was awesome! He went out of his way to try several different clips until he found one that work on my car. He was so helpful and friendly and he didn t make me feel like an idiot for having no clue! I highly recommend this store!

The employees at that place is always friendly and helpful. I shopped there several times. One time I was checking out the battery tester to buy, and the employee offered to test my solar battery for free using their own tester. I appreciated that they wanted to help me out and didn't try to "sell" me the products.

Pretty good service! The clerks are usually very helpful and knowledgeable. One clerk even came out and installed my headlamp! During another visit the clerk didn't offer to install my 2nd headlamp that went out, but he was still helpful and came out to make sure I was getting the right part. I will definitely go there again.

There was new employee that just started today what a breath of fresh air ! Great customer service, incentive, all of the above. That is so few and far between anymore, very hard to come by super excited a little incentive and good personality won't hurt this location at all

I like autozone in general but THIS store in particular all we seems to go above and beyond and reach the marks of excellent. Today I dealt with Zachary T. and cant say enough. Will always make sure I go to this store when I need

Very helpful employee. Had a dead battery and they matched walmarts price on their dead battery when i showed the better price. They also gave me tools to change it out there and did testing on my battery free of charge. Will be back to auto zone if i need any parts

I asked for help with the check engine light on my car and I was hardly helped at all. The employee handed me the scanning device and left me on my own to figure out my problem. Luckily I have used one before and when I was finished I can back inside and asked the manager about the error code. He told me he didn't know what it meant and turned around and started talking to another customer. If you want to use a tool and figure it all out yourself then I recommend going here, if you want the service that they advertise, then I recommend avoiding this place.

Sales person was nice. But my problem with this store is that it rejected my check when I know there was funds sufficient and that todays check verification systems can easily determine such as well. It also declined my debit card from another account that I also knew had sufficient funds. Obviously their computer systems need a little work. I was able to make my purchase at O'reilly's without a problem. Guess where I won't be spending my auto parts money?

Overall I give them 4 Stars and the reason follows.Since they opened not that many years ago (don t all how many bc i m getting old and can t recall), I have used this store specifically about 50-60 times. Each visit has been different. Mostly due to turn over. That has been both good and also horrible on occasion.Not wanting to leave a novel length review I will simply say that if you KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR than you are likely to get a good price on a industry standard quality part. IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU NEED OR WHAT YOU ARE DOING than you may find yourself down a rabbit hole or left feeling frustrated and discouraged. A lot will be dependent on the staff working at the time of your visit.I recommend downloading the autozone app and checking for your needs prior to your visit. That way you can request your part by part number instead of going thru the lengthy lets see what we got, what year is the vehicle.........et gambit. Just my opinion.

Forget this place. If a chick pulls up,the guys pretty much jump over the counter. Let the phones ring and ignore everyone else. Then if you have a question,they are absolutely stumped. I'll head for NAPA!

Just had my battery changed this morning by the manager himself and the technical expertise, top notch professional attitude and customer service was a great experience. Never been to that store before but it's my "go to" car store from now on. Thanks!
