Kept my car for months and gave me back a car that did t run with broken camshaft and bent valves aswell as a camshaft gear bolt not torqued. when I gave them a running car to have the head replaced. I called to have them atleast cover the camshafts but the owner refuses to acknowledge the car was ever there when I heard his employee explaining to him what car I was taking about and the employee remembered and so does he but he refuses to right his wrong when they failed to reveal to me they messed up a $700 camshaft!!! Really great customer service. Rich was awesome at getting my car in quickly, diagnosing it, ordering the starter, and getting it fixed. Car started up right away and we were back on the road the next day. Plus, they are fairly priced. Will definitely return for future mechanic needs.

Went here because of a power steering issue. Took them 2 months and fixed the rack and pinion without asking me or giving me a reason to why it needed fixing. When I got my car back I was able to drive it for about half a day and now my car will not start. One employee was rude and told me to it have an attitude with the employees after they told me my car was good. Owner said I stand by my work and offered to fix it for free since it was fine before I took it in there. They did not fix it. They told me it is good then read the codes and had a B2102 which is a 3/3 importance level. Horrible customer service. Horrible repair shop. If you need something done that is that requires actual mechanics do not go here.Service: Clutches & transmissions service & repair

SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I only went to this place because my car wouldn t turn anymore. Got my transmission cooling lines replaced and a new rack and pinion for my Jeep, and had it for 2 months. He tried to over charge me by $400 until I had my cousin who works at a dealership (who has the computer system to look up exact parts and labor) call and pretend to be my mom asking why the price was so high. Not to mention he had ordered the wrong parts. Went from almost $2k down to just over $1,500. I get my car back and it wouldn t even start after I took it to the gas station. Owner tried to blame it on me not putting it in park all the way, but I know my car. It didn t start for the following days and he kept saying it was fine and that he d fix it but didn t. He gave me the code for what was wrong and turns out it s a 3/3 danger level and to not drive it bc of the issue he gave me. He knew that and kept telling us it was fine. We are literally speaking with lawyers because the car could just turn off as I m driving and he wouldn t fix it. I ve never had such a terrible experience. Them not fixing it seriously could ve cost my life. We just wanted everything that was wrong fixed.

Bad customer service. I was currently in the process of rebuilding my engine to add a turbo. I called them, they were very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. He would not give me a quote unless I brought my engine into there shop. That was understandable. I brought my engine in anyway because i couldnt find any reputable shops on the area at the moment. So I brought everything in which included a crankshaft, connecting rods, bearings, main caps, pistons, rings, cylinder heads, and the block. Even after seeing the engine they said they'd need a few days to look it over to give me a quote for the cylinder heads and sleeves. All I asked them to do was balance my crankshaft, hone my block sleeves, and give me a quote for surfacing and cleaning the heads. Well they told me it would take them 2 weeks to get all this done. A week goes by and I don't hear from them. I call them up and they said it was not done yet, it was gonna take longer, and that they still didn't have a quote for me. Another week goes by and I call and they tell me they don't have my engine. I was furious at this point. I asked them where it was and they put me on hold. Five minutes later they tell me they have sent my engine and all its components elsewhere to get balanced and honed. I didn't agree on this when I dropped everything off. In the end it took them over a month to get everything done, never got that quote, and they just slammed this over charged bill on me. Also, they forgot to give me my main caps and then argued that they didn't have them. Needless to say they had them and I fought to get them back.

Absolutely the worst machine shop experience. Requested a standard valve job and a Honda cylinder head. They had 30 days to complete. Beed blasted the head and left glass beads all over, in and on all surfaces. Valve seats were ground to only one angle (unsat). Sent my soon to pickup expecting a standard product. I blame myself for not inspecting sooner. Owner said, I quote "I stand by my work". View photos....Enough said. How these guys are in business is beyond me. This valve would have grenaded my engine. I Asked for a quote a day prior of my visit on some instrument cluster work (Assembly and Installation), when i arrived the next day i was told it was be an extra 2 hours of labor on top of the original 2 hours, which equaled 4 hours which estimated to approximately $400 if not more. I agreed anyway for the work to be done. Dropped the truck off at 9:30 Am, i called back at 4:30 pm, 30 mins prior to closing time to ask if it was finished. Rich told me to leave it over night as he had not done anything to it yet. I couldn t leave it since it was my only transpiration. He didn t communicate to me well, and i was left waiting 7 hours for work to be finished that hadn t even been started yet. I was furious, i had work to be done elsewhere, 7 hours of my day wasted for nothing. They don t dedicate their time to 1 vehicle they work on multiple vehicles at a time.

Roger, Rich, John and team have helped us with our cars since we were first stationed in Lemoore. They can do smogs, oil changes, brakes and more. In fact, they have since 1995 on our Volvo, Toyotas and VWs. Always honest, upfront and professional and willing to help this Navy wife whether my husband is in or out of town. It was a pleasure doing business with Rich. He was very fair and accommodating, however, I highly disliked Roger. He wanted Rich to overcharge us but Rich insisted on being reasonable & charged us a good price. If you go there I ll advise staying away from Roger because he s a greedy, grumpy old man & you ll have a terrible experience & most likely get overcharged. He s even rude when calling the shop so make sure to always ask for Rich & it ll be a fantastic experience.

Mechanics are friendly and knowledgable in their expertise... I took my car to get it smogged and it takes about 20 minutes so not too bad... Also took my car there perviously for A/C issues and they were able to identify it and have tested to make sure it was working properly and not over heating anymore! Thanks for good service! I would recommend taking my vehicles there

Told me the only way to replace a headlight in a 2011 Chevy Traverse is to take the bumper off because its not accessible from under the hood and would be 2 hours worth of work. I went home 5 mintues on Google search/YouTube and 5 minute to install a new headlight from the front wheel well. I just moved to town and I'll never go there again for anything.

This guy is always so up front and helpful. Having issues with my stupid check engine light and he gave my partner a bunch of things to do to reset the computer (so we can get the damn thing to smog), free of charge!!! No one else bothered to help us in that manner.

Quoted my prices for used parts. Was told they don't sell new caliper brackets so I would have to pay $56 for a used one! Needless to say i didn't not take my vehicle to this shop.
