My ONLY complaint is that the prices have gotten pretty high I am grateful they offer military discount!!! If it wasn t for that I would ve paid over $100. Other than that the service is always amazing and the guys that work there are always very kind. The best thing about this place is the oil change only takes 20 minutes at most!!!! I ve never in my life had an oil change that fast, which is why I keep coming back here.

Highly recommend this place. Not only are they quick but very friendly and professional. Made us feel like they re not just out for our money. They re honest with their recommendations. Tino was awesome and was honest with us that our oil did not need changing just needed to be topped off. We will definitely return back when we do actually need the oil change done.

Always fast and professional! Never pushy on services recommended / offered like other places. By far worth the time and money to get simple services done here rather than at home or anywhere else. Amazing staff that are friendly and knowledgeable with specific highlights being Tino, Esteban, and Steven on my last visit. Lastly can t forget about the 15% military discount which is better than most other businesses!

The Oil Changers in Lemoore is a well run business. I was two in line but they got my info, asked about my devices, gave me a new stickers so I was all set once I pulled into the bay for my oil change. They were so friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

They did a great job as usual had an extra service, oil cleaner additive which was suggested. They always have suggestion's, things that your vehicle needs. Usually if i can do it myself I just tell them that n they acknowledge and move on with service. No pressure to have them do work. I like that if it s something I think would be better served if they do it I let them.

Service was amazing very efficient. Shout out to Andrew he was amazing with all full service to my vehicle and kept me update while doing the work on my vehicle. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Alex (I hope I remembered that correctly) and Joaquin were very efficient. Alex was extremely nice and explained everything. Sadly didn t catch the other guys name but he was friendly as well. Definitely recommend. Fast and easy process.

I had recently received an oil change out of town due to a spontaneous trip and when I got back home I noticed an oil leak. Come to find out I had a defective oil filter. I went to my local OC store #802 in Lemoore, Ca and Andrew and his team helped get it fixed no questions asked. I just showed proof that it was recently changed and that was that. I really appreciate the no hassle especially considering the Lemoore store didn t do the initial service. Thank you guys.

Great customer service even on busy days the wait is not long at all. I've been bringing my vehicles here for years. Staff is informative and professional. And the manager Tino keeps everyone on their toes!!

Joe was my technician and he was very helpful with pointing out issues I had missed! He and the crew working on my vehicle gave me informed decisions and helpful advice on issues they could not fix in house. An amazing experience! What came in as an oil change left as an educational lesson!

The guys at oil changers did a fantastic job answering and explained thoroughly any questions I had. Several additional services were recommended to me, however after further researching the history of my visits on their system to their shop they recognized all recommendations were previously done. I appreciated their honesty. Turned out my vehicle was not in need of any additional services. Honesty is hard to come by these days and I would highly recommend Oil Changers.

I always loved going and getting the oil change there. I recently started to take my other cars. I own 5 cars there but recently which was yesterday. I went in was in line, they told me to take 15 minutes. Then all of a sudden, it's my time to pull in. Guy came to my window and asked me to move over. And let the guy next to me pull up. Because that car was taking too long. They tried to say that that gentleman was there before me. But he wasn't because I looked at. Who was there as I was pulling up? As did the other people in the car with me? Very upset, very unprofessional. No made us late to where we were going. All because they wanted to serve a gentleman in front of a woman and children. It just showed very awful behavior and argued with me. And tried to say that the other guy was there first? Basically acting like I was lying . I was not and I stayed calm. I'm not gonna yell at anyone I just felt that they should learn how to treat their customers.

So I am in the military and sometimes I don t have to time to get this done. All of the technicians are very well experienced and well trained. All of them deserve proper appreciation. Went in for an oil change. The workers were nice guys. One guy couldn't get my hood open. I let him know how to open it. The latch is at the bottom. Once I saw another employee with a screw driver trying to open the hood I stepped out of my vehicle. It was too late for me to open it myself as they had the wire that opens the hood sticking out of the vehicle. I let them know that I opened the hood the day before to check the oil. The guy just said he couldn't open it and I would need a screw driver next time I try to open the hood. I didn't think anything of it until the next day. I went to grab the latch inside that opens the hood. I noticed it was loose but it popped the hood up. Then I went to open the hood and it wouldn't open. So I had to figure out how to open it and I did. When I opened it I notice the wire out of place and the attachments that hold the wire were completely broken off. I've tried calling the company multiple times and the result is this beeping loud noise. I finally got a different number from one of their employees and left a message. It has been almost a month now and there is no call back from the company. Just silence.Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE. If you needed a last minute oil change and feel hesitant because of the place, don t come here, they will ruin your car. I was hesitant on getting an oil change that day but my partner insisted and said it was best to get it done now because we had to go out of town and he took it to oil changers in Lemoore. My car NEVER leaked oil until the next day after changing the oil there. I initially thought it was just because they must have put the screw on wrong or something and took it back a day later for them to check/ fix what they did. I took it back and as i m driving in i m hearing a worker murmur this is the one and other comments about my car as if they knew something. As they checked the screw someone came back to me with photos claiming the screw is completely dry and good, however shows me another photo of lots of oil leaking from the bottom of the engine and still begins to recommend me about a place he knows where they can fix that for me. I took my car to my mechanic because it began to leak even more and now I am left with a big bill due to these fools. Save your money.

Car wash used to be great but now? It hardly ever works, it's always missing 2 out of 3 colors in the "rainbow wash" last time I went it sprayed ONLY water for a couple minutes and then said done, for $10? No thanks. They fixed it but even still. Not what it used to be but I do really enjoy that you can play a little game at the end and win things (free wash, 50% off wash, etc)

We've been going here for years, even when it was under a different name, with at least 7 different cars. Always have the best customer service, Alex has always been an enormous help, and when asking him for advice partaining to our different cars, he has never steered us wrong- he is part of the reason we have been such loyal customers.
