By far the best customer service, I came in because my license plate bolts were corroded and I had stripped the threads off for the license plate and I couldn't find replacement. So Johnathan was very happy to help and we tried so many different ones, he recommended using a tap rethread kit and Daniel went ahead and helped me with that. We tried the new bolts and it worked out perfectly, I was worried they would strip even more but Daniel and Johnathan were very helpful there was this other worker I think his name was Rogelio he helped me out too with the bolts all 3 of them saved me from trying to go to the dealer thank you O'rileys.

Came to O'Reilly today just to return a brake drum cylinders back cause they gave me the wrong one even tho I gave them my license plate number so it didn't fight so I purchased another one it didn't fit so I went to return it to get my money back cause they use the cylinder bracket to cover the core charge whiywas 45 dollars and the bracket cost 39.99 plus 5 dollars for the core so I have my receipts Rogelio a worker there clearly didn't know what I was telling him or showing him so he said he can't return the core back cause he said it discont so I told him he owes me 144 he said no just 94 dollars so he sa to leave and I said let me speak to a manager he said no leave before I call police I said go ahead I'm not treating you or anything I discrive my self to police they came nothing happened they seenmy receipts and paperwork and left a sat in my car for a minute feeling humiliated and discomfort and discrimination cause they way I look with tattoos so my wife got off work she went back and got the money the manager apologized for what happened he seen the video and the recipient that stay in system for years cause of the warranty I'm not coming back here I need to see some legal advice someone knows anything drop a reply please don't shop her when Rogelio work hes very rude and disrespectful I hope he gets some kind of discipline cause what he did to me is straight discrimination and embarrassing

I was having such a hard time getting the right wiper blades but the associate named Jesus literally helped me go through every single brand because for some reason subaru wants to make it as difficult as possible to buy other brands. He was awesome!

Very friendly, nice and helpful people, they helped me installing my battery however I bought it from somewhere else. They said that they don't usually do this but they had time and they helped me, thank you! Highly recommend

I usually go to this Oreillys I like how helpful the staff are. Like today Chuy helped me I was told to buy sum terminal post but I all I needed was something alot cheaper and helped connect my terminals better. But he took his time to check out my car and offer a new solution.

Wouldn t let me use the restroom. Went to Autozone instead, they had much better selection for what I was shopping for anyways.

One of the reasons I shop at O Reilly s Auto Parts it s because the staff is always frienddling and very knowledgeable. They usually have the products I need at competitive prices. I have shopped at several O Reillys across the United States and I have not ever had a bad experience with parts or professionalism.

Good customer service, exceptional return policy. Usually has most OEM on hand which is nice, however they can get parts in very quick if not same day. I stop here 1st for my mechanic needs. This place has lost a couple of the good employees. I don't regular this place any longer the accuracy of this post will very.

It was okay I like shopping at O'Reilly's but I had to wait a lot longer than the time they told me for different parts I feel like if you buy a part that part should be in there the following day they have drivers I know they could go pick stuff up. But overall it's a good place to shop and they always price match

I really like this O'Reilly's because the staff is always ready and willing to help you find anything you need whether it has to be shipped to you or it's actually in the store. a lot of time they usually have deals running for car care products. You'll have a chill experience.

I shop here due to the hours are covenient. Easy access from street and plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Military discounts offered. Normally I browse the website first to see part numbers and availability before going to the store. Autozone is on same street but I just drive pass it. Autozone special orders parts from Oreilly anyway.

This lemoore location is great, same staff working the same shifts provides for continuity, staff is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and personable... if it's not in stock, ask the associates and they will have it sent over from another store and call you when it gets there... I used to be a pep-boys and autozone guy, but now I only go to this o'Reilly's.

They didn't always know what there talking about, they picked out the wrong oil for my buick but a quick search fixed it, one time gripe but all else is well. Good products and good tools.

The assistant manager Leo was absolutely terrible. Horrible attitude. No help whatsoever. Went to AutoZone instead and was treated with excellent customer service. Don't go to O'Reilly's. Horrible management.

Faithfully come here before Autozone. 9 times out of 10 they're cheaper, they have the part in stock, and their staff's knowledge is 10X better.

This place offers military discounts and has the best prices for car parts. Sometimes for older vehicles you have to order parts but the parts come the same day or next day which is fast.
