I appreciated the very friendly service and updates with costs as they occurred. Timeliness of updates helped in my making decisions of whether to approve or not approve work and decide how i would pay for the work.Car running smoothly after new motor installed.Appreciated mechanic texting to see if car working well a week later.

Let me start off by saying this was one of, if not THE best shop I've been to. They take pictures of everything they check during their diagnostic which is a first for me and I really like that. It was well worth the little bit of extra time I had to wait to get my Mustang back and running (they're a local shop of a few, but very skilled and proficient technicians). Liz was very helpful with all the information she provided me, and they will work with you on splitting up your payments to ease the burden on your wallet. Shoutout to Victor, Justin and anyone else that had a hand in conducting repairs on my vehicle. I've already recommended my girlfriend to come here for anything and I will continue to recommend others to come here. I will definitely see these guys again for anything I need. My wife got stranded near there the other day with our pups (we're from out of state and not familiar with the area). Roadside assistance towed her to Lemoore Tire and Auto and they took great care of everyone and her van. They helped me navigate the process with our less than forthcoming warranty company while I was deployed, quoted fair prices and prioritized our van so that she could get back on the road safely. 100% recommend! Thank you for everything!!

Staff was friendly and my problem was solved. May not have been a big problem but when my car ask for something, for me it's a big deal. I like that they have a dodge certified mechanic, that was all I needed to hear when deciding where to take my car since the shop I usually go to had no idea what was wrong with the car except what the car was asking for. I'm picky as to who I take my car to and I think I found a new mechanic.

Highly professional and up date with tech tools for convenient contract and agreement signing. Made an appointment for routine oil change etc and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Becky at front desk communicated well and expressed appreciation and gratitude for doing business with them.

Vic was great. I was quoted 2 days to replace front and rear brake hoses. 3 weeks later I got the truck back with incorrect OEM lines that they forced to line up but are now half hazardously zip tied in place, missing retaining clips, and they are chafing on each other and the frame. After the 3 week fiasco of bickering back and forth about incorrect parts and getting the rear good enough , I was asked about preceding to the front brake lines which I declined. Information and progress updates throughout the process was hard to come by. Every time I call would call for an update, they would just ask if I want them to call a tow truck to take it somewhere else.

My wife and I have used the services of this business since 1983 for various vehicles and they do it right the first time with good estimates and always keep us updated on progress as needed. Each new owner keeps the reputation built over time up to date and current. Honestly they are really the only shop I've used. Very patriotic & military-friendly. Especially knowledgeable on early 2000's chevys. Has that friendly small-town vibe. I wish I could have a shop like them at my next duty station

I was referred to Lemoore Tire and Auto by a friend who highly recommends their work and they did not disappoint. My car had been having issues and they were able to figure it out and get it repaired. I made an appointment to get my tires rotated. They told me it would be one hour, but it was actually three hours . If they re going to give you a time for the job, they should stick with that time. If not, call you to let you know it s gonna be longer.

Long story short - Victor and his team care and will go to all ends to figure out your car s issue and fix it. Unfortunately, still can t find my car s gremlin, but they are committed to figuring it out. Great customer service and they care about their product/results. Would highly recommend their services.

After I had a horrible experience with another mechanic that left my car a mess I brought it In here and the lady was awesome! She reassured me my car would be taken care of they sent a text link and I got a full report and she went over every detail and explained everything my car... thank you guys so much for making it so easy with no hassle and quick !

Love this shop, I truly trust what they said. They take pictures of everything and provide proof/estimates and always are willing to work with you. It s hard when you re a lady that doesn t know absolutely anything about cars and walking in this shop I do not feel afraid of been taking advantage of because I know they will be taking care of me properly. I m a military spouse so their kindness and attention is just amazing! Thank you guys.
