My sister & I were on our way to Hanford when her car broke down driving through a back road. Kevin from Jones Towing took the service call & was a total blessing. We had been waiting for 2 hrs after we called AAA. We had initially called for a battery issue but it turned out it wasn't & it had to be towed instead which meant we had to call AAA back & ask for a tow service this time. Kevin had to leave to his next service call but didn't get far because he called in & turned back to take our tow request too. He said he couldn't out of good conscience leave us out there alone again when we already waited 2 hrs. Kevin saved the day for us & went above & beyond to help us. Thanks again Kevin. Called AAA to pick up my van and Jones towing showed up in a timely manner and took my van to the mechanic. The drivers were polite and kind.

My husband and I were on our way back home when we blew a tire. We called AAA and the first guy they sent out left us there, with no assistance. We called AAA again and they sent out Mike with Jones Towing. Him and his buddy helped us with the proper tools. We had been sitting there for hours. A HUGE THANK YOU to MIKE and his buddy. They never show up I was stuck at my job location I come out at 11 p.m. I was there waiting until 2 a.m. when AAA called me and told me the driver wasn't ganna show. This company isn't 24/7 if no one is ganna show up. Thanks for escalating my anxieties for being stranded for another 2 hours for someone to pick me up. Didn't get home til 4 a.m. Horrible experience!!! I would give 0 star but can't.

These guys are the finest example of dirt bags I've ever come across. After towing my truck, they broke into it and stole several items from inside worth well over 1k as well as $400 cash and my credit and debit cards..I have 100% proof of this and am in the process of filing criminal and civil complaints against them. Stay away. They are nothing but thieves and liars and con men, the bottom feeders of society, guaranteed I'm not their first victim but I sure as hell would love to be their last

Never use this towing service. Very unprofessional. I called for a tow they arrived over two hours later. It was extremely hot and the drivers voice tone was aggressive as soon as I walked up. He had already checked out my car and told me he can't tow me because my tags where expired via AAA. I called AAA, they said usually drivers don't care about something that is so minor but that was their policy. The driver started assisting some other lady and said he was going to follow her to the gas station and would be right back leaving me waiting in the hot car and he knew he wasn't coming back. This was so unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!!

While in line at tachi palace gas station this tow truck pulled in front of 4 cars and cut in front of us all and blocked us in. We all have some where to go and a lot of us had kids in the car and jad already been waiting 10+ mins. Licences plate number 51243l3. Its rude and not a good look on your buisness. And he walked away from his truck while filling up and has been inside for 10 mins while people are waiting for him to move.

Needed car that had been sitting towed. Car wouldn't start tire flat couldn't shift gears. Dispatch very professional and helpful. Terrible service more like a scam. The women are rude and nasty. Miscommunicate important information and are still responsible to pay fees. If zero stars could be given they d deserve nothing but 0. 1000% do not recommend this towing service.!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Nate was my Towing Super Man! He worked his magic removing my car from a difficult spot, he was so cautious and considerate of my car. He didn't cause it any damage because he was so skilled at his job. Even if he would have scratched it I wouldn't have blamed him considering the circumstances. Then to top it all off his refreshing and professional customer service turned my bad situation into a nice experience. If anyone ever needs a tow please ask for Nate at Jones Towing. Highly recommended

Called jones towing. I was stuck locally with a flat tire needed a tow. The receptionist took my info told me it would take 45 min. But they never showed up I waited for hours, calling them many times to see the status of the truck, but they never answered the phone. It was just a horrible experience of something that should have been quick and easy. 0 stars from me.

Dispatch provided me with HORRIBLE customer service for the second time. The first time I assumed she was having a Bad day but I guess that's just her personality. Dispatch placed me on hold for 5 minutes after expressing her frustration because of apparent phone reception. I couldn't afford to wait any longer so I hung up and called another towing company (Pacific Towing). Unlike Jones towing, I experienced friendly service from dispatch and immediate response. 1/2 Star service for Jones Towing.

Called for a tow at 12 a.m. and I had my 6 month baby with me. We waited 3 hours on the side road for they could tell me they can t help me and to call another tow truck company. This towing is not really 24/7 and it s not a reliable towing to count on. This tow company real suck!!! I don t recommend this towing company to anyone

Worst tow truck company I've ever dealt with. Not only did they not show up for service after numerous contacts. They rip off most of their customers plus the only customers they have are from AAA. I would rather stay stranded than deal with Jones Towing

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM JONES TOWING. A friend of mine called and book a tow from them and they never showed up. He tried calling them and they weren t answering the calls nor returning them. He waited for hours and nothing. This company is a joke if you need a tow LOCALLY! Please call a different company DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH JONES TOWING!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. THANK YOU JONES TOWING FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. A truck coming into Corcoran around 9 pm was following very closely, as if to suggest for me to hurry. Going the speed limit, I did not speed up. The truck would lay off slow down, but then come up behind shoving me again. The whole ride from Hanford into town gave me an headache. Whoever was driving that truck should be fired.

Overall they are just doing their job. One of the ladies in the front counter though tells you to bring this and that, only for me to show up and have her ask for more documents.

Review based on receptionist who kept putting me on hold and wasn't very knowledgeable. $60 to tow in Lemoore during office hours and $85 to tow in Lemoore during non office hours.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Very rude and disrespectful people there. Seems like everytime I've had to work with them they are always degrading and act entitled. Would not recommend these crooks to anyone of colors.
