Called for an estimate for my sons BMW headlight. I corrected the lady who answered on what I wanted.No attitude nothing. Just stated facts and she helped me understand what was needed! Thanks super friendly

I wish I could write a positive review like every one else here. They didn t give me an opportunity to do so however. I brought my truck in to get and estimate and a man came out and took a look at it and told me some things that would need to be done. I called twice and went by once over the next 3 weeks and it was always in the process of being worked on. Finally took the truck elsewhere, got an estimate, waited two weeks to get it into the shop, and had the repair done. Still haven t heard back from Jones with an estimate. Unless you have months and lots of time to remind them you exist, I would go elsewhere.

These folks are great! There was a misunderstanding regarding separate quotes and which work I wanted done, so they mistakenly started sanding/painting part of my truck. (The paint looks fabulous by the way!) When they realized, they went ahead and finished the job and didn't charge me a cent! They were totally nice about the issue and didn't try to put the blame on me. The work I actually requested was done perfectly, as well, and to top it off they washed the truck before I picked it up. I highly recommend this shop!

I took my Forrester in to have the entire left side repaired (Oops) They did a great job, the paint was matched to the rest of the car (it's a 2009, so faded) They worked with insurance, no hassles! Definitely will return if I need work done!

If you want to be lied to and have so so work done on your car, by all means go to Jones. We had our car in their shop for 15 days, a job they said would only take five. No communication whatsoever, we had to call instead of them calling us to tell us the progress of the repairs. Very unprofessional from the office to the mechanics. We had to take our car back several times for mistakes they made. From overspray to missing parts. And still we're not satisfied. They said they would pay for part of our rental and didn't. They said come pick up your car at 5 we got there at 5:02 and Dave was so rude because he had his son's game he had to get to and we were holding him up. We would not recommend these people at all.

Jones Collison center has my highest recommendation. The customer service they provided to me was very personal. The quality of work that they put into fixing my finder and the dent in my side door was top notch. I very impressed with my experience at Jones Collison center, they will always be my 1st pick if I ever need to get any more body work done to my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you are looking for a fast, trustworthy body shop in the area this is the place to go. I took my black vehicle to them and was very impressed with the work. Dave was easy to deal with and Catheryn made the paperwork easy for me. Thank you Jones Collision Center!

Got work done there, and the paint chipped. I took it back and it was passively aggressive accepted to repair. 7 months later I choose them because I still believe in their work (shame on me), they never turned in my estimate to the insurance company to fix my car and gave me the run around for a week and half when contacted. Unprofessional! Don't go here if you want to be treated with no respect as a customer

Amazing service. I had to bring my car in for repairs and they were so helpful and friendly. They also really fight for you so that whatever insurance they talk to, takes care of your needs.

David and Catheryn are amazing the customer service was outstanding. They went to bat for me when the insurance company wouldn't do the right thing and it was a sigh of relief to know when everything got authorized they expedited my 2018 RAV 4. Thank you guys for everything you do.

I went there for a estimate and I spent 20 mins just waiting for the guy named Robert who walked right passed me to even acknowledge me as a customer and then he under estimated what my car will actually cost to fix. I do not recommend them to NO BODY dont even turn that corner with all the time ur gonna be sitting there you my as well just take the extra time to drive to the other location in Hanford or Visalia.

Took my SUV there for repairs. I got two quotes of things I needed done and could be done later. Repairs were promptly done and communication was outstanding.

This shop came up on my way to LA when I was looking for someone to check under my car that sounded like I was dragging something. The owner quickly checked my car and was able to give me 3 solutions to help me out. He was very kind and helpful and I m very thankful for his service! 5 star rating!

Secretary Catheryn Brassart IS NOT AT ALL professional, Rude, Haughty and a Liar.It gives the Workshop a VERY bad image.
