Took my 2023 Silverado to get a tire repaired because of a nail and specifically asked the guy to be careful with my wheels as the OEM wheels are black. Never taking my cars there again, this is the second time it happens where they scratch my wheels. I thought the second time would be different and they would be more careful but I guess not. My wheels had no marks what so ever prior to this. Now there is 3 different scuff marks on my new wheels.

I scheduled an appt for an alignment to be done. Dropped off my vehicle and got a call within 30 minutes that my alignment was within specs and I could come pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman advised me there was no charge because my alignment didn't need to be fixed. I couldn't recommend the folks at Billingsley more. They are honest, good, and kind people. If you want to be treated like an actual person and not upsold on everything, this is the place you want to go! I promise you won't be disappointed! :) Thank you for restoring a little bit of my faith in humanity.

I love this place. Love the owners and all employees. There prices are great and the owner bust his butt to make sure all people are taking care of. These are some hardworking families and they make sure they take care of all customers . They go above and beyond. I would recommend to anyone needing tires to alignment.

Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced services. Patched a flat tire in about 15 minutes for $30. Can't complain about that!

Had a rear tire with cracked sidewall. They replaced it in 15 minutes. Always excellent service at reasonable prices.

Was en route to LA with family and our minivan was having strong shaking problem on highway driving speeds. We figured, to be safe we needed to get it checked before continuing to drive. Pulled over and looked up nearest auto shop. Called Huron tires and explained the problem. They recommended us to take it to Billingsley. It was a 15 mile detour from I-5 but it was worth a visit. Mr. Billingsley is very kind and caring owner. After hearing me and seeing kids sleeping in the backseats he suggested to have them in the waiting room ( with heaters due to cold winter day) and immediately started to inspect our car. He provided diagnosis quickly and since we were on the way to LA, without trying to cash-in on our situation and win the business he suggested that it would be safe to drive home and wait to replace the faulty parts. He also rotated my wheels without charging me a penny so better tread tires are placed up front so the shaking while driving was reduced. I offered to pay but he politely refused. He even asked to drive a quick round around and come back and re-torqued the lug nuts of all the wheels for safety of the family. If all this was not enough, he gave the kids a pistachio box as a Xmas gift. Such a wonderful person besides being a great mechanic. I am not sure if I would ever be able to pay back this noble man. A big thank you to Mr. Billingsley and his smiling staff for such warm hospitality and saving our vacation trip.

Wonderful low key tire shop that's been here for decades consistently offering excellent tire service for great prices. Busyness varies but they'll take care of you.If you have unusual sized tires, they'll quote your work and order ahead at competitive pricesStop by for rotations too!Dec. 2021 update: called ahead for flat repair and gentleman said to come anytime. Repair was quick at a fair price.

Customer service was horrible. Between employees they have no communications so every time you talk with them over phone or visit they all look at you lost. They never follow up when they say they will reach out to you for answers. All three visits were horrible encounters. Owner loves to be smart and doesn t even let you talk so he can prove his point on how it s not there job that is the problem but the company of the parts . Anyways. Would definitely not recommend.

Picked up a nail in my car tire. Pulled into Billingsley at 515 pm. Even with 15 minutes until closing they were quick and professional. Pulled the tire, patched the hole and got me back on the road. Appreciate the customer service

We were visiting family from out of town and as w.e were heading back to San Diego, our tire picked up a bolt. Tom fixed our tire for free. He's friendly and very easy going.

They take care of my vehicle, and stand by their work. They are accommodating and willing to establish accounts. For most work, wait time is minimal. Larger jobs get scheduled conveniently. Prices are good! I do not get tires or brakes anywhere else!

Highly recommend!I had the absolute best and easiest experience yesterday replacing a tire! It took a total of 15 minutes which was great! I was helped by Luke and he and the other staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you ever need your tires fix I recommend coming here!

Terrible service. Set an appointment for 4pm, the guys outside dont care . Theyll just stare at you like if your not supposed to be there.. then when my car starts to get worked on the guy stops and says he wont work on it because i need another control arm ( he saw i replaced one control arm that was worn out) The other control arm was fine. Did not need to be replaced. Basically got kicked out , didnt offer anything. Bad bad service. Go somewhere else. Very Unprofessional

AMAZING customer service i needed a tire to get back home (200 miles away) and they had a used tired mentioning that it is used and gave me a very reasonable price. Other tire shops did not have my size they have a very good selection of tires! No tricks or gimmicks these are genuine people! I got there and they did it on the spot i was in and out within 15 minutes.

Took my Lexus for a flat tire early in the morning and the staff was great so was the owner. He even offered me to wait inside so I wouldn't be cold. Highly recommend! I will not be going to Firestone or any of those big chain tire stores anymore! This is my new place!

Spoke with the owner on the phone who ended up getting me a great price for a new set of tires. He along with his staff were very professional; great customer service. I asked them to check my brakes as well and they were very honest with me saying that I did not need to have them replaced. I appreciate a business who doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Thank you for the great experience. Will be back!

Tom Billingsley is the owner and is old school hard working and honest. You will not find a better business in lemoore. He truly puts his heart and sole into his store and customers.

First time, right out the door in about 20min.Recommended by another local business as a tire place of choice. I have to totally agree it is a definitely must stop if you need tire repair. My total for a patch was only a total of $20.00!The staff is super nice and it looks like they are well established.A great place if you're into supporting your locally owned businesses.

Been my go to tire place for 10 yrs. Best service. Walmart did an oil change and found leak in my tire. After they said they could fix , they could not. I took to Billingsley and had me fixed up and safely down the road quickly. Thank you for always saving the day!

Overall not bad but wasn't impressed when they took my chrome lug nut covers off and atleast one of them he tossed onto the ground chrome side down, which Inherited my truck from my grandpa so it means a lot to me. Then nobody bothered to tell me it was done so I was just sitting in their waiting room for no reason for over 30 min. I only say 30 min because I'm not 100% when I got there but I was there a good while.

My grandparents tire was flat & they checked for a nail found out the valve just had some rust in it so it was leaking air slowly. They replaced the valve for FREE! Super great customer service & was only a 10 minute wait!

While the rest of the world is busy looking to get whatever little bit meat we have left on our bones, the guys at Billingsley are busy trying to see what they can do help us out. These guys offer phenomenal service, they are honest, and they are fair. I'm not sure, but I think they even threw a quart of oil in my engine too, because my check engine light is off now, and they didn't even charge for it.

My nephew went to Billingsley today for an alignment and they took over an hour to let him know they were not able to do the alignment because they needed to order a part called Ball Joint (right) and it would cost him $500 for the part, the labor and the alignment. He decides not to go forward with the purchase because to him it did not make sense what was said about having to order a part in order to do the alignment. So, he went for a second opinion and he was told that, "THE RIGHT AND LEFT BALL JOINT WERE IN GOOD CONDITION AND HE DID NOT NEED TO REPLACE THE BALL JOINT AT ALL". However, the alignment was done with no issues. To think that Billingsley would take advantage of a young adult in his late teens, is absurd. If I can give them no stars I would. I do not recommend Billingsley to anyone .

Went in on a recommendation to replace a tire that picked up some metal on the street. Was offered a used tire since the rest of mine were in good shape. Without me asking about it, he offered to take the tire off the spare rim to replace the bad tire. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Excellent customer service! I needed hard to find spare wheel & tire. They fixed me up while I waited, gave me excellent price! Saved me $110 and a week wait to order new from tire pros. Billingsleys has always treated me great and fixed me up.

When I was going to school in San Diego, I ordered tires for my wife's car and had them sent here. Today I had a tire mounted and balanced for my car and a TPMS sensor diagnosed and replaced on my wife's car. The staff is very nice and actually seem as though they care for you and your vehicles, and they were always done in about half the time that they estimated. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing fast, efficient, and fairly-priced work done on any small/medium vehicle.
