Waited all day for a phone call that a part came in. Finally called them and they said they didn't see it. Told them the name of the individual that helped me the day before....it appeared. Asked if they could help get it installed and a rude employee stated they didn't do that. Explained that Hanford did it for us. The poor guy helping me seemed a bit taken back and maybe a little embarrassed. Poor customer service to say the least.Will use the Hanford store before ever coming to the Lemoore one again. They are friendlier and more helpful.

I went in last week to look for a part for my Toyota and the staff was very friendly. Local Toyota dealership was trying to charge me a ridiculously but Jose at autozone found it for less. Jose was very knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely would recommend going here.

Raymond S. Is awesome!!!! We arrived on a tow truck bc battery was dead. Raymond was knowledgeable and quick in changing the battery so we could get back on the road! Thanks you RS

I don t know why you would choose to go here. The attitude and atmosphere alone makes it seem like everyone hates it here. I didn t catch the lady s name but oh my god she had some nasty attitude. Every time. The tone and her choice of words this time is what got me to write this. I just wanted to return an air filter.

We order parts for the brake last week and they said won t be in on Tuesday okay that s understandable we pay extra to get deliver early but the aweful thing about it we still waiting for our parts and we rent a car cuz we thought will be here on Tuesday but now we have to extend our rent a car cuz we only have one car and now cost us more money that we don t have and some of them have a attitude when we ask about the parts that we order that we still waiting for the employee doesn t give us any idea when is it coming is sooooo frustrating we are taking our business somewhere else next time

Customer service was Disrespectful. Bought universal windshield wiper blades, asked for assistance from staff on the install and was looked at and talked to negatively like i was dumb. I will gladly take my business down the road next time

Needed a battery for my 2015 Mercedes c300 because it was losing power:shuttering.I had some wrenches but didn t have the T wrench and they provided it! Always friendly and Dom is the man here for over a decade maybe 2! Thanks guys

I have never had an issue here. The customer service is always above and beyond. Whenever I have to go, it's usually for an unexpected/emergency part. A stressful situation always ends up with a good ending. Very helpful, informed and kind staff.

I needed to have my battery changed and Claire did a great job with helping me out. She was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond troubleshooting whenever things didn t work out the first time. Ended up leaving satisfied with the service. Recommend this store over the others!

I've been looking for a hybrid battery for my car and Juan G did an amazing job helping me. He found the right battery and explained what to do next even with my son crying. He's amazing thank you guys so much for everything.

grate customer service. You have people like Dom who has been there for 26 years and knows the store like the back of his hand, Rolland, Richard, Claire, and Andrew that always get you the right parts the first time and ensure you have what it takes to do the job right every single time. When the offer you them extra items it to save you a trip later on in the day. Awesome crew amazing service

I brought in my 2 batteries well after I turned them in. I was on deployment for 10 months and had forgot to turn them in. I didn't expect to get a credit at all. The staff got me hooked up with some store credit and took the batteries. Top notch customer service. Thank you ladies!!!

Store associate was a great help. Came in with a dead batter and when he gave me options for a new battery as mine was dead, I told him the less expensive as I m getting rid of truck. He advised me he had a good used battery for 50.00. Excellent service

Horrible service on this visit. I'm pretty sure one of the managers or shift leads helped me out. Honestly I know how difficult it can be dealing with customers all day especially when the store is about to close in less than an hour. A couple of honest questions and he couldn't be bothered to give a straight up answer. Maybe it company policy. There was only like 3 people in the store. I have no problem switching my account over to annother store or competitor. I won't be visiting this store for a while. Worst experience at any atuozone I've done business with.

I went to AutoZone in Lemoore to have my battery terminal connectors replaced and have them install it because I didn't have the proper tools. AutoZone was gracious enough to do it for me. Joshua, Roxanne and another staff (who I didn't get the name but you know who you are) were so helpful while working on the battery and remaining very professional the whole time. Ended up having my battery replaced under warranty as suggested by one of them. Totally satisfied with the service provided. Been a customer of AutoZone since 2005 and as always the management and staff are always on the look out to make sure that the customers are taken care of either with the service provided or professional advice. Keep it up!!!! Thank you.

In my experience the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They stock most the stuff I need and in cases where they didn t have my parts they can usually order and have them the same day or next at no extra cost.

Went to AutoZone to replace car battery which I bought from them under warranty they would not accept the battery saying that the numbers on the battery didn't match the one that was on their computer that's the only place I bought that battery from now if they have to punch the numbers in by hand maybe they made the mistake customer service skills for poor

Andrew aka Tommylong was such a great help and had outstanding customer services. Bought a car battery and windshield wipers. Went back because I thought I bought the wrong windshield wipers. Come to find out their were the correct ones and Andrew went as far to put them on for me. Five star service all the way. Thanks again much appreciated

I had a great experience at AutoZone in Lemoore! An employee there named Andrew T was a great help and provided great customer service. He made sure I was satisfied with the purchase and also helped me install the product! Will definitely be back.

I recently went to autozone for a new battery. The gentleman who helped me rang me up and said I would have to wait until 2 to have it installed as he was going to lunch. ( come to find out he was the store manager)Andrew came along and offered to assist me. When he was installing the battery he came to realize that the store manager sold me the wrong size. Back in the store to get the correct one and Roland did the exchange and asked if I got the military discount, which I did not and the trade in for the old battery both Roland and Andrew saved me time and money and we re pleasant during the whole process thanks should go out to both young gentlemen.

Some of the staff are pretty helpful, my only gripe is the guy that checked us out kept on trying to upsell on most of what we were getting and also lied about the price of one of the more expensive items we were buying, told us that it's the model that was on sale, turns out it was the more expensive model that was not on sale. So it is always good to check your receipts and ask questions when in doubt.
