Staff here were super friendly and very trustworthy. They told me exactly what was needed to maintain my car, provided me with options and pricing. Pricing was comparable or lower than other shops. What made all the difference for me was that Kevin told me what was necessary and what was optional, and there was zero pressure. Work was completed professionally and quickly. As a result of this, I have been going here for years!Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

Kevin is an honest amazing guy. Helped me out in a difficult situation. Friendly and honest. Identified my issue. Fixed it cheaper then any other quote I received and got me pass smog. Highly recommend. Best shop I've been to.

Good Customer service. They charged me $119 on my Jeep for a oil change and smog trip. They were done in less than 35 minutes. I feel like it was a pretty decently fair price. Decent priced and quick.

Went here for a smog check and right away the mechanic noticed an issue and gave me the option of fixing it before going forward. Good thing it was an easy fix that I was able to get done myself and he saved me a good extra $ .00 minimum. I went back and passed the smog with no issues. I waited only 20 mins and I was well on my way to the next item on my agenda. The mechanic is friendly and has great customer service.

My experience with this business was outstanding due to their knowledge and high standards. They operate with professional ethics and integrity which in this day and age is quite rare and most important ... they stand behind their work. I reccomend this business to everyone and you will be pleased with the outcome .Had a new radiator put in today and as usual..they did a great job !

I called asking for someone who worked at a different automotive shop and he told me no one here with that name works here and hung up. So I called back and I said I might have the wrong number but I would like a quote on my truck to get worked on and he told me he doesn t want my business because I was looking for a different shop and hung up on me.

I was in and out of there in 15 minutes for my smog check. Kevin was wonderful. The first time I didn't pass so he told me what to do and there were no problems on the second test. Very happy with their service.

This is the best place I've been to for a smog test. As previous customers have stated, the owner was very friendly and provided great service, making this the most recommended place to customers in San Diego. The price was fair and the service done expediently. Kevin, thank you for running a business with outstanding customer service.

Wow! I was told about this place after I spent bucks I didn't have too! Kevin is awesome! Very honest, Professional and knowledgeable ! After this 1st experience, I will always refer everyone I know to get there smog and other work done here! Totally wished I knew about this place 25 yrs ago when I moved out to east county!! You will not be disappointed ! Guaranteed!!

Kevin was extremely friendly and fast, informative and helpful! I had to call multiple places before I found a shop that could handle my oversize vehicle. I'll definitely be returning to Smog or Tune for future service!
