I was referred to Pro Mex by a business client and now friend of mine as being a really good shop. Wow was I impressed by their work and communication. They got me in and back out in 5 days and the work Gustavo and his associates did is absolutely fantastic. I dealt with Rafael for the most part (in person) but talked w Gustavo on several occasions.Trying to find the place is a little hard. Google maps took me to a parking lot up the hill from the actual shop but I could tell something wasn't right. Also I never did spot a business sign with Pro-Mex on it and their lot is full of cars and trucks.I highly recommend Pro-Mex and will be showing my gratitude to the folks at Soltek Pacific Construction who referred me to them.My car looks great. Paint matches perfectly and their speed of service and price cannot be beaten.

Great place with a great group of guys. Gustavo s experience and customer service is second to none. No hidden fees after the fact. Quotes are spot on or even less!! 5 Star Shop Indeed!!

Amazing work. Looks brand new. He went above and beyond, detailing the car as well as pulling out dents and scratches and didn't charge a dime extra.Every step of the way he made sure we had the best service and best parts he had access to.He even gave us a ride to the car rental place in his own car so we didn't need to pay for a Lyft.10/10 I highly recommend this business.

Very professional, the owner/ mechanic even wash my car after the work was done. Very detailed and great service, the price was less than anticipated/quoted. Very impressed.

I took my nissan sentra 2016 they fix the Transmission reap good work. The owner and the guy who do the painting jobs Makes you feel Like family. 5 stars

Trust worthy mechanic. Hard to find mechanics that you can trust now in days. Always bring my car here if anything is wrong. Reasonable with there prices as well.
