Excellent service, excellent price and excellent honesty factor. I have a new mechanic. Highly RecommendedReplace my battery, battery to electrical outlet connector, oil filter, oil change, mechanic even replaced my windshield wipers that were sitting in my back seat, without me even having to ask. Great customer service, very fair in prices, won't take you to the cleaners. Explains what he's working on. I trust him with my car and knowing i won't get ripped off. What a relief!

Been going to Hugo for many years and he is the most honest and respectful mechanic I have ever met. I was referred to him from my father and law and I am so grateful. Huge has done me right over the years and he will do the same for everyone. A truly good guy.

While I did not have an appointment and the shop seemed very busy, Mr. Hugo still offered walk in services and provided me with an adequate time to return to collect my vehicle. Mr. Hugo was very professional and thorough in his explanation of what my vehicle needed. Ochoa's automotive and Mr. Hugo also did not over charge me for labor fee, which I greatly appreciate! I previously went to another shop in La Mesa where I was charged $155 for labor fee without my full consent and paid an exrobant fee. I will be returning to Ochoa's automotive and I encourage anyone in the area to pay him a visit as he is candid in his vehicle recommendations and not condescending for a person like me who loves her jeep, but does not know much about vehicles. This is the most honest Man you can have. Very dependable understanding punctual and really cares for your Cars health and longevity. Overall very knowledgeable on every aspect of your vehicle and goes over and beyond to satisfy the customer especially with the honesty and great price which is hard to find and trust with shops these days!

Always ready to step up in cases of emergencies. Doesn't over charge because of the circumstances prices are always fair and affordable. Thankful to have a mechanic we can trust with each one of our cars.

There is NO other place that can beat Ochoa's Automotive - 6996 Broadway in Lemon Grove.He works on makes and models...Customer Service is outstanding!I have a friend who drives down from Los Gatos California (near San Jose) to have Hugo work on their car...That says a lot!You will NOT be disappointed!
