Got a wide body for my Titan from these guys and they did an awesome job on this mold. Exactly what I ordered and spot on measurements. For sure recommend to anyone looking for a wide body.

I bought a set of 2014 Tundra fenders from McNeil, high quality, incredible durability, and fantastic speedy customer service even when I needed replacement panels. I would recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!I ordered my product on January 10th On March 31st, I followed up because I still didn t have it. Excuses Gave them the opportunity by waiting . Reached out again on April 27th just to get more excuses FINALLY got the order on June 6th and the hood arrived damaged.I also did not get any hood pins or any hardware packages that I paid for.. reached out twice about these problems and still have gotten no responses what so ever! I do not recommend anyone buy from here unless you want to hunt down what you pay for.

Won't recomend to buy from this guys, it said 4 week and last 3 months, the superduty conversion kit dosent even fits right.

Can't say anything good about this company! Waited for way too long on bedsides and fenders only to have them arrive broken and damaged. I'd say it was the shipping company but the fenders were tossed on top of flimsy cardboard sides and barely wrapped w tape. Completely exposed. And then ..no mounting hardware.When Mike was going to correct the problem by attending to my fenders and bedsides first, he then said after a week I had to wait because there were other orders. Now I finally received the items but once again...no mounting hardwareI give a company the benefit of the doubt but this has been one of the biggest headaches I've dealt with....I'm hoping they correct this last issue but they never answer any phones or inquiries via email.....

I m not here to bash on other companies but don t expect good customer service from McNiel racing I ve been waiting for my parts for 3 plus months now, every time I call I was told that my parts have shipped and still have not even received a tracking number I was even told parts should have shown up 3 days ago from posting this review and still no tracking number to support there claims of my parts shipping yet. I ve spent over $2000 on stuff back in December and I m not even sure where my parts are, hopefully they can fix the issues within there company sooner then later because it s a huge failure on the shipping and production line aspect of there business. Or they can just keep running a cash grab business without care for there customers.

Ordered fenders that were marked as "in stock" on their website. I purchased expecting to have a lead time anyway, that's normal for a product like this. Receipt said 4-6 weeks. Week 10 rolls up and no product or update. I attempted to email them, use the chat function on their website, called and left voice-mail and even sent a msg thru Facebook. Not one, single response.I understand there can be delays, but lack of communication kills it for me. I had to open a claim with my bank to get my money back. Even then, they still never reached out to even attempt to keep my business.

I have had a terrible experience with McNeil Racing Inc. Twice now I have ordered parts from them. The first being a full wide body kit for my Toyota Tacoma, on the website and in an email I received from that I was told that I would receive an email when my order was shipped and ready for pickup but I never received this email. After calling and getting things settled out I finally received the package after it had been sitting in a warehouse for weeks. My second experience was when I was buying another piece of the fenders for an aftermarket bumper, I ordered it in August expecting it to be shipped by the end of August because of covid normally such a small piece would not have taken very long to produce and be shipped out. It is now October, I have called them many times, most of the time with no response. When I do get an answer I talk to someone explain the situation, they tell me that my order has been shipped and they will send me an email. Twice now I called and received that answer but I still haven't gotten an email. I will say that their fiberglass is good, for the Tacoma ones at least. The body lines work great and it keeps the original style of the fenders.

Received Rear quarter panel fiberglass conversion to upgrade to 2017 taillights for ford excursion. Took exactly 2 months and 1 week for it to arrive from California to Massachusetts. ups freight in my area is absolute trash, they should switch to fedex freight . I received the parts in good condition, ups just made it a hassle to deliver to my door step so I had to take time off work just to pick it up from the ups freight station in north reading.Only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because I never got a tracking number , I just randomly got called by Tforce freight which the new ups freight after they left a note on my door for not signing for the package .

i ve been waiting 4 months now for my superduty conversion parts and i ve called 5-6 times and they tell me it s shipped and i have yet to receive a tracking number or anything

Paid $900.00 cash for the tundra conversion front clip , kid gave me no receipt, said I would get a email with the receipt, never got it don't think he even wrote my name or number down . Called and left several messages , no call back ! When I did talk to someone, he snapped at me like I was bothering him. They told me it would take 2 weeks....month and a half later and no calls and no fiberglass ? Getting worried as I have no receipt or way to prove my I paid them ????? Dont use these guys

awesome company worked with me very well mark mcneil personally hand delivered the parts him self i was very greatful to meet mark talk about my build to him get advice as well from him just overall the best experience and advice i have ever gotten from anyone in this seen so far very sincere person and a great company i look forward to doing business with you and your company in the future

They make a quality product, and if you feel like the lead times are long it s cause they have high amount of orders.

Bought some fenders for my 2000 Tacoma and recieved chipped in corner, not what i paid for !!! I emailed them and they haven't reached out to fix the issue, I recommend buying somewhere else I didnt do my homework on this company but will deff not buy from again.!! Disappointed

Awesome people Here! Super helpful! No reason to go else where! Have a question these guy can answer it without hesitation.Products seem of good quality. I haven t had mine installed yet but feel good. When I finish my project I ll take pictures

not satisfied at all.. worst service. the order should complete in 4 weeks and now its 3rd month and still not get parts. everytime i called they said it will ship today and never get the parts and tracking number.. what a joke...

Ok, after almost 8 weeks, My order finally shows up. I called them weekly after their advertised 18-21 days, to check on my order, and every week they told me it was shipped, or I would have it at the end of the week. I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau to get it shipped. Still no phone call or email from the owner like I requested.Over all. I wouldn't suggest McNeil Racing products to anyone. I am posting videos on YouTube and Facebook if you really want to see what your in for by spending money with these clowns. Fiberglass so thin you puncture it just by touching it gently with one finger. Nothing lines up and nothing has a professional finish. Let start off with thier customer service, could not ask for any better than what I received from them. They answered every question I had and I called alot why getting my parts made. They sent my part by greyhound to save on shipping which was awesome They box up my rear fenders nice and was no damage to them Fitment was dead on and work was very clean I wish I could give them 10 starts, good work guys

Not satisfied all !! Like others, my fenders for my 1995 4runner didn t line up at all! Not even close. I also had cracks and holes on the fenders, very unhappy with this. Not professional at all I don t recommend them to anyone.

My products were made and shipped out on time, when they said they were going to be.Unfortunately there was an issue with the logistics, but these guys took care of it.Great customer service!

Had AMG Slk 55 taken here for custom fiberglass work, which was,done excellent!So I paid $4.500 to have my whole car painted But after 3 times I got my car back with my 2 rear tires on the passenger side 94 wide and my 92 wide tires on the drivers side ,They Broke my oem windshield ? and replaced it with a aftermarket one after waiting over 3 months!of excuses and stories. AND WHEN I TURNED MY VERY EXPENSIVE STEREO ON I WAS IN SHOCK IT HAD BEEN STOLEN FROM ME AND REPLACED WITH A OLD UNIT,!!!!I WENT STRAIGHT TO STEREO DEPOT AND THE MANAGER CARLOS SAID IT WAS THE SAME ONE I BOUGHT!!!SO WHEN ADRIAN WHO SOLD ME THE UNIT HAD HIS OWN TECH LOOK HE VERAFIED IT HAD BEEN REPLACED!!!!CARLOS THEN SAID IN SPANISH I WAS CAUSING PROBLEMS AND SHAKING THE SHACK IN MEXICO WHERE (MCNEILS) TOOK MY CAR FOR PAINT FOR 3MOS BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS OUTFIT!!!I THANK ADRIAN FOR BEING VERY HONEST !! NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH COURT AND HAVE THE UNIT REPLACED AGAIN!!!!
