Chevron hired the best cashier. Her name is Caroline. She is the best customer service representative my husband has met since his arrival in San Diego. She mentioned the rewards program her store offers and she made us save a lot. I hope Chevron rewards her for her great attitude toward others.

I have been a frequent customer of this Chevron gas station off Broadway in Lemon Grove, CA, and unfortunately had a horrific experience here. I just purchased a regular coffee at this Chevron and asked the staff if I could get a small cup of ice with my clean plastic cup. They said yes, and so I filled my cup with ice and retrieved my coffee. I then filled my other melted drink in the car with the ice, all the while I started driving. 15 minutes into the drive, I took a sip of my drink and it tasted like CIGARETTE BUTT!!! I had to spit my drink out almost immediately with a reflex of repulsion. My drink was completely ruined and I had to toss it out. I am too shocked and appalled about this incident, and I am too exhausted to call this gas station to ask them to check their ice machine, because their ice tastes like cigarette butt and ruined my $5 drink. This kind of situation should not be happening in this kind of store and is a public health concern. It's the same disgusting feeling when knowing that a server spit in your food. I will also report this situation to corporate.

On 10/19/23 I went through this car wash and ended up with a broken mirror, pieces of rubber weather strip pulled up and a car that didn t even get clean ( still had a spider web undisturbed in the rear window). I let the girl inside know what happened and she went in the car wash and handed me my shattered mirror but offered me no additional solution. I immediately filed a complaint online to get reimbursed for the car wash and broken mirror and was given a case number. Over a month went by with no resolution. I called customer care this time and was told location manager would contact me. She sent an email asking for price of the mirror. It has now been over a week and I have not heard back from her. Got an email saying my case has been resolved, it has not. It has now been 2 months and I m still waiting for this to be made right. This could have been fixed for less than $50 they obviously don t care about their customer or customers property.

Came this morning for gas and a coffee. Used the windshield squeegees and like how there was plenty of cleaning solution in them. Pumped my gas and then went inside to get coffee. Plenty of choices, well laid out. When I went to pay the employee also notified me of a special for the coffee and a donut style package for $2.The part of the store I visited was nice and clean and kept well stocked.

Poor customer service. Cashiers are not smart. Somehow, they couldn't let me punch my # for rewards. The cashier said that I had no points... I hadn't even entered my # yet. This happened twice here. I knew she was lying... I went to another Chevron and it worked.

I am a Disabled US Veteran and handicap. Their are signs everywhere at this location about handicap friendly and compliance with Business & Professions Code 13660. On 8/28/2016 a little about noon, I tried to get help, I honked the horn{as recommended by the signs) and nothing. I pressed the call button located at the gas pumps and a lady (America) said "can I help you?" I told her "yes, I am disabled and need help with pumping fuel." I waited 10 minutes and NOTHING. Again done the whole dialog "Can I help you...." more time went on and NOTHING. I went inside and asked why wasn't I helped. I waited & waited and got absolutely NO HELP. She claimed that she couldn't quiet hear me. I told her "why then have a intercom and most important a handicap sign on my pump?" She rudely replied "well ahh...I could go anyways because I am by myself." I asked to get her supervisors name and number and she became rude and very hesitant. When she did finally decide to write something down it was just the name of her supervisor. NO #. I had to ask repeatedly for her to give me a direct number to get a hold of him ASAP. She game me a number and no area. I ask again what is the area code and she rolled her eyes back ash she finally mumbled the area code 619. I found out that it was just the store number and not the manager. Is this the way handicap people are support to get treated? I am a proud vet and will not be treated like a 2nd class citizen. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Quick store inside They sell diesel Lots of room at the gas pumps Auto car wash. Car Wash seems to be unavailable when I want it.Free air & water. Restrooms.

The rep inside likes to argue semantics instead of being solution oriented. This is poor customer service. Tell me what you can do to be helpful, I don't care what you "can't do" in a situation.

my branch atm is inside but they close early now only using service window so you can't get to it. Amazon locker here also, again don't try to use it near dark. #boycottchevron

For a 24 hour store the employee this morning apparently didn t care. He locked the doors so he could take a smoke break. When we tried to get in he just looked at us and said he was on break.

As usual overcharged for gas, good selection of goodies inside actually great! Coffee **. Bratwurst great!

Came to get coffee at 8 in the morning it was empty asked if they could make more, was told by employee 7 eleven is down the street that they are busy
