I don't use the car wash I do food deliveries there. I do not use a wash with brushes. I use Happy Cow it has private shaded stalls and a brush free option. I'm sure this wash is fine, just not for me.

This was my first time going here, I paid for the VIP car wash and in all honesty, I've should've clean it myself. They do a fast job because they don't take the time to even check if everything was actually clean. My dashboard was still very dusty and they didn't vacuum the back seats. WTH?? What's the point of paying 60 bucks if they not going to vacuum the damn car correctly. You pay for convenience but this is a rip-off.

Just had my first oil change and car wash here. Lemon grove car wash is now my go-to spot! They were quick and did a great job. My car handles well now and looks so clean. The staff were also excellent! Will be back soon.

I walked along my usual route in Lemon Grove for exercise and came across a man at the car wash, dressed in uniform and preparing to start his day. I attempted to ask him some simple questions about their car wash process.The first question I asked was whether they wash both the outside and inside of the car. There seemed to be a language barrier, and as someone with a Mexican wife, I know that sometimes I speak too fast. So, I calmly explained and made sure the gentleman understood what I was saying. He replied, "Yes, we do inside and outside."Next, I inquired about the price. The response was, "Everything's different." I asked if they had a menu or something I could take a picture of to get an idea of the prices. He pointed me around the corner and said, "Yes, go around there."Unfortunately, when I went around the corner, there was no menu, and the doors were closed with no one around. It was a bit frustrating because if you don't want to answer questions, just say that! There's no need to give people the runaround due to discomfort with certain types of people.Despite the confusion, I'd like to highlight that everyone makes mistakes, and it's essential to learn and understand why we did what we did. I'm giving this car wash 3 stars because the gentleman, despite being uncomfortable, remained soft-spoken, which is not the usual male reaction in such situations. I applaud him for that.Let's all strive for increased awareness and understanding, and remember that communication is key in any business interaction.

They did not clean the interior of my car well. I got the second level wash and interior clean for $25. There are still plenty of marks, dirt, debris all over my dashboard and my seats (see photos).

They always take care of me with an oil change and a car wash. They also let you know any underlying issues to get fixed on the spot.

I usually am happy with the service here and will continue to bring my car for a regular wash. I allowed myself to be upsold (not the first time here) to a VIP wash that was twice as much as the regular wash and nothing that indicated the car had received anything more than the regular wash. I asked if it had the VIP wash when I was getting in and was told yes.After I left and got home, I noticed the streaked windows and dirt that wasn't cleaned off the car that should've been for the price paid.Note to self.....no more upselling for me! Stick to regular wash.

Service seemed to be going really well; they showed me the cabin filter as most places do. And I was excited for the car wash being included. However, once I entered the vehicle I noticed my tire sensor was STILL on. Second thing I found while putting my daughter in her car seat, was sand all in the backseats still. Upon arriving home, the entire trunk space was still dirty. So I'm hoping after I verify all the fluids that they are truly topped off.. I will edit this post after my findings / if necessary.

I was astonished by the lack of attention to detail when I brought in my car today. I paid for a $55 VIP package that includes a full vacuum. I also even went out of my way to mention that the vacuuming was really important. I pointed out that there were crackers in the backseat and trunk that needed to be vacuumed up. When my car was returned to me, there were still crumbs in all of the seams of the seats, as well as an entire pile of crumbs in the trunk area. When I pointed these out to the person in charge, they told me I would need to pay $40 more to have the seats fully cleaned but assured me that this would be a really quality condition etc. All I wanted was a thorough vacuum job, but I went ahead and gave them more money, trying to have a decently clean car. So I ended up paying $95 in total, and then STILL driving away with this (photo attached) in the trunk of my car! It s so strange to me that they could leave this. We had a very nice exchange, and everyone seemed nice who worked there that s why I m giving two stars. It s just crummy feeling to pay that much money and still have a car that is not right. I am a mom of two little ones, and going into the holiday weekend, just really didn t feel good wasting money like this.

They did a good job on the outside of my car & cleaned it well. However I paid $100 and the inside wasn t cleaned, it looked like they wiped some stuff but it was supposed to be vacuumed as well. I m kind of sad because I paid extra and was hoping for a good job. It s better than what it was considering my car had bad water spots and very dusty, again, great job on the outside but the inside wasn t good.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Have been going here 6 years. Over all finished product for washes not bad. Vacuuming leaves a lot to be desired. I am a senior with a corolla. Always pay for medium price wash. Two washes ago, the guy in front of me had about a 50 grand suv...the spent forever on it. Got to my corolla, 4 minutes and done! I had to finish it at home. Last time paid for a vip wash. Guess what? Got through wash, they drove it out, 4 minutes and done!!! I had to finish it again myself!!!! Save your money and get a basic car wash....after all...unless you have a vehicle that is super high priced, you will end up finishing it at home!!!! Also, one guy always tries to upsell me and tells me how bad something looks. If I want something extra I will ask!!!!!! Come on you guys....you can do better than this at your job at Lemon Grove Car Wash!!

Went in for an oil change and had car detailed, been too long and travel with dog.Staff was excellent, friendly, and attentive. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. My car is like new. They took care of every detail throughout entire car. Absolutely beautiful. No one has ever come close to this level. Such a great job. Thank you all.Service: Auto detailing

Great business run by a great family. Courteous, professional and they will bend themselves backwards to make sure you're satisfied. They don't try to upsell you at all. Their detailing package, while excelent, is a little on the expensive side, but other than that, is a great place.

This is my go to spot for my oil change. Ed and the crew here always have me in and out fairly quickly. I've also done Smog check here for my last registration. The have full detail services available There is a small store that sells snacks and drinks along with automotive accessories. They also have a cute waiting area with benches and tables w umbrellas.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

The water jet had a massive leak and I m sure the car wash PSI wasn t operating at optimal levels. I should get a discount on the next wash because I didn t get what I paid for, but I m sure that can t happen.

Oil change, air filter and a small part I needed, plus a car wash, was reasonable priced for California. Staff is always nice and courteous. I highly recommend this place if your on a budget, and want a one stop service.

Awesome job on my ride! Supreme Wash, hand wax, interior detailing, floor mats, and headlight restoration turned my car into brand new again! I love taking care of my automobile inside and out so taking my car to Lemon Grove Car Wash and Detailing was the best decision! A very repeatable decision!Friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful staff. I will be back again! Thank you so much!

Best job at the best price south of the 8.UPDATE: Prices have gone up as quality has gone down. They may be victims of their own success. I'm hoping it comes back around, but they're not doing as good a job on the windshield, which is important to me, they're not paying as much attention to making sure your car is actually clean when they're done, and they're trying to charge extra for everything. Extra charge to clean the driver door armrest? Really?

I come here a lot, but today the guy offered me a discount for some extra cleaning on the trim etc., when I came to my car I noticed that they left water drips and spots on my back window, so I asked the gentleman if he could take care of it and he kept wiping over the spot, with worst attitude ever! Gonna have find another car wash!

Will not be returning! I have been going here to get my car washed for almost a year now, have even told friends about it, and decided to give the mechanic side a shot. After today I will not be returning. Long story short I was paying for an Oil Change and Tire rotation, and they did not do the rotation. Luckily I know about car maintenance, and noticed I didn't hear an impact gun once while my car was being "serviced". I saw that they were doing something with the oil (Questionable now) and then washed my car. The gentleman handed me my keys once they were done, so I of course said "what about my tire rotation?" I was told by the first gentleman that I didn't pay for a rotation, then told by a second that it was already done, then finally by the manager (of the car wash side) that it hadn't been done but that it would get done immediately. Yes they offered to do it after the fact, but it's the principal, they were about to let me leave with my tires not rotated and still charging me. I just asked to have the rotation removed from my bill and left. So for those that come here please make sure to double check when you're getting your car serviced to make sure you get what you paid for done. Car wash side is good, but anything more than the 15.99 deal isn't worth it.

I have been coming here for years - always a great place, but used to be better when Raul owned it. Today I came and the main worker (who is here all the time) and the owner were not wearing a mask. Before he got into my car, I nicely asked him where his mask was- and he said he is fully vaccinated. He continued to get into my car without his mask on. I regret not taking my keys back and going somewhere else. They have lost a long time lemon grove client. I am truly disappointed in them.

I'd give them 5 stars BUT I didn't notice they gave me a ratty old floor mat, one of them, instead of my newer ones. Prices are also slowly but surely going up a lil to high for me! They do nice job with the basic vacuum & wash, they dry it & do windows, they work hard, tipping is very much appreciated.
