This business cares about making their customers happy and will go the extra mile to make things right. I unfortunately had a screen installed that had defects from the factory, but they replaced it promptly and made the process easy. It wasn t their fault, but they went the extra mile to make me feel valued as an important customer. Sometimes things are out of the business owner s control, but how they deal with it shows how the best ones deal with problems that happen. Thanks for being that type of business that will always deal with customers issues with integrity and honesty when things might not work as expected. I highly recommend this company to both do good work and stand behind it!

I love these men! They do excellent work!They have repaired 3 different phones for me. The prices are more than reasonable, the service is excellent, and they take the time to help each individualperson and explain every step along the way! I will always go to them!Thank You!

This place is amazing! They fixed my phone quickly and efficiently, and the young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. The guy in the back is a true wizard at what he does - he got my phone back up and running in no time! This spot is definitely worth checking out if you need any phone repairs done. The service is fast, convenient, and best of all, there's no pressure to buy anything you don't need. I highly recommend it and give it the Positivity Our Way stamp of approval!

My phone needed to get the charging port replaced and Sam was totally on it! Great price, fast service and totally friendly. Getting your phone fixed can be intimidating but Sam and Jay are super cool. Will be coming here for any other tech repairs!

This place is absolutely amazing! They are the best phone repair in town. They are kind, fair, and produce quality work 100%. After how I was treated by staff today, you won't see me going to another place. Konnect phone repair is the best! peace to you all

They did a great job replacing the damaged screen on my iPad Pro. Picked it up same day which was very important as I use it for work. Very friendly. Highly recommend them.

The screen was fixed otherwise this would have been one star. I brought in my pixel for a screen replacement. I was told they were pretty busy so it might not be ready till the next day which I was fine with. So I was surprised when they called me two hours late to say the phone was ready. When I get there, first, I can see all this glue leaking out from the edges of the screen. Second the fingerprint sensor wasn't working. I complained and the owner told me that the glue would go away and that the fingerprint sensor wasn't something they do.

I had a problem with my charging port and thought I would need it replaced. I reached out via email and received a swift response. The gentleman ended up being able to clean the port and make it as new. He didn't even want to charge me for it at all.

These guys are great, honest and fast. My Galaxy Note was trash. It was so busted front and back and these guys not only had what I needed in stock to repair it, they basically gave me back a brand new phone! The customer service was 1st class and I recommend them.You do not needto go anywhere else. This is the place you want to do business with to support local biz!!!

Called up ahead to see if they had a phone screen for repair they gave me a price of 110dlls. When I arrived to the place the next day they gave another price, 149dlls.I still used them I just did not wanted to drive to another shop.

The two gentleman at Konnect Phone Repair were kind and very helpful. I was looking to buy a new iPhone screen protector and have it installed and they did a wonderful job. I ll definitely be back for their other services. Great service!

DON T TAKE YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ELSE!!I ve finally found a repair shop that isn t trying to rip me off, so I felt obligated to write this review. I came in to replace an iPhone X screen which other businesses told me would cost $150- $189 but these guys did it for $120 and they did it in less than 10 minutes. On top of that, they also seemed genuinely appreciative to their customers and that s something I haven t seen in a while. Do yourself a favor and bring your devices here if you ever need them repaired.

Don't even try do business w/ these people. They had my ps4 for month, the guy name Ken is who I dropped the ps4 to, after 2 wks went by. I called to get a status and he stated that it was misplaced, he needs more time to locate it. Then he gives you the run around. Then there the owner that always picks up the phone and never transfer the call right to Ken. Stay far away from this store. I will be going somewhere else for repairs. You guys been warned!

I dropped my phone off here and they fixed it, but very cheaply. This place is a scam. I barley even dropped it the next day (with a otter box on) and the whole screen just fell out, which shouldn t happen if it was properly made right with good quality equipment. Don t go here. Total SCAM.

Jay provided an outstanding customer service experience. He advised what it would cost ahead of time as well giving me discounts on items to get my Note 8 Samsung back in shape. Same day service! Thanks guys!

This business is a scam. I went in for a battery replacement, they put in a new screen I didn't request and charged me 230 dollars. Next day the phone dies again, I take it back to the store and they give me a new diagnosis and replace the battery again. Few days later the phone dies AGAIN. Take it back new diagnosis, at this point I'm done I ask for my money back and they gave me a list of excuses, that they can only refund me the battery. Guy handed me 20 dollars. This business is very unprofessional, no receipts, no permissions to do things to my device. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Waste of my money and time.

This was one of the best phone repair shops I have ever experienced! I went in for damages on my iPhone X got a great deal and outstanding customer service. I got my phone fixed the same day so quick and professional thanks to Raymond and Lloyd!

I got my phone screen repaired here and they did a good job! Staff was friendly and I overall had a good experience. The prices are very affordable too so definitely go here for any issues with your phone :))

Lloyd the manager was awesome. I called he gave me a fair quote right away on a new screen for iPhone XR. Dropped my phone off and within hours it was up and working. I will be back for sure and recommend anyone to go here.

This is the best place to repair a damaged phone and the only place that repairs apple watch! Went to this place to fix my phone and my apple watch after water was spilled over them. They have great customer service, they are fast, and have great prices! I definitely recommend this place for whatever issues you got with your phone or apple watch.Shoutout to the owner Mr. Jay!

Best experience I had in any phone repair shop or any cellphone/cable store I ever been in... my s8 cracked on me after dropping it and if it wasn t for Ray taking care of me there I would never have been able to afford to fix it! Then on top of it all, he just asks me how much I was paying for my cable and internet and when I told him, this guy, this magician, ends up saving me HALF of what I was spending with COX cable, literally saving $100 a month now on my bills thanks to this place!! Thank you guys and congrats on the grand opening!! 5 stars.

Very fast service. They were able to turn my phone repair around within an hour even though they thought it would take more than 2 to do. Reasonable prices too! Definitely a much better experience than with UBREAKIFIX. Will be coming here from now on.

They were really cool, friendly and even got my problem fixed fast, i had a problem with the home button which actually turned out to be a screen problem but their prices are amazing considering the great work and great customer service! def coming here for any future problems!!

I came here to get my samsung phone fixed. I had been having an issue with it not charging. a triangle came up with an exclamation point and it wouldnt hold charge. the technician was absolutely certain it was the charging port. not even a day later it started doing it again. I brought it back and now they are wanting to charge again to fix the issue. there was no prior information communicated to me that this was going to potentially happen. very unprofessional and only looking to make a quick buck. they dont care about their customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE

This placed saved my life. My son is Autistic and one of his old phones screens was cracked. He had a huge meltdown until I came home with a similar phone of the same brand. I will definitely be coming again for all my electronics needs thank you so much

Do not go here they sold my laptop without even notifying me. I went back East for a funeral. Was In contact with them told them I would come get it upon return. They said they reached out but I never received an email of them trying to contact me or notifying me. If you can t contact someone by phone the natural next best way to communicate is via email. They certainly had my email on file because I received an invoice. Super unprofessional. Said something about 30 day policy but as I m looking at an invoice, Nothing there says anything about recycling your equipment if not picked up. Strongly advise not to go here, you might never see your equipment again.

This place was a lifesaver for me! I needed a repair to my screen was cracked and I couldn t see anything! I dropped off my phone before I went to work, and by the time I finished my shift, it was repaired! The staff is friendly and professional and their store was easy to find! Konnect Phone Repair will be who I ll use for all my devices, if I need repairs in the future! Thanks, guys!
