This guys are awsome!I have stoped 3 times in this shop in the last year and every time they take care of me right away, even without appointment. Today Ricardo F. M. helped me inspect my tires and found the reason why my car vibrates. He offered me a reasonable price replacement tire and got my car out in about 30min. This is the place to shop for tires and get them serviced.Great job overal guys!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. These guys told me they would diagnose it and fix for FREE, if it could be fixed, otherwise they would give me options. They found a nail in the tire, fixed it, and I was on my way in about an hour in spite of it being a pretty busy day there. They even have a counter where you can sit and watch them working on your car. Willie at the desk was super helpful and friendly. This place will be first on my list when it comes time for new tires. Great customer service!

Stopped by today for 2 new tires and got helped by the new manager Charlie. Great customer service, clean store, and fast service. Definitely recommend for your tire needs. His tech was having issues calibrating my tires, Charlie did not hesitate to help and get the problem fixed. Service like that from a manager, happy employees happy customer.Mr. Gutierrez

Would have given 5 stars. But had to wait almost 2 hours to get new tires put on. And that is with an appointment. Need to take care of the customers with appointments, at their time slot (max 15 min wait to start the work). Walk-ins should wait.

Great Service! I had a bad leak and upon inspection, they determined that tire was not repairable and actually gifted me a used tire to make it home. I highly recommend this place.

Discount Tire went above and beyond! Didn't have my tire and would have to wait until Monday....no spare because it's EV. They mounted a temp tire in 15 minutes to get me to another location nearby! I will find out the gentleman thay assisted me at lemon Grove location today and update this review. This man is Solid Gold to any business...they are Xtremly lucky to have him! I signed up for the tire warranty on the rest of my tires because of his service today. A++++++

Charlie and his team were great! They were extremely busy but they still got through the crowd quickly. Answered all my questions and got me a good price vs everyone else s price I saw online. I ll be back just cause of how professional and friendly Charlie was. Thanks again!

This location is so helpful and quick! They lost one of my hubcaps and told me to order it and they would reimburse me for it. I ended up ordering a whole set of 4 since i had 2 missing and they put them on and reimbursed me for my ebay purchase. Charlie is so easy to work with and there always so quick to do any work here unlike other locations!

Discount Tires is 18 of the Best Tire Shops that I have been to and I continue to go for the last 25 years. I am a Former Marine and they treat the Veterans with all the respect I will continue buying and getting all the tire services from Discount Tires until we Leave This State the customer service is Outstanding. I will give them 5 Gold

I forgot to write a review after they put 4 new tires on my daughter s car. That was awesome service! Today they just repaired my flat tire for free! Another awesome service that i was very happy they could do. I definitely recommend them!!

Excellent service, friendly staff. We went here to get a flat tire fixed for free. We were in and out within 40min. Will definitely come back to buy tires from Discount Tire.

Amazing workers very polite and efficient. I had the wrong tire size and they looks for the correct one. I chose to buy a diffrent one with the correct size and paid the difference. Super quick appointment made at 4:15 I was out at 4:55 and tbey even changed my lug nuts with my request that I brought my own. Amazing folks will come back soon

I made an appointment for 4 new tires. Upon arriving the tiny parking lot in front was full. An employee approached me and I told him I had an appointment. He then told me to park my truck way in back(almost half a football field away). It just seemed like a busy madhouse atmosphere there and I left and went home. I will buy my tires from a place that is accomadating and not to busy to give me good customer service!

Made an appointment online a few days before but unfortunately did not get a confirmation email. Made a second another appointment online for different time just to be on the safe side. I arrived 15 minutes early and Jesse helped me out. Explained the appointment situation and he was able to find it in the system. Purchased 4 new tires for my car and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and would recommend coming here. This was my first experience at this location too.

Requested a flat repair, Carlos A P, recommended new tires due to wear on the outside edge being close to red. I asked to have them dip it in water and locate the leak, if in the middle where there is more tread, then fix it. Otherwise, we'd figure out what to do next. After an hour past my appointment time they parked it in front of the bay, left the tire on, didn't check with soap or anything nor put it in the water bin. They told me they couldn't find it. I have worked at discount tire in Vista, and have bought nearly every set of tires I've owned from discounted. I'm am rethinking my loyalty now

My goodness, the staff was able to work with me on my situation. I am so grateful for the help! I was able to order ALL four tires, and schedule two appointments to have two tires replaced on each appointment! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Took over an hour and a half just to get 4 tires on. Good thing I have a little knowledge about tires. They were trying to run up in my pockets. Do your research first. The guy helping was real cool tho.

Mr. Hugo the store manager made me feel ripped off as a customer. Everything that he said, I just felt like he didn t care. He also tried to bilk me for $100 over msrp online pricing. I have picture and video evidence to prove it. On June 16th, I had an appointment for tire rotation and wheel balance. I bring the car in for drop off in the appointment line and no one greeted me at first but that s ok maybe they were busy. Few minutes later a female employee ask why I am here I tell her. We go out to scan the tires for tread-wear. Her scanner was not working at the time so I told her, I came yesterday to get psi tire pressure checked and the guy doing the air recommend I get my tires rotated. I am pressed for time and the faster they can get the work done the better. She goes to tell Hugo that I am giving her a hard time. Hugo comes back in the office and whispers to another employee that I am harassing his employee and he doesn t like it. He didn t know that I read his lips and called him out on it later. He tells me I need new tires instead of rotation. Ok we look up prices online and in my head I know what kind of tires I want and I already got the online quotes. Mr. Hugo, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he still tried to lie to me. Disgusting, please forward this to management and have them investigate. I am revolted in disgust by the incompetence of Mr. Hugo and lack of skill in dealing with customers. Instead of figuring out what s really going on he sides with his female employee as if she is paying the bills. Customers are responsible for paying your bills, not employees. Mr. Hugo making customers feel ripped off, hoodwinked, and bamboozled is no bueno for the look and reputation of Discount Tire. A suit and tie doesn t mean nothing, if customers feel like you don t care; you lost.

Went to get my rims installed and they gave it back unaligned. I believe they should return car in the same condition. Idk if it s done on purpose to have ppl spend more money on extra service. They don t reply to emails.

I only go to this location because I have always had a positive experience. I ve been going here for about seven years, and the sales people are always super nice and helpful and always try to get me the best price. I used to call around and check prices, but I don t anymore because discount tire is always the best price around. And a big bonus, they are honest and don t try to rip you off

Yuki Koeut is just the best. He remembered me, my pup and my Prius from 2 years ago and my tires were from Costco! Needed new tires today and was treated with respect, very knowledgeable asst. manager, timely job completed and will come back again. Thank you Yuki and have already passed your card to a friend who needs tires!

If you go to this discount tire, try to get Adam or Junior to assist you. Junior helped my girlfriend over a month ago and he was really great. I recently was just helped by Adam. I must say I was very weary of even going here but I knew I would get the answers I needed help with for getting the proper size and brand of tire. I never even planned on buying any that evening to say the least. But Adam not only got me into the right size but found me a very economical brand and full set that I couldn't walk away from. He even waited for me to go home and bring my truck back and got me set up within a half hour of them closing. I will definitely be back to see them when I upgrade to my new wheels and tires I plan on getting from them now. Thank You Adam if you see this!
