I just needed my tire plugged. It's a 10 minute process. Surrounding tire shops couldn't do it for the day. These guys accepted me right away.Not only was the repair fast BUT there were other things wrong with multiple tires. I let the guy talk and show me. I am knowledgeable about tires. I was trying to see if he was going to make costly recommendations and tell me things I didn't need because I'm a female. He didn't. He was honest. He didn't push for a sale or repair. He stated the facts with real demonstration on my tires. All of his recommendations were 100% accurate.When he helped the next male customer, he gave him the same treatment. May not matter to others but I highly respect and appreciate that kind of service as a woman.

I went in for a wheel alignment today because I lowered my vehicle on Friday and wanted to make sure I was all good. This shop was recommended to me by a friend..,bad referral.They damaged all my wheels with their alignment tool. I wish I had knew before hand that there tool was all metal..They should own their mistake and correct it.$65 for the alignment.P.S I also had to go back because the steering went off center as soon as I hit the freeway.Don't go if you care about aftermarket wheels!Update: 5.14.21My vehicle PULLS to the left when I briefly let got of my steering wheel, I have been doing this since Tuesday.I will not be going back for the correction. I'll seek a reputable alignment shop.Service: Wheel alignment

Love this place, I ve been going there for the last 15 years, when it used to be on by different management, Cesar and David, the new owners are great, the minute you pull up they will greet you immediately that s what I like about customer service and they have it strongly recommending this place tires brakes Diagnosed everything they have it.

Gave me a price for 4 tires and alignment that discount was gonna charge just for tires. It was a good experience. Nice on my pocket and didnt consume too much of my precious time. Id come back again

I took my F150 in to get a leveling kit installed on the front end. They got me right in. The price was great and included alignment. Very nice and professional. I'll go back for sure.

Junior at budget tires and auto repair took care of my tire for me and he went above and beyond greeted me and was very friendly and professional he took my old tire off and put a new one on for me and he probably saved my life cause the old tire I had on there was barely hanging on. I would recommend Junior at budget tires and auto repair to my family and friends. I appreciate you and will come see you again.

Corrupted at its finest. Besides the fact that they are overpriced compared to other shops, they overcharged me by more than half of what I was told it would be. When I came back for a refund they said to come by the next day and according to them it was an accident. I don't see how pressing buttons on the machine, especially when it comes to money, can be an accident. Pay in cash whenever u go to these mom and pop shops. Otherwise they will assume u don't check your statements and they will take advantage.

Warning: these people are thieves. They stole cash from my car. Decided to support local for an oil change rather than jiffy lube or valvoline.. Horrible idea. Walking in the lady was on her phone and didn't find it necessary to ask if I'd been helped until I had been staring at her for 20 seconds. There was no menu, no pricing list for their services. OKAY? Will you at least ask what kind of oil my car uses? If I am okay paying extra for a filter? Nope. No communication. They ring me up, tell me it's $75. As soon as I whip my card out, she says "actually, it'll be $77 for everything"..... Okay? Is it $2 tax?? $2 Because I used a card? No communication & when I asked for a pricing list I was told they don't have one.STOLE MY MONEY: As soon as I left the business, I noticed the $40 I had JUST put in my car was now down to $20. I had to drive back and demand that they return the $20 the worker stole from my vehicle. Great business practice to steal from your customers. They gave me the money, essentially admitting guilt. I wonder how many of these 5 star reviews are genuine. Would highly recommend staying away from this shop.Service: Oil change

Have been calling several times and no answer and when they do answer they say hello and hang up, got an alignment the car pulled to the right, tried to call back to set up a warranty alignment appointment but no one answered the phone. Never going here again, customer service is just unbelievably bad.

They are the only guys who change my tires for the last 5 years and I drive alot. They have been reliable and fair for as long as i have known them and at a great price too. Cesar is the best he treats all his customers like family here at this store . He always greets me nicely and always takes care of my vehicles right away . And the technician junior and the other guy are awesome they recently painted my wheels matte black and did a fantastic job I am completely satisfied with there customer service.

Very nice and simply all around for the cost of replacing the front brake pads and sensors in a 2006 550i BMW sedan with the a 4.8L V8 with a 6 speed and the other prices for tires that will be in great need for the rear tires are 275/35 19' ZR1 and the front end are 255/40 18' ZR1. UNBEATABLE PRICES

Never ever will I go back, so i went and asked how much to check a tire to see if it has any leaks. They said free so I said ok then the guy comes back and says look we found the leak so I said ok, how much to fix. the guy says 15$ and I will patch it, I said ok. So then I go home And look at the tire And it looked the same, so I took it back amd told the guy ,a u didnt do anything to my tire he said I put a patch on it, i said ok but theirs no hole ,so he says I couldnt find it but I put a big patch on it ,so u should be good never had a hole!

Sign say $49.99 for an alignment I believe he s the owner when I went in person he straight up said $85.00 I told him his sign says 49.99 and he just said a bunch of jiberish before this I had gone to take my car for coilovers install I was quoted 150-200 when I took the car in this same guy said 300-400 false advertising on his signs and a bunch of different price s shouldn t of givin him a second chance

I asked for a quote out the door he gave me $380 I ended up paying $409. Outside of that tactic they did help me same day and threw in a free alignment
