I was in Lemon Grove visiting my son. The day I was leaving my wiper blade came off and it was raining. Donato was able to get it back on and get me back on my way to Wisconsin. He is a GEM. Thank you so much for your help

I recently was at the auto zone on broadway in lemon grove. I had the pleasure of Rosemary assisting me. She was very polite and thorough. Extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond with no hesitation. I appreciate her customer service. Thank you Rosemary.!

The employees helped me look up windshield wipers and they told me what I needed to get and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Store nicely stocked and clean. Also there's two disabled parking stalls by the entrance . Thank you

You get what you pay for!!!! Car having problems starting. I had purchased my battery from them couple yeats ago and went to have them check it. They said it was fine and that my alternator was faulty. Went to my mechanic and he did his tests. Battery bad alternator fine

Good Staff and Management! I walked into a long line and was out with part in hand within 10 -15 minutes. If they don't have it they will sure try and get for you..Love the fact that they have a military discount.

I needed a new battery and the service Ireceived from James was outstanding. He checked the battery, replaced the battery and I was on my way in no time. Keep on doing the outstanding job that you do, much appreciated the time.

Store manager Rafael and assistant Terri told me that they needed to watch me dump the motor oil; to see if it had water, if I don t like it I can go somewhere else or talk to corporate. Incompetence, and borderline discrimination for that in store experience. This has never happened before. If I stop spending money at Autozone, recurring payments will go to a different auto store. Forward this to management and let them know I am revolted in disgust by these two employees. Their lack of skill in dealing with customers will inadvertently trigger low sales. Literally

They were helpful . Seems like they're in "CAHOOTS" with the Auto Mechanics across the streets from them and Evans Tire Shop. When I asked for a certain item, one of the Customer Service guys just walked to the product and said, "There it is," as he pointed to the product and walked away. He didn't even bother to help me reach the product .It's so sad that some employees don't know or care to be helpful.I think there should be a zero stars option. Please make that happen because some places don't deserve one star.....AUTO ZONE, ZONED OUT

Went to replace my car battery. Left disappointed due to fact that they don't install car batteries even though their website states that if you buy car battery from them they will install on the spot. Manager request I pay for installation at local mechanic across the street. Enough said. I would suggest just call AAA. Save you time and prevent headache

So I recently had to return apart that I had already installed in my car. Jabneel a Sales associate, and Rafael the manager. Were very helpful, understanding. And went above and beyond to give me a refund. I have been to two other auto zones in the San Diego county area that we re not as pleasant kind and helpful as they were at Tess Lemon Grove Broadway location

The crew is so amazing they went out of their way to help me. The store manager Rafael is very understanding and helpful, Isabel was kind and patient, Louis didn't hesitate to stop what he was doing to come and assist me. Its always an satisfying feeling to know you have people like them working at auto zone who will help you in your time of need.

My car wasnt starting and I knew what piece I needed and was completely overwhelmed. I went into get the part and was immediately put at ease by the most wonderful employee Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable and kind and helped me find exactly what I needed. You have a wonderful employee in Jennifer and I cant thank you l enough. U can get exactly what you want and with such kindness. Made me a lifetime customer for sure.

Theron very helpful. I appreciated him taking the time to help me out. Even when they were busy. He made time to help everyone who approached him with a question. Excellent people skills. He knows his stuff. A Christmas bonus for this guy sure will be nice. Hard working due man&girl team you had there saturday night...Thank you again

I came in to this location December 18, approximately 910 with my son. I was in line and the gentleman by the name of Gary refuse to help me because he says customers that shop in the store before ones that walk in are priority. Even though I was next in line, I found this very unprofessional that I was turned away service to help out a gentleman that was shopping the floors. I came into this location because I needed to order to jail cell batteries for my GMC truck.

We had to get a battery changed and Drew was super helpful in getting the battery swapped. He was friendly and made sure we were good and had what we needed since the car battery continually crapped out several times through the day beforehand.

I want to say thanks a million! To Drew and his manager! My car battery went dead and I had bad service at other car part stores. Drew was so amazing he assisted me with my battery! I am happy and grateful. You guys ROCK!
